M\u00e1te m\u00e1lo kvalitn\u00ed k\u00f3d, a po\u0159\u00e1d n\u011bco p\u0159ed\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1te? Netestujete? Z\u00e1kazn\u00edk nen\u00ed spokojen s t\u00edm, co dostal? Scrum m\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. Tak se poj\u010fme pod\u00edvat, jak modelov\u00e9 firmy Scrum proces nasazuj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h3>1.\tTechnokrat s.r.o<\/h3>\n<p><em>\u0158editel pov\u011b\u0159\u00ed n\u011bkoho ze zku\u0161en\u011bj\u0161\u00edch teamleader\u016f \u010di v\u00fdvoj\u00e1\u0159\u016f v t\u00fdmu aby zjistili, o co jde. A v\u00fdsledek je, \u017ee t\u00fdm brbl\u00e1, \u017ee je to v\u0161echno k ni\u010demu, pro\u010d tr\u00e1v\u00ed denn\u011b hodinu na meetingu kter\u00fd nic nep\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed, \u017ee sv\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce m\u00e1 dost. Toolu nikdo nerozum\u00ed, a Scrum metod\u011b tak\u00e9 ne. Nav\u00edc produktivita v\u00fdrazn\u011b klesla a z\u00e1kazn\u00edk se tak\u00e9 netv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed nad\u0161en\u011b. A \u017ee by v\u0161e nem\u011bli pevn\u011b v rukou. A tak je lep\u0161\u00ed praktiky Scrumu omezit, okle\u0161tit nebo zak\u00e1zat. Ale ne p\u0159\u00edmo, oni d\u011blaj\u00ed Scrum, ale vid\u00edte, dali jsme jim \u0161anci, a ono to m\u011blo takov\u00e9 probl\u00e9my\u2026 <\/em><\/p>\n<h3>3.\tKorpor\u00e1t a.s.<\/h3>\n<p><em>Scrum proces a agiln\u00ed metody pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed velk\u00e9 firmy okolo n\u00e1s. M\u011bli bychom ho zkusit. Po\u0161leme t\u00fdmy na kurzy, project managery na certifikaci Scrum Mastera, a zm\u011bn\u00edme procesy. T\u00fdmy tedy za\u010dnou, a a\u017e do prvn\u00edho v\u011bt\u0161\u00edho probl\u00e9mu v\u0161e funguje. Pak ov\u0161em project manager zapomene, \u017ee m\u00e1 jinou roli, a \u017ee jako Scrum Master nesm\u00ed m\u011bnit pl\u00e1n, nesm\u00ed rozhodovat za t\u00fdm, a rychle se vr\u00e1t\u00ed k osv\u011bd\u010den\u00fdm metod\u00e1m \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed projekt\u016f, na kter\u00e9 byl zvykl\u00fd. A cel\u00e1 firma proch\u00e1z\u00ed deziluz\u00ed. Dalo by se \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee dev\u011bt z deseti project manager\u016f se na Scrum Mastery nikdy nepoda\u0159\u00ed p\u0159eu\u010dit.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Existuj\u00ed i \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 firmy. Velk\u00e9 i mal\u00e9. Ty v\u011bt\u0161inou pochopili, \u017ee Agiln\u00ed metody a Scrum p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed zm\u011bnu my\u0161len\u00ed a p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed zm\u011bnu kultury firmy. Investovali do kurz\u016f, na\u0161li si intern\u00edho \u010di extern\u00edho kou\u010de aby jim s transformac\u00ed pomohl. V\u011bd\u00ed, pro\u010d zm\u011bnu cht\u011bj\u00ed a co od n\u00ed o\u010dek\u00e1vaj\u00ed. A v\u011bd\u00ed, \u017ee zm\u011bna je n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1 a vy\u017eaduje hodn\u011b ka\u017edodenn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce na ka\u017ed\u00e9 \u00farovni. Takov\u00e1 zm\u011bna nejde na\u0159\u00eddit zhora, ani partyz\u00e1nsky vybudovat odspodu. Mus\u00ed propojit celou firmu. Stoj\u00ed hodn\u011b energie.
