Tak jsem sepsala sedm bod\u016f, na kter\u00e9 se d\u00edv\u00e1m j\u00e1:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pracujeme t\u00fdmov\u011b (tedy nen\u00ed to skupina samostatn\u011b pracuj\u00edc\u00edch jednotlivc\u016f)<\/li>\n<li>Neust\u00e1le se zlep\u0161ujeme (n\u00e1stroje, procesy a praktiky jsou t\u00e9ma k diskusi)<\/li>\n<li>Z\u00e1kazn\u00edk spolupracuje s t\u00fdmem jako rovnocenn\u00fd partner (nen\u00ed schovan\u00fd ani za mana\u017eera ani za smlouvu)<\/li>\n<li>Dod\u00e1v\u00e1me business hodnotu (tedy nejen pr\u00e1ci, ale n\u011bco co funguje end-to-end)<\/li>\n<li>Soust\u0159ed\u00edme se na hodnotu, m\u011b\u0159\u00edme dopad na business (nikoliv effort, velocity a odhady)<\/li>\n<li>T\u00fdmy maj\u00ed autonomii se samy rozhodovat a organizovat<\/li>\n<li>Vysok\u00e1 transparentnost a dostupnost informac\u00ed<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ur\u010dit\u011b by se toho na\u0161lo v\u00edc, ale tohle obvykle sta\u010d\u00ed. Druh\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka z podobn\u00e9ho spektra je, jestli m\u016f\u017eeme n\u011bkde vid\u011bt dobrou agiln\u00ed transformaci. Probl\u00e9m ale nen\u00ed v tom n\u011bco vid\u011bt, probl\u00e9m je v tom, \u017ee lid\u00e9 na za\u010d\u00e1tku agiln\u00ed cesty \u010dasto hledaj\u00ed n\u011bco, co by mohli zkop\u00edrovat. R\u00e1di by dostali checklist n\u00e1stroj\u016f a praktik. Agile ale nen\u00ed o praktik\u00e1ch, n\u00e1stroj\u00edch ani procesech, a tak je v podstat\u011b \u00fapln\u011b jedno kam je po\u0161lete. Oni stejn\u011b \u0159eknou \u201cAle oni nem\u011bli tohle a nem\u011bli tamto\u201d. Ono toti\u017e nen\u00ed podstatn\u00e9, co m\u011bli a co nem\u011bli, ale jak k v\u011bcem p\u0159istupovali. A to z n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvy nikdy nen\u00ed vid\u011bt. Je to zak\u00f3dov\u00e1no v kultu\u0159e, je to schov\u00e1no pod povrchem a nikdo si to ani neuv\u011bdomuje. Kdy\u017e jsem j\u00e1 za\u010d\u00ednala se Scrumem, bylo to ve firm\u011b, kter\u00e1 hodn\u011b spolupracovala, lid\u00e9 si pom\u00e1hali navz\u00e1jem, m\u011bli jsme hodn\u011b otev\u0159enou kulturu. Tak\u017ee n\u00e1m spousta v\u011bc\u00ed \u0161la sama. A my to brali za norm\u00e1ln\u00ed. Kdy\u017e jsem ale pak pracovala v r\u016fzn\u00fdch jin\u00fdch organizac\u00edch, zjistila jsem, \u017ee to bylo vlastn\u011b docela neobvykl\u00e9 a unik\u00e1tn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Ale j\u00e1 ho brala za standard a nikdy by m\u011b nenapadlo ho zm\u00ednit. Tak\u017ee nehledejte, co byste okop\u00edrovali. Agiln\u00edmi se mus\u00edte st\u00e1t.
