J\u00e1 jsem si v\u017edycky myslela, \u017ee to bude efektivita, t\u00fdmov\u00e1 spolupr\u00e1ce a v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed zastupitelnost, \u017ee firmy nebudou se sv\u00fdm sou\u010dasn\u00fdm procesem spokojeni\u2026  Mo\u017en\u00e1. Ale za posledn\u00ed rok jsem narazila sp\u00ed\u0161e na firmy, kter\u00e9 \u0159\u00edkaly, \u017ee jejich sou\u010dasn\u00e9 procesy jsou dobr\u00e9, lidi pr\u00e1ce bav\u00ed, v\u00fdsledek je kvalitn\u00ed a efektivn\u00ed jsou dost, i z\u00e1kazn\u00edk je s v\u00fdsledkem spokojen\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/soch.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/IMG_5858.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/soch.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/IMG_5858-300x171.jpg\" alt=\"rychl\u00e9 procesy jsou agiln\u00ed\" title=\"IMG_5858\" width=\"300\" height=\"171\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-354\" srcset=\"https:\/\/soch.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/IMG_5858-300x171.jpg 300w, https:\/\/soch.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/IMG_5858-1024x584.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 85vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Pt\u00e1te se, kde je tedy probl\u00e9m?  Tak\u00e9 m\u011b to zaj\u00edmalo a tak jsem se zeptala. A zjistila, \u017ee doposud jim jejich striktn\u00ed t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 procesy vyhovovaly, ale te\u010f se sv\u011bt zm\u011bnil. V\u0161echno je rychlej\u0161\u00ed, dynami\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ka\u017ed\u00fd o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u0161echno hned. Nikdo nechce \u010dekat rok, rok a p\u016fl, ne\u017e dostane funkcionalitu, kterou pot\u0159ebuje. Ostatn\u011b pod\u00edvejte se, jak\u00fd jsme m\u011bli p\u0159ed rokem mobiln\u00ed telefon a jak\u00fd m\u00e1te dneska. M\u016fj super nov\u00fd iPhone4 u\u017e je skoro zastaral\u00fd a to ho nem\u00e1m ani p\u016fl roku. Trh zrychlil. A tak nem\u00e1te komfort toho v\u0161e si do detailu rozmyslet, p\u0159edat, zaprotokolovat, ud\u011blat anal\u00fdzu, popsat UML diagramy, rozmyslet t\u0159\u00eddy, rozkreslit chov\u00e1n\u00ed, popsat GUI, nak\u00f3dovat, otestovat, opravit, p\u0159edat, upravit aby se to dalo pou\u017e\u00edvat, opravit &#8230; a m\u00edt \u010das si v klidu u\u017e\u00edt dobr\u00fd pocit ze skv\u011ble odveden\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce. <\/p>\n<p>Firmy se v podstat\u011b d\u011bl\u00ed na dv\u011b skupiny, jedna chce agiln\u00ed metody proto\u017ee jejich z\u00e1kazn\u00edci cht\u011bj\u00ed funkcionalitu hned, ikdy\u017e po men\u0161\u00edch kousc\u00edch, tak googluj\u00ed a najdou Scrum. Druz\u00ed maj\u00ed strach, \u017ee jejich konkurence bude po krizi, kdy nikdo moc do v\u00fdvoje neinvestoval, rychlej\u0161\u00ed a tak zase googluj\u00ed a najdou Scrum. N\u011bke\u0159\u00ed jsou tak daleko, \u017ee Scrum s pl\u00e1nem releasu je moc svazuje a p\u0159ijdou na to, \u017ee cht\u011bj\u00ed rad\u0161i Kanban a \u017ee funkcionalitu nepot\u0159ebuj\u00ed pl\u00e1novat dop\u0159edu ani na \u00farovni backlogu. Ale to u\u017e je jin\u00e1 story. <\/p>\n<p>Nen\u00ed to p\u011bkn\u00e9 vid\u011bt konzervativn\u00ed velk\u00e9 korporace z bankovn\u00edho sv\u011bta, poji\u0161\u0165ovny, telekomunika\u010dn\u00ed oper\u00e1tory, velk\u00e9 mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti jak najednou \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed my chceme p\u0159ej\u00edt na agiln\u00ed metody? Na druhou stranu, tyto velk\u00e9 korpor\u00e1ty jsou v\u011bt\u0161inou v p\u0159echodu na agiln\u00ed metody a Scrum proces \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e mal\u00e9 firmi\u010dky. Nevzdaj\u00ed se tak snadno. Nen\u00ed to jejich prvn\u00ed zm\u011bna. A v\u011bd\u00ed, \u017ee \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 zm\u011bna nen\u00ed snadn\u00e1, a \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 zm\u011bna nen\u00ed zadarmo. \u017de je bude st\u00e1t spoustu \u00fasil\u00ed firmu zm\u011bnit.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1m je r\u00e1da, je s nimi legrace, nut\u00ed m\u011b to p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let, ale hlavn\u011b, na konci je odm\u011bna ve form\u011b funguj\u00edc\u00edho agiln\u00edho t\u00fdmu.
