J\u00e1 si mysl\u00edm, \u017ee to je vlastn\u011b od sam\u00e9ho z\u00e1kladu \u0161patn\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka. Agiln\u00ed organizace toti\u017e od takzvan\u00fdch performance review upou\u0161t\u00ed a nahrazuj\u00ed je tzv. peer review, tedy vlastn\u011b otev\u0159enou zp\u011btnou vazbu od koleg\u016f. Kdy\u017e se bav\u00edme o self-organized a self-managed t\u00fdmech, role manager\u016f v celkov\u00e9m fungov\u00e1n\u00ed organizac\u00ed se umen\u0161uje a p\u0159ech\u00e1z\u00ed na t\u00fdmy. Ale to je asi na <a href=\"http:\/\/soch.cz\/blog\/management\/agile\/agile-hr-jak-hodnotite-zamestnance\/\">jin\u00fd \u010dl\u00e1nek<\/a>. \u00a0C\u00edlem ScrumMaster\u016f nen\u00ed t\u00fdmu \u0159\u00edct jak maj\u00ed pracovat, nastavit inici\u00e1ln\u00ed proces a pak ho jen udr\u017eovat, co\u017e by \u0161lo m\u011b\u0159it a d\u00e1t do c\u00edl\u016f docela dob\u0159e, ale c\u00edlem ScrumMastera je neust\u00e1le challengovat to jak pracuj\u00ed, pom\u00e1hat jim se zlep\u0161ovat, m\u011bnit a adaptovat na nov\u00e9 podn\u011bty a zm\u011bny. To se ale \u0161patn\u011b m\u011b\u0159\u00ed a tedy i hodnot\u00ed. Tak\u017ee na co se m\u00e1me zam\u011b\u0159it?<\/p>\n<p>Jak tedy pozn\u00e1me, \u017ee ScrumMaster funguje dob\u0159e? \u010casto tak, \u017ee ho t\u00fdm nepot\u0159ebuje a ScrumMaster m\u00e1 tak \u010das pom\u00e1hat organizaci na jej\u00ed agiln\u00ed cest\u011b. Um\u011bt postavit dob\u0159e funguj\u00edc\u00edho samoorganizovan\u00fd t\u00fdm je toti\u017e jenom za\u010d\u00e1tek. Jeden agiln\u00ed t\u00fdm toho zas a\u017e tak moc nezm\u011bn\u00ed. Abychom si rozum\u011bli, jeden dob\u0159e funguj\u00edc\u00ed agiln\u00ed t\u00fdm m\u00e1 potenci\u00e1l zm\u011bnit \u017eivoty jeho \u010dlen\u016f tak, \u017ee budou m\u00edt radost z dob\u0159e vykonan\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce, budu m\u00edt dobr\u00fd pocit, \u017ee n\u011bco smyslupln\u00e9ho vytvo\u0159ili. Budou spokojeni a motivovan\u00ed a to je n\u011bco co stoj\u00ed za trochu pr\u00e1ce a energie. Dob\u0159e funguj\u00edc\u00ed t\u00fdm bude m\u00edt tak\u00e9 dobr\u00fd v\u00fdsledek, budou dod\u00e1vat hodnotu, m\u00edt spokojen\u011bj\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1kazn\u00edky. A to taky stoj\u00ed za trochu pr\u00e1ce a energie. Ale to je jen za\u010d\u00e1tek fungov\u00e1n\u00ed ScrumMastera v r\u00e1mci #ScrumMasterWay \u00a0modelu &#8211; M\u016fj t\u00fdm, kde je zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 se d\u00edvat, jak se t\u00fdm zlep\u0161uje, za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 si v\u011bci \u0159e\u0161it s\u00e1m a \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l t\u00edm m\u00e9n\u011b spol\u00e9h\u00e1 na ScrumMastera. Jin\u00fdmi slovy, jestli je self-organized, cross-functional, a v kr\u00e1tk\u00fdch cyklech dod\u00e1v\u00e1 hodnotu z\u00e1kazn\u00edkovi. Je dobr\u00e9 si p\u0159i tom uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee ScrumMaster rozhodn\u011b nem\u00e1 na starosti updatovat \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 n\u00e1stroje (Jira, \u2026), ani reportovat status produktu (velocity, story points, \u2026), ani \u0159\u00eddit a organizovat ceremonie (tedy <a href=\"http:\/\/soch.cz\/blog\/management\/agile\/scrum-management\/scrum-jen-naoko\/\">eventy<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>V\u011bt\u0161ina organizac\u00ed ale nem\u00e1 tak mal\u00e9 produkty, aby je sta\u010dilo dod\u00e1vat jedn\u00edm t\u00fdmem a pot\u0159ebuje spolupr\u00e1ci v\u00edce t\u00fdm\u016f, aby dodalo re\u00e1lnou hodnotu z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016fm. Ur\u010dit\u011b mus\u00ed jednotliv\u00e9 t\u00fdmy fungovat dob\u0159e, aby m\u011bly dobr\u00fd v\u00fdsledek, ale to je jen za\u010d\u00e1tek. Je vhodn\u00e9 ho neodb\u00fdt, proto\u017ee kdy\u017e nepostav\u00edte dob\u0159e funguj\u00edc\u00ed self-organized, ale hlavn\u011b cross-functional t\u00fdmy, tak se v\u011bt\u0161inou jejich spolupr\u00e1ce st\u00e1v\u00e1 no\u010dn\u00ed m\u016frou a nefunguje a\u0165 d\u011bl\u00e1te co d\u011bl\u00e1te.<\/p>\n<p>K tomu, aby jednotliv\u00e9 t\u00fdmy spolu dob\u0159e fungovaly, pot\u0159ebujete je\u0161t\u011b zajistit, \u017ee i spolupr\u00e1ce mezi t\u011bmi t\u00fdmy funguje dob\u0159e, tedy \u017ee se nezastav\u00ed na \u00farovni jednoho t\u00fdmu, ale \u017ee se spole\u010dn\u011b zlep\u0161uj\u00ed, posouvaj\u00ed, hledaj\u00ed nov\u00e9 cesty a adaptuj\u00ed. Tak\u017ee ScrumMaster, kter\u00fd nastavil fungov\u00e1n\u00ed na \u00farovn\u00ed jednoho t\u00fdmu, si vlastn\u011b uvolnil ruce pro pr\u00e1ci na v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm celku organizace a jeho c\u00edlem je nyn\u00ed pom\u00e1hat v\u00edce t\u00fdm\u016fm se samoorganizovat, a naj\u00edt si lep\u0161\u00ed cestu jak budou spole\u010dn\u011b fungovat a dod\u00e1vat produkty. Tedy mluv\u00edme o fungov\u00e1n\u00ed ScrumMastera v r\u00e1mci <a href=\"https:\/\/scrummasterway.com\/\">#ScrumMasterWay \u00a0modelu &#8211; Vztahy<\/a>, kde c\u00edlem ScrumMastera je podpo\u0159it spolupr\u00e1ci a samoorganizovanost tohoto v\u011bt\u0161\u00edho ekosyst\u00e9mu slo\u017een\u00e9ho z v\u00edce spolupracuj\u00edc\u00edch t\u00fdm\u016f. D\u00edv\u00e1me se na to, jak se spole\u010dn\u011b zlep\u0161uj\u00ed, adaptuj\u00ed, p\u0159eb\u00edraj\u00ed zodpov\u011bdnost a vlastnictv\u00ed. Tedy st\u00e1vaj\u00ed se samoorganizovan\u00fdmi. Stejn\u011b jako v p\u0159edchoz\u00edm bod\u011b je dobr\u00e9 si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee ScrumMaster nen\u00ed jejich asistent, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161it z\u00e1vislosti mezi t\u00fdmy (t\u0159eba na Scrum of Scrums, \u2026 ), ani dod\u00e1vku produktu.<\/p>\n<p>No jak asi tu\u0161\u00edte, ten nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed impact dos\u00e1hnete, kdy\u017e se posunete na \u00farove\u0148 organizace jako celku a pom\u016f\u017eete cel\u00e9 organizaci se ze\u0161t\u00edhlit, descalovat, a pracovat jako spolupracuj\u00edc\u00ed s\u00ed\u0165 samo organizovan\u00fdch t\u00fdm\u016f. Tedy mluv\u00edme o fungov\u00e1n\u00ed ScrumMastera v r\u00e1mci <a href=\"https:\/\/soch.cz\/blog\/management\/agile\/scrum-management\/knihu-the-great-scrummaster-scrummasterway-vydalo-nakladatelstvi-addison-wesley\/\">#ScrumMasterWay \u00a0modelu \u2013 Cel\u00fd Syst\u00e9m<\/a>, kde c\u00edlem ScrumMastera je pomoci organizaci zm\u011bnit kulturu, leadership styl, a celkov\u00e9 fungov\u00e1n\u00ed. V\u00a0jednoduchosti aplikovat business agility. A asi nemus\u00edm \u0159\u00edkat, \u017ee to nen\u00ed o aplikaci \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fdch framework\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Abych se obloukem vr\u00e1tila k p\u016fvodn\u00ed ot\u00e1zce, tedy jak na hodnocen\u00ed ScrumMastera. Prvn\u00edm bodem je identifikace, na kter\u00e9 \u00farovni #ScrumMasterWay modelu se ScrumMaster prim\u00e1rn\u011b pohybuje. N\u00e1sledn\u011b se zam\u011b\u0159te na to, jak pom\u00e1h\u00e1 t\u00fdm\u016fm a organizaci p\u0159evz\u00edt zodpov\u011bdnost za samo(organizaci), jestli #ScrumMasterWay modelem roste od \u00farovn\u011b M\u016fj t\u00fdm, p\u0159es Vztahy, a\u017e po Cel\u00fd syst\u00e9m, a jestli se zam\u011b\u0159uje na neust\u00e1l\u00e9 hled\u00e1n\u00ed lep\u0161\u00ed cesty.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/soch.cz\/blog\/management\/agile\/scrum-management\/scrummaster-neni-asistent-tymu\/\">ScrumMaster nen\u00ed asistent<\/a>, procesn\u00ed policie ani maminka. Je to kou\u010d a leader kter\u00fd dok\u00e1\u017ee organizaci zm\u011bnit.
