Za\u010dala jsem hned dv\u011bma podcasty jedn\u00edm anglick\u00fdm ten se jmenuje <a href=\"https:\/\/anchor.fm\/zuzuzka\">#AgileWay<\/a> a druh\u00fdm \u010desk\u00fdm, kter\u00fd se jmenuje <a href=\"https:\/\/anchor.fm\/sochova\">Jsme agiln\u00ed<\/a>.&nbsp; V&nbsp;n\u011bkter\u00fdch podcastech m\u00e1m pozvan\u00e9 hosty, v jin\u00fdch mluv\u00edm jenom j\u00e1 tak\u017ee si m\u016f\u017eete vybrat na co m\u00e1te zrovna n\u00e1ladu.<\/p>\n<p>V <a href=\"https:\/\/anchor.fm\/sochova\">\u010desk\u00e9m podcastu<\/a> jsem se v\u011bnovala Agilu hodn\u011b od za\u010d\u00e1tku, za\u010dala jsem epizodou, kter\u00e1 se d\u00edv\u00e1 na to, pro\u010d v\u0161ichni mluv\u00ed o Agilu, co se vlastn\u011b zm\u011bnilo a k \u010demu je takov\u00fd agile vlastn\u011b pot\u0159eba. Druh\u00e1 epizoda se d\u00edv\u00e1 na to, jestli chcete Scrum nebo Kanban, co\u017e je dnes takov\u00fd velice \u010dast\u00fd dotaz na kter\u00fd se lidi ptaj\u00ed. &nbsp;Ve t\u0159et\u00ed epizod\u011b se zam\u011b\u0159uji na agiln\u00ed transformace, co to vlastn\u011b znamen\u00e1 a jak by se takov\u00e1 transformace m\u011bla d\u011blat. V dal\u0161\u00edch dvou epizod\u00e1ch se d\u00edv\u00e1m na trochu pokro\u010dilej\u0161\u00ed t\u00e9mata, prvn\u00ed z nich je radik\u00e1ln\u00ed zm\u011bna, kter\u00e1 je pot\u0159eba, aby se vlastn\u011b v\u016fbec n\u011bjak\u00e1 agilita v organizaci ujala a v druh\u00e9 epizod\u011b se zam\u011b\u0159uji na t\u00e9ma takzvan\u00e9 flat organizace. Oba dva koncepty radik\u00e1ln\u00ed zm\u011bny a flat organizace jsou d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pro \u00fasp\u011bch agiln\u00ed transformace, ale bohu\u017eel je velice m\u00e1lo zat\u00edm v \u010cesku vid\u00edte v praxi. Posledn\u00ed dv\u011b epizody, kter\u00e9 jsem zat\u00edm v \u010de\u0161tin\u011b nato\u010dila, jsou zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 hodn\u011b prakticky sp\u00ed\u0161e zase pro firmy kter\u00e9 s agilem za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed. Prvn\u00ed z nich, tedy \u0161est\u00e1 episoda se d\u00edv\u00e1 na to, co je to backlog a jak takov\u00fd backlog stav\u011bt. Sedm\u00e1 a posledn\u00ed episoda z prvn\u00ed s\u00e9rie se zam\u011b\u0159uje na to, jak se st\u00e1t skv\u011bl\u00fdm ScrumMasterem, co\u017e je takov\u00e9 m\u00e9 obl\u00edben\u00e9 t\u00e9ma, kter\u00e9mu se v\u011bnuji u\u017e n\u011bkolik let, \u0161kol\u00edm ScrumMastery, kou\u010duji ScrumMastery a p\u0159ed \u010dasem jsem na to t\u00e9ma napsala <a href=\"https:\/\/greatscrummaster.com\">knihu Skv\u011bl\u00fd ScrumMaster<\/a>. Druh\u00e1 s\u00e9rie bude pokra\u010dovat kr\u00e1tk\u00fdmi konverzacemi s r\u016fzn\u00fdmi lidmi z agiln\u00edho sv\u011bta tady v \u010cesku, no pak zase bude t\u0159eba 3. s\u00e9rie, tak\u017ee kdyby v\u00e1s n\u011bjak\u00e9 t\u00e9ma zaj\u00edmalo, ozv\u011bte se.<\/p>\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/anchor.fm\/sochova\/embed\" width=\"400px\" height=\"102px\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e se pod\u00edv\u00e1me na <a href=\"https:\/\/anchor.fm\/zuzuzka\">anglick\u00fd podcast<\/a>, tak ten m\u00e1 v prvn\u00ed s\u00e9rii o trochu v\u00edce epizod a prokl\u00e1d\u00e1 v\u017edy n\u011bco ode m\u011b s n\u011bjak\u00fdm t\u00e9matem co p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed m\u00ed host\u00e9. Za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1m jedn\u00edm ze sv\u00fdch nov\u00fdch obl\u00edben\u00fdch t\u00e9mat agiln\u00ed Leadership, kter\u00e9mu jsem se detailn\u011bji v\u011bnovala ve sv\u00e9 nov\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/greatagileleader.com\">knize Agile Leader<\/a>. Druh\u00e1 epizoda m\u00e1 hosta Evana Laybourna, zakladatele Business Agility Institutu, ve kter\u00e9 mluv\u00edme o &nbsp;tom, jak se stav\u00ed komunity a jak funguj\u00ed modern\u00ed agiln\u00ed organizace. T\u0159et\u00ed d\u00edl je zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fd na agiln\u00ed HR, co\u017e je jedna z oblast\u00ed, kter\u00e1 dneska za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 nab\u00fdvat na popularit\u011b a kdyby v\u00e1s to zaj\u00edmalo, tak \u0161kol\u00edm pravideln\u011b certifika\u010dn\u00ed kurz na agiln\u00ed HR. Dal\u0161\u00edm z host\u016f je Marita Fridjhon, jedna z nejzaj\u00edmav\u011bj\u0161\u00edch lid\u00ed co zn\u00e1m v oblasti kou\u010dingu. Jej\u00ed program Organizational Relationship System Coaching (ORSC) mi dal opravdu hodn\u011b. &nbsp;Tentokr\u00e1t jsme mluvily o system inspired leadershipu, tedy o tom jak vlastn\u011b funguj\u00ed syst\u00e9my, organizace a leadership. V dal\u0161\u00ed epizod\u011b se v\u011bnuji &nbsp;konceptu ScrumMaster State of mind, tedy tomu jak funguje ScrumMaster a jak\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edstupy by mohl vyu\u017e\u00edvat v r\u016fzn\u00fdch situac\u00edch. V dal\u0161\u00ed epizod\u011b mluv\u00ed Marsha Acker o tom co je facilitace a jak b\u00fdt dobr\u00fdm facilit\u00e1torem.
