Jeden, kter\u00fd by se dal charakterizovat slovy <em>\u2018co nem\u011b\u0159\u00edm, to ne\u0159\u00edd\u00edm\u2018<\/em>, a pak ti, co se v\u00edce ne\u017e na n\u011bjak\u00e9 striktn\u00ed procesy a \u010d\u00edsla spol\u00e9haj\u00ed na svoj\u00ed intuici a selsk\u00fd rozum. Skupiny jsou to zcela disjunktn\u00ed, a p\u0159esto \u017ee spolu mluv\u00ed, jen velmi t\u011b\u017eko si opravdu rozum\u00ed.  \u017dij\u00ed v odli\u0161n\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b. N\u011bkde tady se podle m\u00e9ho soudu nach\u00e1z\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00ed probl\u00e9m zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed agiln\u00edch metod \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. <\/p>\n<p>Nap\u0159. Scrum je zalo\u017een\u00fd na t\u00fdmov\u00e9 spolupr\u00e1ci, t\u00fdmov\u00e9 zodpov\u011bdnosti, a t\u00fdmov\u00e9m rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed. Zkuste tedy vysv\u011btlit klasick\u00e9mu managerovi ze star\u00e9 \u0161koly, \u017ee zodpov\u011bdnost za projekt m\u00e1 t\u00fdm. On p\u0159eci mus\u00ed m\u00edt jednoho \u010dlov\u011bka. Tomu odpov\u011bdnost nalo\u017e\u00ed a ostatn\u00ed ignoruje. Dal\u0161\u00ed obt\u00ed\u017e nastane, kdy\u017e se t\u00fdm rozhodne n\u011bco zm\u011bnit. V\u0161e p\u0159eci mus\u00ed b\u00fdt pops\u00e1no procesy a ty se nejen\u017ee nem\u011bn\u00ed, ale mus\u00ed se i dodr\u017eovat\u2026 Po \u010dase skon\u010d\u00edte tak, \u017ee d\u011bl\u00e1te (Agiln\u00ed) interface dovnit\u0159 t\u00fdmu a (klasick\u00fd procesn\u00ed) interface sv\u00e9mu managerovi. A to samoz\u0159ejm\u011b bude funk\u010dn\u00ed jen z poloviny. Agiln\u00ed kultura se tak nevytvo\u0159\u00ed. A je ot\u00e1zka, jestli to pak cel\u00e9 nebude na \u00farovni isolovan\u00fdch praktik, jako kdy\u017e nap\u0159. m\u00edsto komplexn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu testov\u00e1n\u00ed zavedete unit testy. To je sice samo o sob\u011b super, produkt bude trochu l\u00e9pe otestovan\u00fd, ale asi to nezaru\u010d\u00ed tu pravou kvalitu.<\/p>\n<p>Jak tedy p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dit managery co nikdy nic jin\u00e9ho neza\u017eili, \u017ee Agiln\u00ed metody mohou fungovat d\u0159\u00edve, ne\u017e v\u00e1s utlu\u010dou sv\u00fdmi form\u00e1ln\u00edmi performance measurementy? A jde to v\u016fbec? Nebo takov\u00e9 metody a kultura funguje jen ve firm\u00e1ch s opravdov\u00fdmi leadery, co up\u0159ednost\u0148uj\u00ed dlouhodob\u00fd c\u00edl p\u0159ed kr\u00e1tkodob\u00fdm ziskem? Na z\u00e1v\u011br, k t\u011bm proces\u016fm, si neodpust\u00edm ot\u00e1zku. M\u00e1te ve firm\u011b ISO? A pom\u00e1h\u00e1 v\u00e1m n\u011bjak v tom b\u00fdt lep\u0161\u00ed, kvalitn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011bj\u0161\u00ed? <\/p>\n<p>Paradoxn\u011b m\u00e1m pocit, \u017ee se v\u0161ude mluv\u00ed o tom, jak p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dit z\u00e1kazn\u00edka. Pro v\u011bt\u0161inu firem ale mus\u00ed b\u00fdt daleko t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dit svoje vlastn\u00ed lidi. Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dit z\u00e1kazn\u00edka je o mnoho snaz\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e si z\u00edskat podporu formalist\u016f a striktn\u011b procesn\u011b zalo\u017een\u00fdch lid\u00ed. <\/p>\n<p>Zaj\u00edmal by m\u011b V\u00e1\u0161 n\u00e1zor a zku\u0161enosti.
