Jak u\u017e jsem zm\u00ednila n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t, agiln\u00ed organizace nen\u00ed jako tanker s\u00a0centr\u00e1ln\u00edm rozhodov\u00e1n\u00edm a \u0159\u00edzen\u00edm. Je jako flotila mal\u00fdch lodi\u010dek s\u00a0autonomn\u00edm \u0159\u00edzen\u00edm, sm\u011b\u0159uj\u00edc\u00edch k\u00a0jednomu c\u00edli a smyslu existence organizace. Jsou dynami\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u00a0reakci na zm\u011bnu a kreativn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a inovativn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u00a0hled\u00e1n\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. Nejsou ov\u0161em zdaleka rychlej\u0161\u00ed. Ale o rychlost v\u00a0komplexn\u00edm sv\u011bt\u011b a\u017e tak nejde. Rychlost je dobr\u00e1 ve sv\u011bt\u011b, kde v\u00edte, co m\u00e1te ud\u011blat, dok\u00e1\u017eete to napl\u00e1novat, a podle toho pl\u00e1nu dodat. Sou\u010dasn\u00e1 dynamika businessu velk\u00fdm pl\u00e1n\u016fm moc nep\u0159eje, a tak spousta firem, kter\u00e9 se z\u00a0ni\u010deho nic ocitli v\u00a0komplexn\u00edm sv\u011bt\u011b, kter\u00fd se m\u011bn\u00ed tak rychle, \u017ee ve\u0161ker\u00e9 pl\u00e1ny se velice rychle ukazuj\u00ed zastaral\u00e9 a pomal\u00e9, experimentuje s\u00a0agilem, kter\u00fd sv\u00fdm principem inspect and adapt reaguje na komplexn\u00ed a nep\u0159edv\u00eddateln\u00e9 VUCA prost\u0159ed\u00ed daleko l\u00e9pe ne\u017e klasick\u00e9 metody \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed organizace.<\/p>\n<p>Co tedy takov\u00e1 flat organizace pot\u0159ebuje? Agiln\u00ed mindset na \u00farovni organizace, <a title=\"Kultura Agiln\u00ed firmy\" href=\"http:\/\/soch.cz\/blog\/management\/agile\/kultura-agilni-firmy-2\/\">kulturu<\/a> postavenou na otev\u0159enosti a spolupr\u00e1ci a takzvan\u00fd evolutionary purpose. Tedy c\u00edl, kter\u00fd je spoluvlastn\u011bn a spoluvytv\u00e1\u0159en celou organizac\u00ed, vizi, kter\u00e1 spojuje a motivuje, smysl existence, kter\u00e9mu v\u0161ichni v\u011b\u0159\u00ed a jsou ochotni mu n\u011bco ob\u011btovat. T\u00fdm se od skupiny jednotlivc\u016f li\u0161\u00ed t\u00edm, \u017ee si v\u011b\u0159\u00ed navz\u00e1jem, dok\u00e1\u017ee si \u0159\u00edct v\u011bci do o\u010d\u00ed tak jak jsou, p\u0159evz\u00edt zodpov\u011bdnost, ale hlavn\u011b, \u017ee m\u00e1 jeden c\u00edl, za kter\u00fdm v\u0161ichni jdou. S\u00a0agiln\u00ed flat organizac\u00ed je to stejn\u00e9, jen ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm. D\u016fv\u011bra, otev\u0159enost a respekt mus\u00ed fungovat ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm celku. C\u00edl, za kter\u00fdm jdou mus\u00ed b\u00fdt siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, aby je dok\u00e1zal spojit a dal jim energii p\u0159ekonat ka\u017edodenn\u00ed p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky. Nepot\u0159ebujete orgchart, nepot\u0159ebujete pozice, odd\u011blen\u00ed ani management. Pot\u0159ebujete\u00a0leadership, tedy ochotu lid\u00ed v\u00a0organizaci se zapojit a d\u00e1t do toho maximum.<\/p>\n<p>Co tedy lidem nejv\u00edce br\u00e1n\u00ed to zkusit? Asi za v\u0161\u00edm stoj\u00ed nedostatek zku\u0161enost\u00ed, by\u0165 jen s\u00a0mal\u00fdm self-organized t\u00fdmem. Proto je to, co tu te\u010f p\u00ed\u0161u, st\u00e1le je\u0161t\u011b pro v\u011bt\u0161inu lid\u00ed nestraviteln\u00e9. Kdy\u017e takovou zku\u0161enost m\u00e1te, je to obava \u017ee to, co fungovalo u p\u011bti a\u017e sedmi lid\u00ed v t\u00fdmu, nebude fungovat ve velk\u00e9m.
