V&nbsp;r\u016fzn\u00fdch kan\u00e1lech pak mohou prob\u00edhat diskuse na r\u016fzn\u00e1 t\u00e9mata. V\u0161e je transparentn\u00ed pro v\u0161echny, ale podle konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed pot\u0159eby si m\u016f\u017eete ur\u010dit\u00e1 t\u00e9mata filtrovat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Zoom<\/strong>, <strong>Google Meet<\/strong> nebo <strong>Teams<\/strong> jsou dobr\u00e9 n\u00e1stroje pro komunikaci. V klasick\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b jste lidi posadili do jedn\u00e9 m\u00edstnosti, aby komunikovali a spolupracovali, ve virtu\u00e1ln\u00edm sv\u011bt\u011b vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00edte spole\u010dn\u00fd virtu\u00e1ln\u00ed prostor, kde prob\u00edh\u00e1 v pr\u016fb\u011bhu dne ve\u0161ker\u00e1 komunikace a spolupr\u00e1ce v r\u00e1mci t\u00fdmu. Nepodce\u0148ujte s\u00edlu obrazov\u00e9ho vjemu. Ve virtu\u00e1ln\u00ed sv\u011bt\u011b se vlastn\u011b pro agiln\u00ed t\u00fdmy nic moc nem\u011bn\u00ed, jen n\u00e1stroje \u2013 z&nbsp;lep\u00edtek k&nbsp;Muralu a Miru, z&nbsp;m\u00edstnosti do virtu\u00e1ln\u00edho video prostoru. To, co je t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 udr\u017eet jsou vztahy, d\u016fv\u011bra a spolupr\u00e1ce a nenechat lidi sklouznout k individu\u00e1ln\u00ed pr\u00e1ci. Individualismus zab\u00edj\u00ed kulturu i inovace.
