Tak \u00fapln\u011b prvn\u00ed co sly\u0161\u00edte je v\u00fdraz \u2018ceremonie\u2019. \u0158eknete si, no dob\u0159e, oni jen nev\u011bd\u00ed jak se to jmenuje, ale to nic neznamen\u00e1. Jen\u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b terminologie \u010dasto poukazuje na hlub\u0161\u00ed nepochopen\u00ed. V devades\u00e1ti procentech p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f, kdy\u017e sly\u0161\u00edte term\u00edn ceremonie, tak jsou to zbyte\u010dn\u00e9 nesmysln\u00e9 meetingy, kter\u00e9 se d\u011blaj\u00ed jen proto, \u017ee je n\u011bkdo nak\u00e1zal &#8211; a\u0165 u\u017e ScrumMaster nebo Scrum jako takov\u00fd \u2013 tedy ve Scrumu to tak mus\u00ed b\u00fdt. Ostatn\u011b kdy\u017e se pod\u00edv\u00e1te na definici, dozv\u00edte se n\u011bco o ok\u00e1zal\u00e9m postupu podle p\u0159edpis\u016f. Takov\u00e9 ceremonie jsou nejen k ni\u010demu, ale otravuj\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, \u017eerou energii a hlavn\u011b, vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed obecnou nechu\u0165 ke Agilu, Scrumu a v\u016fbec.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e Scrum aplikujete spr\u00e1vn\u011b, v\u00edte \u017ee to jsou eventy, tedy n\u011bco, co se d\u011bje, proto\u017ee pro to existuje pot\u0159eba. Ne\u0159\u00edk\u00e1te tomu ani meetingy (ty jsou pov\u011bt\u0161inou nudn\u00e9 a nutn\u00e9) ale je to takov\u00fd happening. Mohli byste \u0159\u00edct \u017ee je p\u0159eci jedno jak to naz\u00fdv\u00e1te, a na jednu stranu je, ale na druhou n\u00e1zev v\u017edy ukazuje \u010d\u00e1st vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed. Dejte event\u016fm smysl, najd\u011bte znovu jejich hodnotu a nikdo si na n\u011b nebude st\u011b\u017eovat.<\/p>\n<p>K tomu je ale n\u011bkolik pre-requisit. Za prv\u00e9, Scrum nen\u00ed proces jak micromanagovat (ani \u0159\u00eddit) jednotlivce. Je postaven\u00fd na spolupr\u00e1ci cross-functional t\u00fdmu. A to bohu\u017eel ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b organizac\u00ed kde maj\u00ed ceremonie chyb\u00ed. Naraz\u00edte tak na frontendisty, backenddisty, experty na syst\u00e9m X, na kter\u00fd nikdo jin\u00fd nesm\u00ed s\u00e1hnout (rozum\u011bj m\u00e1me to v kontraktu), a tak\u00e9 na spoustu dependenc\u00ed. A tak\u00e9 na velice slo\u017eit\u00fd proces v Ji\u0159e, a ob\u010das i n\u011bkolikastr\u00e1nkov\u00fd diagram, kdo co d\u011bl\u00e1. Ne, opravdu Scrum nen\u00ed proces na zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed ticket\u016f. Ale to by vy\u017eadovalo razantn\u00ed zm\u011bnu my\u0161len\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Kl\u00ed\u010dem opravdov\u00e9ho Scrumu je t\u00fdm, kter\u00fd v&nbsp;kr\u00e1tk\u00fdch iterac\u00edch dod\u00e1v\u00e1 hodnotu z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016fm, z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1 zp\u011btnou vazbu pomoc\u00ed kter\u00e9 se m\u011bn\u00ed a iteruje produkt a sv\u00e9 fungov\u00e1n\u00ed. Scrum neoptimalizuje na rychlost, ale na \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed komplexn\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f, kde mo\u017enost\u00ed je mnoho a dop\u0159edu \u00fapln\u011b p\u0159esn\u011b nev\u00edme jak\u00fd sm\u011br zvolit. Je flexibiln\u00ed ke zm\u011bn\u00e1m a dok\u00e1\u017ee se rychle adaptovat.<\/p>\n<p>Tak\u017ee jak od takov\u00e9ho technick\u00e9ho Scrumu naoko k&nbsp;tomu opravdov\u00e9mu?<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Definujte business hodnotu: Jakou m\u00e1me vizi, \u010deho chceme dos\u00e1hnout a pro koho?<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/soch.cz\/blog\/management\/agile\/jak-hledat-product-ownera\/\">Najd\u011bte Product Ownera<\/a>, kter\u00fd rozum\u00ed businessu, hodnotu vn\u00edm\u00e1, a je schopen se rozhodnout co ud\u011bl\u00e1me te\u010f, a zbytek pozd\u011bji, nebo nikdy. Tomu dejte zodpov\u011bdnost za \u00fasp\u011bch &#8211; tedy nejen dod\u00e1vku ale i n\u00e1vratnost (ROI) produktu.<\/li>\n<li>Postavte mal\u00e9 t\u00fdmy, kter\u00e9 <a href=\"http:\/\/soch.cz\/blog\/management\/agile\/scrum-management\/proc-scrum-ve-firmach-nefunguje\/\">dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed hodnotu dodat end to end<\/a>. Dejte jim autonomii se rozhodnout jak budou spolupracovat.<\/li>\n<li>Dejte jim ScrumMastera (coache, ne <a href=\"http:\/\/soch.cz\/blog\/management\/agile\/z-projektaka-scrummasterem\/\">projektov\u00e9ho managera<\/a>) aby jim pom\u00e1hal <a href=\"http:\/\/soch.cz\/blog\/management\/agile\/jak-poznat-ze-se-tym-zlepsuje\/\">hledat lep\u0161\u00ed cesty fungov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>A to je vlastn\u011b v\u0161echno.
