Je to jedna z nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edch ot\u00e1zek kter\u00e9 dost\u00e1v\u00e1m hned po tom jak implementovat Scrum. Dobr\u00fd Scrum Master by m\u011bl um\u011bt t\u00fdm motivovat. B\u00fdt dobr\u00fdm kou\u010dem. Tak\u017ee jak na to? Ur\u010dit\u011b nepot\u0159ebujete \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd budget. To \u017ee pen\u00edze nejsou motiva\u010dn\u00edm faktorem ale demotiva\u010dn\u00edm &#8211; tedy a\u0165 p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1te jakkoli, radost z vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed mzdy \u010di pr\u00e9mie vydr\u017e\u00ed tak t\u00fdden. Pak zajdete na ve\u010de\u0159i, jedete na dovolenou a zas je to v\u0161echno jako d\u0159\u00edv. \u010c\u00edm v\u00edce dostanete, t\u00edm d\u0159\u00edve si p\u0159ijdete pro dal\u0161\u00ed. Ale dost\u00e1v\u00e1te-li m\u00e9n\u011b, ne\u017e byste vzhledem k tomu co d\u011bl\u00e1te m\u011bli, nebo ne\u017e nutn\u011b pot\u0159ebujete, za pom\u011brn\u011b kr\u00e1tkou chv\u00edli jste siln\u011b demotivov\u00e1ni. Tak\u017ee \u0159ekn\u011bme, \u017ee plat je f\u00e9r. Co ty nejlep\u0161\u00ed lidi vlastn\u011b v t\u00fdmu dr\u017e\u00ed a neodejdou ani za lep\u0161\u00ed plat jinam? Obava ze zm\u011bny? Mo\u017en\u00e1. Ale to nesta\u010d\u00ed. Dobr\u00fd kolektiv, smyslupln\u00e1 pr\u00e1ce, pocit \u017ee to co d\u011bl\u00e1te je pot\u0159eba, a \u017ee to m\u00e1 v\u00fdznam. A \u017ee to d\u011bl\u00e1te dob\u0159e. <\/p>\n<p>Tohle v\u0161echno samoz\u0159ejm\u011b nen\u00ed prim\u00e1rn\u00ed starost\u00ed Scrum Mastera. M\u00e1 kolem sebe p\u00e1r pomocn\u00edk\u016f.<br \/>\nZa\u010dn\u011bme t\u00edm co je starost\u00ed Product Ownera. Dod\u00e1vat va\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e1ci smysl. Product Owner je vlastn\u00edkem produktu, pota\u017emo product backlogu a ten mus\u00ed t\u00fdm nadchnout, aby ve sv\u00e9m po\u010d\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed vid\u011bl smysl. Customer demo v\u00e1m v tom jist\u011b pom\u016f\u017ee. Pochvala od z\u00e1kazn\u00edka nikdy nen\u00ed k zahozen\u00ed. Pocit, \u017ee to co p\u00ed\u0161ete n\u011bkoho opravdu zaj\u00edm\u00e1. A \u017ee to pot\u0159ebuje. Tak\u017ee by se dalo \u0159\u00edct \u017ee Scrum proces v\u00e1m s motivac\u00ed tak\u00e9 v\u00fdrazn\u011b pom\u016f\u017ee. Jestli tahle slo\u017eka motivace nefunguje, jako Scrum Master to budete nejd\u0159\u00edve muset spravit. Jinak pr\u00e1ce bude t\u011b\u017eko n\u011bkoho bavit a t\u011b\u017eko z kohokoli v t\u00fdmu dostanete n\u011bjak\u00e9 v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed nasazen\u00ed. Naopak usly\u0161\u00edte sam\u00e9 v\u00fdmluvy na okol\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Tak\u017ee produktu rozum\u00edme, d\u00e1v\u00e1 n\u00e1m smysl, pr\u00e1ce t\u00fdm bav\u00ed. Co zb\u00fdv\u00e1? Scrum Master pom\u00e1h\u00e1 odstra\u0148ovat p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky, tu \u0161\u00edlenou pr\u00e1ci co v\u00e1s d\u0159\u00edv obt\u011b\u017eovala\u2026 Ob\u010das pom\u016f\u017ee moderovat diskusi, \u0159e\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9my.
