M\u016f\u017ee se n\u00e1m to l\u00edbit nebo nemus\u00ed, ale v principu n\u00e1m asi nezbude nic jin\u00e9ho ne\u017e se t\u00e9 zm\u011bn\u011b p\u0159izp\u016fsobit. Spousta firem dneska mluv\u00ed o tom, \u017ee se nebude vracet do kancel\u00e1\u0159\u00ed a nech\u00e1 z v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u010di men\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti virtu\u00e1ln\u00ed fungov\u00e1n\u00ed. A spoust\u011b zam\u011bstnanc\u016f se zp\u011bt do kancel\u00e1\u0159\u00ed ani nechce. M\u016f\u017ee tedy agiln\u00ed t\u00fdm fungovat ve virtu\u00e1ln\u00edm sv\u011bt\u011b? No tak co by nemohl. Virtu\u00e1ln\u00edch t\u00fdmu fungovala spousta i d\u0159\u00edve, tak\u017ee tomu vlastn\u011b v\u016fbec nic nebr\u00e1n\u00ed. To jedin\u00e9 co je virtu\u00e1ln\u00edm sv\u011bt\u011b hor\u0161\u00ed, je udr\u017eovat dobr\u00e9 vztahy mezi lidmi. Spolupr\u00e1ce toti\u017e nevznik\u00e1 jenom t\u00edm, \u017ee n\u011bkomu \u0159ekneme, \u017ee jsou t\u00fdm, nebo \u017ee jim d\u00e1me n\u00e1stroje, aby mohli spolupracovat. Je to hodn\u011b o d\u016fv\u011b\u0159e mezi lidmi, je to o schopnosti komunikovat, b\u00fdt ochotni otev\u0159en\u011b \u0159e\u0161it konflikty. A to se na d\u00e1lku ned\u011bl\u00e1 \u00fapln\u011b dob\u0159e. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b n\u00e1stroje jako Zoom, kde se vid\u00edte navz\u00e1jem a m\u016f\u017eete spolu mluvit jako byste sed\u011bli v jedn\u00e9 kancel\u00e1\u0159i, m\u016f\u017eete se p\u0159esunout s libovolnou diskuz\u00ed do vedlej\u0161\u00edho virtu\u00e1ln\u00edho prostoru stejn\u011b jako jste to d\u011blali, kdy\u017e jste byli v officu, spolupr\u00e1ci pom\u00e1haj\u00ed. P\u0159estanou chodit spolu na ob\u011bd, nezajdou ob\u010das na pivo, nebudou m\u00edt prostor si jen tak popov\u00eddat jako kolegov\u00e9. A tak jak p\u016fjde \u010das, bude st\u00e1le t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed a t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed otev\u00edrat slo\u017eit\u00e1 t\u00e9mata, \u0159e\u0161it konflikty a \u0159\u00edkat si v\u011bci tak jak jsou. M\u016f\u017eete nam\u00edtnout, \u017ee ve virtu\u00e1ln\u00edm sv\u011bt\u011b si m\u016f\u017eete d\u00e1t spolu kafe, drink, ob\u011bd. Ale asi budete souhlasit s t\u00edm, \u017ee to nen\u00ed ono. V podstat\u011b by se dalo \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee dne\u0161n\u00ed virtu\u00e1ln\u00ed t\u00fdmy jedou na dluh. A d\u0159\u00edve \u010di pozd\u011bji je to dob\u011bhne. A to nemluv\u00edme o tom, \u017ee by to ne\u0161lo. \u0160lo. Ale znamenalo by to proaktivn\u011b vztahy budovat.<\/p>\n<p>Stejn\u011b jako v klasick\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b, i ve virtu\u00e1ln\u00edm sv\u011bt\u011b m\u00e1te v podstat\u011b na v\u00fdb\u011br dv\u011b mo\u017enosti. Bu\u010f pracovat jako jednotlivci, kte\u0159\u00ed si v n\u011bjak\u00e9 podob\u011b rozdaj\u00ed, nebo dostanou \u00fakoly a pak na nich samostatn\u011b pracuj\u00ed. To ale nem\u00e1 s t\u00fdmovou spoluprac\u00ed nic spole\u010dn\u00e9ho a je to \u010dist\u011b pr\u00e1ce jednotlivc\u016f. Druhou mo\u017enost\u00ed je postavit dob\u0159e funguj\u00edc\u00ed siln\u00fd t\u00fdm, ale takov\u00fd t\u00fdm aby fungoval spolu, mus\u00ed aktivn\u011b a intenzivn\u011b spolupracovat. Takov\u00e9 t\u00fdmy m\u011bly \u010dasto postavenou online session t\u0159eba na Zoomu nebo Google Hangoutu, kde spolupracovali v r\u00e1mci cel\u00e9ho dne, mluvili spolu, \u0159e\u0161ili v\u011bci dohromady, pov\u00eddali si. A vid\u011bli se. A budovali tak vz\u00e1jemnou d\u016fv\u011bru, porozum\u011bn\u00ed a vazby. Dne\u0161n\u00ed t\u00fdmy \u010dasto vizu\u00e1l podce\u0148uj\u00ed, \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed my si zavol\u00e1me, my si nap\u00ed\u0161eme, po\u0161leme si message po Slacku. A nem\u00e1m nic proti Slacku, nic proti telefonu, nic proti emailu. V\u0161echno jsou to dobr\u00e9 n\u00e1stroje pro komunikaci, ale spolupr\u00e1ci nenahrad\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Tak\u017ee jak takov\u00e1 spolupr\u00e1ce ve virtu\u00e1ln\u00edm sv\u011bt\u011b vypad\u00e1? R\u00e1no kdy\u017e takzvan\u011b p\u0159ijdete do pr\u00e1ce se p\u0159ipoj\u00edte na online video call (Zoom, Google Hangout, \u2026 ) kter\u00fd b\u011b\u017e\u00ed cel\u00fd den, tak\u017ee to nen\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd status meeting a za\u010dnete pracovat. S t\u00edm jak se za\u010dnou p\u0159ipojovat kolegov\u00e9, je to jako kdyby chodili do pr\u00e1ce a vstupovali do kancel\u00e1\u0159e. \u0158eknete si ahoj, popov\u00edd\u00e1te si, zept\u00e1te se co je nov\u00e9ho a za\u010dnete postupn\u011b pracovat. B\u011bhem dne spolu mluv\u00edte a pom\u00e1h\u00e1te si. Dne\u0161n\u00ed n\u00e1stroje standardn\u011b umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ci v\u00edce lid\u00ed na jedn\u00e9 v\u011bci, tak\u017ee to nen\u00ed probl\u00e9m. M\u00edsto tabule na st\u011bn\u011b a pap\u00edrov\u00fdch l\u00edste\u010dk\u016f m\u016f\u017eete pou\u017e\u00edvat t\u0159eba Mural, Miro, nebo Google Jambord. Jako dopln\u011bk m\u016f\u017eete pou\u017e\u00edt Slack pro asynchronn\u00ed komunikaci, ale hlavn\u00edm komunika\u010dn\u00edm n\u00e1strojem je v\u017edy ji\u017e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e1 videokonference.<\/p>\n<p>V\u011bt\u0161ina t\u00fdm\u016f ale naraz\u00ed na to, \u017ee nem\u00e1 dostate\u010dn\u011b silnou motivac\u00ed pro spolupr\u00e1ci, p\u0159ipad\u00e1 jim, \u017ee vlastn\u011b spolupracovat nepot\u0159ebuj\u00ed. \u017de sta\u010d\u00ed, kdy\u017e pracuj\u00ed jako jednotlivci a jednou denn\u011b se syncnou. A tak \u010dasto up\u0159ednostn\u00ed vlastn\u00ed pohodl\u00ed, tedy z\u016fstat doma a na \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd call se nep\u0159ipojovat, p\u0159ed intenzivn\u00ed spoluprac\u00ed a komunikac\u00ed s kolegy. D\u016fvody pro to m\u016f\u017eou b\u00fdt dva. Jedn\u00edm z nich je ji\u017e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e1 pohodlnost a takov\u00fd nezvyk b\u00fdt po\u0159\u00e1d na kame\u0159e, p\u0159eci jen je to po\u0159\u00e1d je\u0161t\u011b nov\u00e9. Druh\u00fdm je pak v\u011bt\u0161inou to, \u017ee nemaj\u00ed dostate\u010dn\u011b siln\u00fd spole\u010dn\u00fd c\u00edl a tak jim p\u0159ipad\u00e1, \u017ee kolegy pro \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed sv\u00fdch vlastn\u00edch \u00faloh vlastn\u011b ani nepot\u0159ebuj\u00ed. A jsme zp\u011bt v individu\u00e1ln\u00ed pr\u00e1ci. Zd\u00e1n\u00ed ale \u010dasto klame. Probl\u00e9my, kter\u00e9 v\u011bt\u0161ina firem v dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b \u0159e\u0161\u00ed jsou komplexn\u00ed a s komplexitou si porad\u00ed l\u00e9pe t\u00fdmy, ne\u017e samostatn\u011b pracuj\u00edc\u00ed jednotlivci. Kdy\u017e ono ale postavit dob\u0159e funguj\u00edc\u00ed t\u00fdm je pr\u00e1ce, kter\u00e1 trv\u00e1 a stoj\u00ed spousty energie. Jako v\u017edy m\u00e1te samoz\u0159ejm\u011b na v\u00fdb\u011br pracovat jako jednotlivci, nebo investovat do formov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00fdmu a vyu\u017e\u00edt jeho v\u00fdhody. N\u011bco mezi v\u011bt\u0161inou nefunguje a bere si nev\u00fdhody z oboj\u00edho a bohu\u017eel pr\u00e1v\u011b tam spousta t\u00fdm\u016f kon\u010d\u00ed. Nevyvinou dostate\u010dnou energii pro formov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00fdmu, ale sna\u017e\u00ed se p\u0159edst\u00edrat \u017ee t\u00fdm jsou a nut\u00ed jednotlivce do t\u00fdmov\u00fdch meeting\u016f, kter\u00e9 ale pro pr\u00e1ci samostatn\u011b pracuj\u00edc\u00edch lid\u00ed ned\u00e1vaj\u00ed smysl a p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed jen zbyte\u010dn\u00fd overhead. Nen\u00ed to o meeting\u00e1ch, ale o siln\u00e9m spole\u010dn\u00e9m c\u00edli.<\/p>\n<p>Na z\u00e1v\u011br, <a href=\"http:\/\/soch.cz\/blog\/management\/agile\/nastroje\/\">\u010d\u00edm jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1stroje, t\u00edm lep\u0161\u00ed<\/a>. A v\u00edc nepot\u0159ebujete.
