Kolikr\u00e1t jste se vr\u00e1tili z kurzu a \u0161kolen\u00ed, nad\u0161eni jak\u00e9 to bylo zaj\u00edmav\u00e9, a u\u017e po n\u011bkolika dnech jste vlastn\u011b nev\u011bd\u011bli, o \u010dem to bylo. \u0158\u00edk\u00e1 se, \u017ee lid\u00e9 se nejv\u00edce u\u010d\u00ed z vlastn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti a pro\u017eitku. Testy na toto t\u00e9ma uv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed, \u017ee si \u010dlov\u011bk zapamatuje jen p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 20 % z toho, co sly\u0161\u00ed, a pouh\u00fdch 30 % z toho co si p\u0159e\u010dte nebo je mu n\u00e1zorn\u011b ukazov\u00e1no. Ale ji\u017e 50 % informac\u00ed si zapamatuje, pokud m\u00e1 mo\u017enost nab\u00edzen\u00e9 informace vid\u011bt i sly\u0161et. Kolem 70 % informac\u00ed si pak \u010dlov\u011bk zapamatuje, kdy\u017e m\u00e1 mo\u017enost n\u011bco vid\u011bt, poslouchat a n\u00e1sledn\u011b o tom nav\u00edc hovo\u0159it. Pokud k t\u011bmto t\u0159em \u010dinnostem p\u0159i\u0159ad\u00edme je\u0161t\u011b mo\u017enost aktivn\u00edho vykon\u00e1n\u00ed, z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1me a\u017e 90 % \u0161anci si dan\u00e9 informace zapamatovat [So\u0148a Hermochov\u00e1, Teambuilding; Grada, 2006]. Tedy chcete-li nau\u010dit n\u011bkoho Scrum, mus\u00edte mu vysv\u011btlit jak na to, ale to nesta\u010d\u00ed. Aby to cel\u00e9 m\u011blo smysl, mus\u00ed si \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci Scrum vyzkou\u0161et na vlastn\u00ed k\u016f\u017ei a zp\u011btn\u011b zhodnotit jak jim to \u0161lo, co bylo dobr\u00e9 a co by m\u011bli naopak p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b vylep\u0161it. <\/p>\n<p>Her se d\u00e1 hr\u00e1t mnoho, mohou b\u00fdt r\u016fzn\u011b slo\u017eit\u00e9 a komplexn\u00ed, ale v podstat\u011b jde o to, vyzkou\u0161et si p\u00e1r z\u00e1kladn\u00edch princip\u016f \u2013 Pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed, t\u00fdmovou spolupr\u00e1ci, komunikaci se z\u00e1kazn\u00edkem, reakci na zm\u011bnu. A retrospektivu. Jednou z mo\u017en\u00fdch her zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch na pro\u017eitek ze Scrum procesu jsme navrhli s Petrem Olmerem stavbu \u017eeleznice. Ka\u017ed\u00fd sprint si t\u00fdm po diskuzi se z\u00e1kazn\u00edkem napl\u00e1nuje Sprint Backlog v z\u00e1vislosti na dan\u00fdch priorit\u00e1ch. Pak si ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dlen vyt\u00e1hne karti\u010dky ur\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed jeho rychlost, a p\u0159\u00edpadnou zm\u011bnu celkov\u00fdch bod\u016f. Tyto individu\u00e1ln\u00ed rychlosti se se\u010dtou a t\u00fdm prezentuje, kolik \u017eeleznice postavil. C\u00edlem je m\u00edt funk\u010dn\u00ed produkt a spokojen\u00e9ho z\u00e1kazn\u00edka.<\/p>\n<p>Pot\u0159ebujete: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mapu USA s p\u0159ed vyzna\u010denou trasou \u2013 my jsme zvolili <a href=\"http:\/\/soch.cz\/ScrumHra-Mapa.pdf\">tuhle<\/a>. Za jednu user story se pova\u017euje dokon\u010den\u00ed \u00faseku z jednoho m\u011bsta do druh\u00e9ho (m\u011bsta jsou ozna\u010dena  \u010d\u00edsly). Stavba jednoho lomen\u00e9ho \u00faseku trati odpov\u00edd\u00e1 4 bod\u016fm.<\/li>\n<li>Lep\u00edtka na jednotliv\u00e9 user story v backlogu.<\/li>\n<li>Tabuli rozd\u011blenou na t\u0159i \u010d\u00e1sti: Backlog | In Progress | Done.<\/li>\n<li>Karti\u010dky s rychlost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 byl dan\u00fd \u010dlen t\u00fdmu schopen dos\u00e1hnout, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eou vypadat t\u0159eba takto:<\/li>\n<p><em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prosl\u00fdch\u00e1 se, \u017ee nejpracovit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed d\u011bln\u00edk dostane pr\u00e9mii, zkus\u00edm pracovat v\u00edc  &#8211; 10<\/li>\n<li>Odbory prosadily krat\u0161\u00ed pracovn\u00ed t\u00fdden  &#8211; 5b<\/li>\n<li>Je Den \u017delezni\u010d\u00e1\u0159\u016f, v poledne se jde do hospody &#8211; 4b  <\/li>\n<li>V\u010dera pr\u0161elo, vypili jsme moc rumu &#8211; 3b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/em>Ale tak\u00e9 t\u0159eba takto:<em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>M\u011b\u0159i\u010di \u0161patn\u011b vykol\u00edkovali trasu: +5b nov\u00e1 \u00faloha: bour\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161patn\u011b postaven\u00e9ho \u00faseku &#8211; 3b<\/li>\n<li>Vich\u0159ice povalila stolet\u00fd dub: +10b nov\u00e1 \u00faloha: odstran\u011bn\u00ed stromu \u2013 0b<\/li>\n<p>V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b se do backlogu p\u0159id\u00e1 nov\u00e1 \u00faloha, kter\u00e1 se mus\u00ed z odpracovan\u00fdch bod\u016f dokon\u010dit jako prvn\u00ed a pak je teprve mo\u017en\u00e9 pracovat d\u00e1l na napl\u00e1novan\u00fdch \u00faloh\u00e1ch. <\/em><\/ul>\n<li>V\u011bt\u0161\u00ed hodiny m\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00ed d\u00e9lku Sprintu, my jsme zvolili: <\/li>\n<p><em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5min \u2013 pre-planning &#038; planning  \u2013 t\u00fdm na tabuli napl\u00e1nuje user stories pro dan\u00fd sprint<\/li>\n<li>5min \u2013 vyhodnocen\u00ed &#038; customer demo \u2013 ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dlen t\u00fdmu si vylosuje karti\u010dku s rychlost\u00ed a podm\u00ednkami ve kter\u00fdch dan\u00fd sprint pracoval, Scrum Master je zodpov\u011bdn\u00fd za zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdsledk\u016f a zorganizov\u00e1n\u00ed customer dema. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/em>Nestihne-li t\u00fdm v\u0161echny \u00fakony v\u010das (pl\u00e1n, vyhodnocen\u00ed, customer demo, \u2026), nejsou mu jinak hotov\u00e9 \u00faseky uzn\u00e1ny. <\/p>\n<li>Z\u00e1kazn\u00edka \u2013 toho budete pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b hr\u00e1t Vy &#8211; kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee:<\/li>\n<ul>\n\t<em><\/p>\n<li>Cht\u00edt vid\u011bt dal\u0161\u00ed m\u011bsta<\/li>\n<li>Zm\u011bnit sv\u00e1 p\u0159\u00e1n\u00ed<\/li>\n<p><\/em><\/ul>\n<p>Je u\u017e jen na t\u00fdmu a jeho vyjedn\u00e1vac\u00edch a prezenta\u010dn\u00edch schopnostech, aby z\u00e1kazn\u00edka uspokojil, \u010di mu vysv\u011btlil, \u017ee dan\u00fd po\u017eadavek na zm\u011bnu nestihne. <\/ul>\n<p>C\u00edlem, jak jsem psala naho\u0159e je m\u00edt funk\u010dn\u00ed produkt a spokojen\u00e9ho z\u00e1kazn\u00edka. Hodnot\u00ed se tedy, jestli byl t\u00fdm schopen dokon\u010dit \u00falohy v backlogu a jestli je z\u00e1kazn\u00edk spokojen s v\u00fdsledkem. <\/p>\n<p>Celkem jsme hr\u00e1li na 6 Sprint\u016f, tedy cel\u00e1 hra vyjde na hodinu. P\u0159ed hrou budete pot\u0159ebovat cca 15 minut na vysv\u011btlen\u00ed a cca 15 minut na organizaci t\u00fdmu a vytvo\u0159en\u00ed \u00favodn\u00edho backlogu. Po h\u0159e cca 30 minut na prezentaci celkov\u00fdch v\u00fdsledk\u016f jednotliv\u00fdch t\u00fdm\u016f a retrospektivu. <\/p>\n<p>Na z\u00e1v\u011br p\u0159ikl\u00e1d\u00e1m <a href=\"http:\/\/soch.cz\/ScrumHra.pdf\">prezentaci <\/a>ke h\u0159e.
