Tak\u017ee co d\u00e1l? Pro\u010d je vlastn\u011b scrum proces tak \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00fd? Rozhodn\u011b to nen\u00ed zaveden\u00edm agiln\u00edch praktik samo o sob\u011b. P\u00e1rov\u00e9 programov\u00e1n\u00ed, Backlog a Burndown v\u00e1m mo\u017en\u00e1 pom\u016f\u017eou ale ta z\u00e1sadn\u00ed zm\u011bna se d\u011bje na \u00farovni firemn\u00ed kultury. M\u011bn\u00ed cel\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed a vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed reality zam\u011bstnanci. Ti se st\u00e1vaj\u00ed v\u00edce zapojeni do procesu a zainteresov\u00e1ni na v\u00fdsledku. M\u00e1 to n\u011bco spole\u010dn\u00e9ho s motivac\u00ed ale je to mo\u017en\u00e1 v\u00edce o p\u0159evzet\u00ed zodpov\u011bdnosti a z\u00e1rove\u0148 osobn\u00edm rozvoji. M\u016f\u017eete stokr\u00e1t pou\u017e\u00edvat v\u0161echny agiln\u00ed metody, ale kdy\u017e nem\u00e1te agiln\u00ed kulturu, efekt bude p\u0159inejmen\u0161\u00edm sporn\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Jak tedy agiln\u00ed kultura vypad\u00e1? Tak ur\u010dit\u011b vy\u017eaduje zapojen\u00ed lid\u00ed do procesu, iniciativu, tedy vysokou motivaci. Dalo by se \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee na stupnici podle Maslowa budou lid\u00e9 hodn\u011b vysoko, a\u017e v posledn\u00edm stupni pyramidy, kde kl\u00ed\u010dovou hodnotou je realizov\u00e1n\u00ed osobn\u00edho potenci\u00e1lu, napln\u011bn\u00ed a osobn\u00edho rozvoje. Mezi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 vlastnosti bude pat\u0159it samostatnost, odpov\u011bdnost, ale i sebev\u011bdom\u00ed. P\u0159echod od direktivn\u00ed kultury je jist\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd, ale nikoliv nemo\u017en\u00fd. Kdy\u017e jsem p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161lela jak na\u0161\u00ed firemn\u00ed kulturu, kter\u00e1 by rozhodn\u011b mohla b\u00fdt pova\u017eov\u00e1na za agiln\u00ed, je\u0161t\u011b pos\u00edlit, napadlo m\u011b, \u017ee vlastn\u011b ide\u00e1ln\u00edm n\u00e1strojem bude coaching.<\/p>\n<p>Coaching je vlastn\u011b o zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed \u00farovn\u011b v\u011bdom\u00ed. M\u011blo by n\u00e1s vhodn\u011b kladen\u00fdmi ot\u00e1zkami donutit zamyslet se nad danou v\u011bc\u00ed a u\u017e jen t\u00edm \u017ee se na danou oblast soust\u0159ed\u00edme, dok\u00e1\u017eeme \u010dasto probl\u00e9m odstranit. Kr\u00e1sn\u011b je to vid\u011bt ve sportu. Absolvovala jsem ned\u00e1vno coachovac\u00ed hodinu tenisu a mus\u00edm \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee to skv\u011ble funguje. Rozhovor typu: \u201cJak se ti hraje? No bol\u00ed m\u011b trochu ruka, m\u00e1m pocit, \u017ee se nem\u016f\u017eu po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b nap\u0159\u00e1hnout. A kde p\u0159esn\u011b t\u011b bol\u00ed? No v z\u00e1p\u011bst\u00ed, takhle\u2026 A co by \u0161lo ud\u011blat, aby se to zlep\u0161ilo? \u0160la by t\u0159eba chytit jinak raketa? Mo\u017en\u00e1 takhle\u2026 Je to lep\u0161\u00ed? Jo\u2026. \u201c v\u00fdborn\u011b fungoval. Zkuste si ho porovnat s klasickou v\u00fdukou kde je tren\u00e9r v roli \u010dlov\u011bka, co neust\u00e1le opravuje chyby a \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 v\u00e1m, \u017ee raketu dr\u017e\u00edte \u0161patn\u011b, \u017ee se mus\u00edte d\u00edvat na m\u00ed\u010d a d\u00e1vat rychl\u00e9 r\u00e1ny. Asi bych skon\u010dila s t\u00edm, \u017ee k tenisu nem\u00e1m vlohy.<\/p>\n<p>Tak\u017ee zp\u011bt k ot\u00e1zce jak pos\u00edlit agiln\u00ed kulturu? Pro\u010d tedy nezkusit coaching.
