Konflikt je nevyhnutelnou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed t\u00fdmov\u00e9 dynamiky. Ale zat\u00edmco n\u011bkter\u00e9 konflikty jsou zdrav\u00e9 a u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 pro otev\u0159en\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch perspektiv, jin\u00e9 budou t\u00fdm brzdit a negativn\u011b ovliv\u0148ovat energii, motivaci a produktivitu t\u00fdmu. Prvn\u00edm krokem k jejich efektivn\u00edmu \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed je pochopen\u00ed jejich povahy. Jde o v\u011bcnou neshodu ohledn\u011b dat, informac\u00ed nebo interpretace skute\u010dnost\u00ed, nebo nesouhlas se zp\u016fsobem jak\u00fdm t\u00fdm pracuje, nebo jde o rozd\u00edly v hodnot\u00e1ch, osobn\u00edch c\u00edlech nebo p\u0159\u00edstupu a nebo v neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b o konflikty v osobn\u00ed rovin\u011b, zalo\u017een\u00e9 na vztaz\u00edch, emoc\u00edch nebo nedostatku d\u016fv\u011bry.
