A t\u00edm, aby n\u00e1hodou nedo\u0161lo k m\u00fdlce, ani n\u00e1hodou nemysl\u00edm, \u017ee jsou zodpov\u011bdn\u00ed za velocity, estimates, ani maximalizaci dod\u00e1vky v r\u00e1mci Sprintu. To je v\u0161echno podru\u017en\u00e9. V\u00edce zdaleka neznamen\u00e1 lep\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdsledek.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Skv\u011bl\u00ed ScrumMaste\u0159i maj\u00ed na v\u011bci \u00fapln\u011b jin\u00fd pohled. Jejich hlavn\u00edm c\u00edlem je dos\u00e1hnout zlep\u0161en\u00ed. Zlep\u0161en\u00ed celkov\u00e9ho fungov\u00e1n\u00ed organizace. A proto\u017ee v Agilu r\u00e1di za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1me s\u00a0mal\u00fdmi kroky, ScrumMaste\u0159i za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed s\u00a0t\u00fdmem a hledaj\u00ed zlep\u0161en\u00ed jeho fungov\u00e1n\u00ed. V\u011bt\u0161inou nejde o rychl\u00e9 zvednut\u00ed efektivity a kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9 c\u00edle, ale pr\u00e1v\u011b naopak. ScrumMaste\u0159i by m\u011bli hledat zm\u011bny na syst\u00e9mov\u00e9 \u00farovni. Zm\u011bny, kter\u00e9 fundament\u00e1ln\u011b uprav\u00ed fungov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00a0dlouhodob\u00e9m horizontu. Jen tak se d\u00e1 dos\u00e1hnout signifikantn\u00edch v\u00fdsledk\u016f.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Co tady takov\u00fd ScrumMaster d\u011bl\u00e1? Pozoruje. ScrumMaster nen\u00ed ten, kdo produkt vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed, proto\u017ee t\u00edm by ztratil nadhled. Je to naopak ten, kdo dok\u00e1\u017ee nezaujat\u011b na vn\u00edmat fungov\u00e1n\u00ed proces\u016f a identifikovat m\u00edsta, kter\u00e1 nejsou efektivn\u00ed. \u010casto se tedy d\u00edv\u00e1 na to, jak funguje spolupr\u00e1ce a\u0165 u\u017e v r\u00e1mci t\u00fdmu, mezi t\u00fdmy, nebo se z\u00e1kazn\u00edkem. Hled\u00e1 m\u00edsta kde se \u010dek\u00e1, z\u00e1vislosti, neporozum\u011bn\u00ed a na z\u00e1klad\u011b pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed potom navrhuje syst\u00e9mov\u00e1 zlep\u0161en\u00ed celkov\u00e9ho fungov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Co je p\u0159\u00edklad takov\u00fd syst\u00e9mov\u00fdch zm\u011bn?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vytvo\u0159en\u00ed multifunk\u010dn\u00edch t\u00fdm\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed spolupracuj\u00ed na jednom c\u00edli (cross-functional t\u00fdm)<\/li>\n<li>Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed viditelnosti v\u00fdstup\u016f jednotliv\u00fdch \u010dlen\u016f, t\u00fdmu jako celku a fungov\u00e1n\u00ed organizace (radical transparency)<\/li>\n<li>Zaveden\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kter\u00e9 d\u00e1v\u00e1 lidem v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed autonomii se rozhodnout (self-management)<\/li>\n<li>Nastaven\u00ed d\u016fv\u011bry a psychologick\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnosti vedouc\u00ed k zodpov\u011bdnosti (pocit bezpe\u010d\u00ed je pre-requisita)<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e1vrh businesov\u00fdch metrik a change management na jejich z\u00e1klad\u011b (business value, customer-centric mindset)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asi by se toho na\u0161lo v\u00edc, ale tohle takov\u00fd z\u00e1klad.
