Prim\u00e1rn\u011b proto, \u017ee je t\u00fdmov\u011b orientovan\u00fd a pom\u00e1h\u00e1 stav\u011bt dob\u0159e funguj\u00edc\u00ed samoorganizovan\u00e9 t\u00fdmy. Je to lehk\u00fd framework, kter\u00fd nedefinuje detailn\u00ed praktiky a je tak dob\u0159e aplikovateln\u00fd na r\u016fzn\u00e1 prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Scrum se hod\u00ed na probl\u00e9my komplexn\u00edho sv\u011bta (VUCA), kter\u00e9 jsou jen obt\u00ed\u017en\u011b predikovateln\u00e9 a \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed vy\u017eaduje jistou d\u00e1vku kreativn\u00edho my\u0161len\u00ed. Obecn\u011b se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 na probl\u00e9my, kde pot\u0159ebujete strategicky prioritizovat, jako jsou libovoln\u00e9 produkty.<br \/>\nKanban tak jak ho zn\u00e1me filozoficky vze\u0161el z&nbsp;prost\u0159ed\u00ed tov\u00e1rn\u00ed v\u00fdroby a je vhodn\u00fd na reaktivn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kde prioritizujeme za b\u011bhu podle aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eitosti. Kanban m\u00e1 v&nbsp;podstat\u011b t\u0159i pil\u00ed\u0159e: vizualizace, minimalizace rozpracovan\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce (Work in progress &#8211; WIP) a optimalizace \u010dasu pr\u016fchodu (Leade time). Vizualizace t\u00fdm\u016fm pom\u00e1h\u00e1 hledat zlep\u0161en\u00ed a optimalizovat flow tedy \u010das pr\u016fchodu a WIP limit zvy\u0161uje focus. Kdy\u017e Toyota implementovala Kanban, m\u011bla c\u00edl m\u00edt ve v\u00fdrobn\u00ed lince jen jedno auto. Nemysl\u00edm, \u017ee se dostala a\u017e tak daleko, ale skladov\u00e9 z\u00e1soby v\u00fdznamn\u011b omezila a \u010das pr\u016fchodu v\u00fdrazn\u011b zrychlila.<br \/>\nAbych se vr\u00e1tila ke sv\u00e9 \u00favodn\u00ed v\u011bt\u011b, j\u00e1 osobn\u011b m\u00e1m rad\u0161i Scrum. V\u0161echny t\u0159i Kanban principy jsou obsa\u017een\u00e9 ve Scrumu, tak\u017ee tyto dva p\u0159\u00edstupy nejsou nijak vzd\u00e1len\u00e9. Vizualizace je ve Scrumu zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e1 transparentn\u00edm Product Backlogem a Sprint Backlogem, k&nbsp;\u010demu\u017e si t\u00fdmy si v\u011bt\u0161inou jako dopln\u011bk p\u0159idaj\u00ed i n\u011bjakou tabuli, minimalizace rozpracovan\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce je dan\u00e1 kr\u00e1tk\u00fdmi Sprinty a Sprint Backlogem, a optimalizace cel\u00e9ho fungov\u00e1n\u00ed a organizace pr\u00e1ce prob\u00edh\u00e1 v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci pravideln\u00fdch Retrospektiv. Scrum je sice na za\u010d\u00e1tku zd\u00e1nliv\u011b komplikovan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed na aplikaci (mus\u00edte m\u00edt nov\u00e9 role, eventy a artefakty) ale ty z\u00e1rove\u0148 t\u00fdmy zm\u011bnou efektivn\u011b provedou a Scrum m\u00e1 tak daleko v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u00fasp\u011b\u0161nost ne\u017e Kanban, kter\u00fd toho moc nep\u0159edepisuje a nech\u00e1v\u00e1 t\u00fdm\u016fm velkou volnost nic nem\u011bnit a d\u011blat v\u011bci postaru. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b kdy\u017e agiln\u00ed mindset m\u00e1te, Kanban v\u00e1m p\u016fjde snadno a ur\u010dit\u011b pom\u016f\u017ee se zlep\u0161it. Kdy\u017e ale k&nbsp;n\u011bmu p\u0159istoup\u00edte s&nbsp;klasick\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edstupem, \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 zlep\u0161en\u00ed se obvykle nekon\u00e1 a jedin\u00e9 co po Kanbanu zbyde jsou naprosto neu\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 tabule s&nbsp;l\u00edste\u010dky, kter\u00e9 nikdo nepou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1, neupdatuje, a tedy \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 zm\u011bna k&nbsp;lep\u0161\u00edmu nenastane. Na z\u00e1v\u011br p\u0159ipomenu, \u017ee v\u0161echno m\u016f\u017eete zkazit. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b i Scrum. A \u017ee jsem nepoveden\u00fdch implementac\u00ed vid\u011bla spoustu.
