V Agiln\u00edm sv\u011bt\u011b se naopak klade d\u016fraz na dodanou business hodnotu, kterou p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00edme z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016fm a organizaci. Pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed se na to metriky jako je <em>Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)<\/em>, tedy jak jsou z\u00e1kazn\u00edci spokojeni s v\u00fdsledky va\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e1ce, <em>Net Promoter Score (NPS),<\/em> tedy jak\u00e1 je pravd\u011bpodobnost \u017ee v\u00e1\u0161 produkt nebo slu\u017ebu budou z\u00e1kazn\u00edci doporu\u010dovat, <em>Time to Market<\/em>, tedy jak rychle trv\u00e1 nasadit po\u017eadavek, a v&nbsp;samoz\u0159ejm\u011b i klasick\u00e9 business metriky jako jsou <em>vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjmy, sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed n\u00e1klad\u016f a z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00fdch u\u017eivatel\u016f.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jedn\u00edm z kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch ukazatel\u016f \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9ho agiln\u00edho t\u00fdmu je jeho schopnost efektivn\u011b doru\u010dovat pr\u00e1ci. Je tedy dobr\u00e9 se pod\u00edvat na fungov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00fdm\u016f ze syst\u00e9mov\u00e9ho pohledu a vizualizovat p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky a optimalizovat jejich fungov\u00e1n\u00ed. Agile a Lean jsou si velice bl\u00edzko, a tak b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 Lean metriky se \u010dasto hod\u00ed i v&nbsp;agiln\u00edm sv\u011bt\u011b. Nap\u0159\u00edklad <em>Cycle Time<\/em>, tedy doba od zah\u00e1jen\u00ed pr\u00e1ce na \u00fakolu po jeho dokon\u010den\u00ed, <em>Lead Time<\/em>, tedy celkov\u00e1 doba od vzniku po\u017eadavku po jeho doru\u010den\u00ed, <em>Throughput<\/em>, tedy po\u010det dokon\u010den\u00fdch \u00fakol\u016f za ur\u010dit\u00fd \u010dasov\u00fd \u00fasek, nebo <em>Flow Efficiency<\/em>, tedy procento uv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed pom\u011br \u010dasu pr\u00e1ce vs. \u010dek\u00e1n\u00ed. Na r\u016fzn\u00fdch Kanban boardech pak pr\u00e1ci vizualizujeme a hled\u00e1me, jak zlep\u0161it na\u0161e fungov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dal\u0161\u00edm zaj\u00edmav\u00fdm ukazatelem je spokojenost a motivovace t\u00fdmu. T\u00fdmy, kter\u00e9 c\u00edt\u00ed podporu a smysluplnost sv\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce jsou produktivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a odoln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u016f\u010di stresu. M\u011b\u0159it m\u016f\u017eete nap\u0159\u00edklad <em>Team Satisfaction<\/em>, tedy spokojenost t\u00fdmu, <em>Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS)<\/em>, tedy jak\u00e1 je pravd\u011bpodobnost, \u017ee \u010dlenov\u00e9 t\u00fdmu doporu\u010d\u00ed pr\u00e1ci v t\u00e9to organizaci, <em>Psychological Safety Score<\/em>, tedy jak bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 je prost\u0159ed\u00ed v organizaci a nakolik jsou \u010dlenov\u00e9 t\u00fdmu ochotni sd\u00edlet sv\u00e9 n\u00e1zory a n\u00e1pady.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agiln\u00ed t\u00fdmy by se m\u011bly starat tak\u00e9 o udr\u017eitelnost a kvalitu produktu. V tomto kontextu se pak \u010dasto m\u011b\u0159\u00ed metriky jako je <em>Defect Rate<\/em>, tedy po\u010det chyb reportovan\u00fdch po dokon\u010den\u00ed, <em>Code Coverage<\/em>, tedy procento k\u00f3du pokryt\u00e9ho testy, <em>Technical Debt<\/em>, tedy hodnota technick\u00e9ho dluhu a <em>Release Frequency<\/em> tedy jak \u010dasto je produkt nasazov\u00e1n do produkce. Pravideln\u00e9 code reviews, automatick\u00e9 testy, continuous integration, a refactoring v&nbsp;pr\u016fb\u011bhu Sprint\u016f by m\u011bly b\u00fdt v&nbsp;dne\u0161n\u00edm dob\u011b u\u017e standardem.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je dobr\u00e9 si ve firm\u011b nastavit vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00fd mix toho co m\u011b\u0159\u00edte, kombinovat metriky z r\u016fzn\u00fdch oblast\u00ed a sledovat je v kontextu, aby se v\u00e1m nestalo, \u017ee p\u0159\u00edli\u0161n\u00fd fokus na jednu konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed metriku zabije v\u0161echno ostatn\u00ed. Ale hlavn\u011b, m\u011b\u0159te jen to, na jeho\u017e z\u00e1klad\u011b jste ochotni n\u011bco zm\u011bnit.
