N\u011bjak\u00fd manager. A \u010dekaj\u00ed, a\u017e n\u011bkdo vyd\u00e1 povel, p\u0159\u00edkaz, nebo zm\u011bn\u00ed procesy. Ale to se \u010dasto ned\u011bje, a i kdy\u017e n\u011bco takov\u00e9ho vznikne, jen m\u00e1lokdy jsou takov\u00e9 zm\u011bny u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9, proto\u017ee manager\u016fm obecn\u011b chyb\u00ed s\u00a0\u010d\u00edmkoliv agiln\u00edm zku\u0161enost. A tak si zase st\u011b\u017eujeme, a chceme, aby to n\u011bkdo napravil, \u017ee jinak nem\u016f\u017eeme b\u00fdt ScrumMastery, Product Ownery, aplikovat Scrum, ani b\u00fdt agiln\u00ed. Je to takov\u00e1 hra na schov\u00e1vanou. J\u00e1 bych se zm\u011bnil, kdyby\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Za m\u011b agiln\u00ed transformace mus\u00ed za\u010d\u00ednat u t\u00fdm\u016f. A to jak softwarov\u00fdch, businessov\u00fdch, tak i <a href=\"https:\/\/agile-scrum.com\/2018\/09\/27\/agile-at-executive-team-level\/\" target=\"_blank\">t\u00fdm\u016f executivc\u016f<\/a> a po n\u011bjak\u00e9m \u010dase samoz\u0159ejm\u011b i <a href=\"https:\/\/agile-scrum.com\/2018\/11\/21\/agile-board-of-directors\/\" target=\"_blank\">boardu<\/a>. Aby si v\u0161ichni z\u00edskali vlastn\u00ed zku\u0161enost s\u00a0t\u00edm, jak se li\u0161\u00ed skupina jednotlivc\u016f od t\u00fdmu. V\u00a0kostce <a title=\"Spolupr\u00e1ce d\u011bl\u00e1 lep\u0161\u00ed organizace\" href=\"http:\/\/soch.cz\/blog\/management\/spoluprace-dela-lepsi-organizace\/\">t\u00fdm spolupracuje<\/a>, d\u016fv\u011b\u0159uje si, jeho \u010dlenov\u00e9 si do o\u010d\u00ed \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed i v\u011bci, kde spolu nesouhlas\u00ed, p\u0159eb\u00edraj\u00ed za v\u011bci vlastnictv\u00ed a zodpov\u011bdnost, maj\u00ed jeden spole\u010dn\u00fd c\u00edl, za kter\u00fdm jdou, nesout\u011b\u017e\u00ed navz\u00e1jem mezi sebou. V\u00a0podstat\u011b je to snadn\u00e9. V\u00a0jednom t\u00fdmu zkus\u00edte Scrum, v\u00a0jin\u00e9m Kanban, v\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edm t\u0159eba jen p\u00e1r agiln\u00edch praktik. Berete to jako experiment, kter\u00fd nemus\u00ed napoprv\u00e9 vyj\u00edt a kter\u00fd pomoc\u00ed rychl\u00e9 zp\u011btn\u00e9 vazby na retrospektiv\u00e1ch upravujete tak, aby fungoval. A jak za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 fungovat, lidem se to l\u00edb\u00ed, \u00fasp\u011bch se roznese a agilita se v\u00e1m nabaluje jako sn\u011bhov\u00e1 koule. Vznikaj\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00ed t\u00fdmy, zaj\u00edmaj\u00ed se o to dal\u0161\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00ed lid\u00e9. U\u010d\u00edte se tak stav\u011bt s\u00edt\u011b a spolupracuj\u00edc\u00ed ekosyst\u00e9my, kter\u00e9 funguj\u00ed na b\u00e1zi samoorganizace, s\u00a0vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm stupn\u011bm autonomie a empowermentu. A stejn\u011b jako v\u00a0p\u0159edchoz\u00edm kroku, je to o experimentov\u00e1n\u00ed a pochopen\u00ed agiln\u00edho mindsetu a vytvo\u0159en\u00ed jin\u00e9 kultury.<\/p>\n<p>Posledn\u00ed krok je aplikace agiln\u00edch princip\u016f na \u00farove\u0148 organizace. Je to chv\u00edle, kdy mluv\u00edme o <a title=\"Agile HR je v\u00a0dne\u0161n\u00edm sv\u011bt\u011b nutnost\u00ed\" href=\"http:\/\/soch.cz\/blog\/management\/agile\/agile-hr-je-v-dnesnim-svete-nutnosti\/\">Agile HR<\/a>, Agile finance, Agile budgetting, Agile marketing, Agile Sales, <a title=\"Agiln\u00ed Leadership\" href=\"http:\/\/soch.cz\/blog\/management\/agile\/agilni-leadership\/\">Agile Leadership<\/a> a vlastn\u011b obecn\u011b Agile mimo IT, <a title=\"Business Agility\" href=\"http:\/\/soch.cz\/blog\/management\/agile\/business-agility-2\/\">business agility<\/a>. Je to o <a title=\"Kultura Agiln\u00ed firmy\" href=\"http:\/\/soch.cz\/blog\/management\/agile\/kultura-agilni-firmy-2\/\">kultu\u0159e<\/a>, uv\u011bdom\u011bn\u00ed si jak\u00e9 m\u00e1me hodnoty, a co to pro n\u00e1s znamen\u00e1 je <a title=\"Flat organizace\" href=\"http:\/\/soch.cz\/blog\/management\/agile\/flat-organizace\/\">aplikovat<\/a> do prost\u0159ed\u00ed ka\u017edodenn\u00edch \u010dinnost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Manage\u0159i se \u010dasto ptaj\u00ed, kdo \u0159\u00edd\u00ed Agiln\u00ed transformaci. Odpov\u011b\u010f je v\u011bt\u0161inou p\u0159ekvap\u00ed, proto\u017ee agiln\u00ed transformaci maj\u00ed \u0159\u00eddit ScrumMaste\u0159i. Ale my jsme mysleli, \u017ee to dostane na starosti n\u011bjak\u00fd manager\u2026 To se nevylu\u010duje, ale aby to mohl d\u011blat, mus\u00ed se st\u00e1t ScrumMasterem. C\u00edlem ScrumMastera je um\u011bt tvo\u0159it self-organized t\u00fdmy, komunity a syst\u00e9my. ScrumMaste\u0159i jsou ti, kte\u0159\u00ed m\u011bn\u00ed kulturu organizace a v\u0161eobecn\u00fd mindset. Agile nen\u00ed o procesech, praktik\u00e1ch ani hierarchii, ale o jin\u00e9m zp\u016fsobu my\u0161len\u00ed. A pr\u00e1v\u011b proto jsou ScrumMaste\u0159i ti prav\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed by takovou zm\u011bnou m\u011bli organizaci prov\u00e1zet.
