A zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee je to cesta dobr\u00fdm sm\u011brem. Popis je srozumiteln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed a obsahuje m\u00e9n\u011b detail\u016f. Kone\u010dn\u011b je ps\u00e1n srozumiteln\u00fdm jazykem a jasn\u011b popisuje co je Scrum.\u00a0A proto\u017ee Scrum je jednoduch\u00fd, je p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 vid\u011bt \u017ee Scrum Guide m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt tak\u00e9 jednoduch\u00fd. Kone\u010dn\u011b se dob\u0159e \u010dte a kone\u010dn\u011b jsme se zbavili p\u0159\u00edli\u0161n\u00fdch detail\u016f, jak\u00fdm byly t\u0159i ot\u00e1zky na Daily Scrumu. Po mnoha letech neporozum\u011bn\u00ed, kdy t\u00fdmy brali Daily Scrum jako meeting kde ka\u017ed\u00fd reportuje sv\u016fj status, doporu\u010duje Scrum Guide t\u00fdm\u016fm vybrat si jakoukoli formu kter\u00e1 jim pom\u016f\u017ee l\u00e9pe spolupracovat a maximalizovat hodnotu vzhledem ke Sprint Goalu. Za m\u011b naprosto super.<\/p>\n<h3>#2 \u2013 V\u0161e je o mindsetu<\/h3>\n<p>L\u00edb\u00ed se mi, \u017ee nov\u00fd Scrum Guide vypichuje t\u0159i pil\u00ed\u0159e emiricismu (transparentnost, inspection, adaptation) jako d\u016fle\u017eitou sou\u010d\u00e1st Scrumu spolu s\u00a0p\u011bti hodnotami Scrumu \u2013 commitment, focus, otev\u0159enost, respekt, a odvaha a \u017ee se up\u0159ednost\u0148uje to jak se lid\u00e9 chovaj\u00ed p\u0159ed procesy a praktikami.<\/p>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed dobrou v\u011bc\u00ed je p\u0159ipomenut\u00ed, \u017ee Scrum se hod\u00ed prim\u00e1rn\u011b pro \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed komplexn\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f v nep\u0159edv\u00eddateln\u00fdch prost\u0159ed\u00edch a \u017ee r\u016fzn\u00e9 techniky odhadov\u00e1n\u00ed, m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed velocity a kreslen\u00ed burndown graf\u016f se sice m\u016f\u017ee zd\u00e1t na prvn\u00ed pohled u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9, ale ve Scrumu up\u0159ednost\u0148ujeme schopnost rychle se m\u011bnit na z\u00e1klad\u011b zp\u011btn\u00e9 vazby, tedy empirick\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup.<\/p>\n<h3>#3 &#8211; Scrum Team Focus<\/h3>\n<p>Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed zm\u011bnou je to, \u017ee Scrum t\u00fdm netvo\u0159\u00ed \u201cDevelopment t\u00fdm\u201d, ScrumMaster a Product Owner, ale \u201cDevelopers\u201d, ScrumMaster, a Product Owner. Vypad\u00e1 to zd\u00e1nliv\u011b jako velk\u00e1 zm\u011bna, ale nen\u00ed tomu tak. V\u00a0obou p\u0159\u00edpadech v\u0161ichni spolupracovali na maximalizaci hodnoty vzhledem ke Sprint Goalu, tak\u017ee se vlastn\u011b nic nem\u011bn\u00ed, jen jsme se snad nadobro zbavili typick\u00e9ho nepochopen\u00ed Scrumu, kde t\u00fdm dod\u00e1val Product Ownerovi a bral ho jako nep\u0159\u00edtele. Te\u010f je explicitn\u011b \u0159e\u010deno, \u017ee jsou na prvn\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b t\u00fdmem a \u017ee na v\u00fdsledn\u00e9 hodnot\u011b spolupracuj\u00ed. Tedy \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd dodavatel &#8211; odb\u011bratel vztah, ale cross-functional t\u00fdm, co t\u00e1hne za jeden provaz. Jsou v\u00a0tom spolu.<\/p>\n<p>Jedin\u00e1 vada na kr\u00e1se je, \u017ee \u2018Developer\u2019 je dost ne\u0161\u0165astn\u011b zvolen\u00e9 jm\u00e9no, proto\u017ee v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b lid\u00ed asociuje software developera. Lep\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdraz by asi byl \u2018product worker\u2019, tedy n\u011bkdo, kdo na produktu pracuje a m\u00e1 pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 znalosti a zku\u0161enosti k\u00a0tomu, aby t\u00fdmu pomohl dodat end-to-end hodnotu pro z\u00e1kazn\u00edka. Develope\u0159i jsou st\u00e1le ti, kte\u0159\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00fd Sprint dod\u00e1vaj\u00ed funk\u010dn\u00ed produkt, zat\u00edmco Product Owner se zam\u011b\u0159uje na maximalizaci hodnoty a ScrumMaster na zlep\u0161en\u00ed fungov\u00e1n\u00ed organizace a t\u00fdm\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Nov\u00fd Scrum Guide p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed tak\u00e9 jasn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed doporu\u010den\u00ed pro scaling\u00a0<em>\u201cKdy\u017e by byl Scrum t\u00fdm moc velk\u00fd, m\u016f\u017eete zv\u00e1\u017eit jeho rozd\u011blen\u00ed do v\u00edce cross-functional Scrum t\u00fdm\u016f, kter\u00e9 spolupracuj\u00ed na jednom produktu. V\u00a0takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b t\u00fdmy sd\u00edl\u00ed Product Goal, Product Backlog, a Product Ownera.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>#4 \u2013 Product Goal, Sprint Goal, a Increment<\/h3>\n<p>Kone\u010dn\u011b posledn\u00ed zm\u011bnou je p\u0159id\u00e1n\u00ed c\u00edle produktu (Product Goal), lep\u0161\u00ed vysv\u011btlen\u00ed c\u00edle Sprintu (Sprint Goal) a zjednodu\u0161en\u00ed popisu Incrementu. Zm\u011bny nejsou v praxi nov\u00e9 ale Scrum Guid zde dost pokulh\u00e1val za b\u011b\u017enou prax\u00ed. Nov\u00fd Scrum Guide n\u00e1m take d\u00e1v\u00e1 jistou definici produktu, kter\u00e1 je mnohem \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e si mnoho organizac\u00ed mysl\u00ed:\u00a0<em>\u201c<\/em><em>Produkt je n\u00e1strojem, kter\u00fd p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed hodnotu. M\u00e1 jasnou hranici, zn\u00e1m\u00e9 stakeholdery, dob\u0159e definovan\u00e9 u\u017eivatele nebo z\u00e1kazn\u00edky. Produktem m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt slu\u017eba, fyzick\u00fd produkt nebo n\u011bco abstraktn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho.\u201c<\/em>\u00a0Product Goal je pro Scrum t\u00fdm dlouhodob\u00fdm c\u00edlem a viz\u00ed. Sprint Goal d\u00e1v\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00e9mu sprintu smysl a definuje hodnotu, na kterou se nyn\u00ed zam\u011b\u0159ujeme. Increment je funk\u010dn\u00ed produkt kter\u00fd je kvalitn\u011b zpracov\u00e1n, otestov\u00e1n p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed hodnotu vzhledem ke Sprint Goalu. Jednoduch\u00e9 a jasn\u00e9. Kone\u010dn\u011b tak\u00e9 existuje mnohem lep\u0161\u00ed popis Definition of Done: <em>\u201eV okam\u017eiku, kdy Product Backlog Item spl\u0148uje Definition of Done, zrod\u00ed se Increment.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Celkov\u011b se mi nov\u00e1 verze Scrum Guidu opravdu l\u00edb\u00ed. Na tom, co jsem u\u010dila a pou\u017e\u00edvala, se nic moc nem\u011bn\u00ed, p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed ale jasn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a \u010dist\u0161\u00ed definici Scrumu, tak jak ho zn\u00e1m.
