Ale i tak to stoj\u00ed za zamy\u0161len\u00ed. Pom\u016f\u017ee V\u00e1m to odleh\u010dit situaci a setk\u00e1n\u00ed ud\u011blat v\u00edce spole\u010densk\u00e9 a ne pouze pracovn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Tak\u017ee p\u0159esko\u010dme spole\u010densk\u00fd aspekt a pod\u00edvejme se na ten pracovn\u00ed. Na za\u010d\u00e1tku spolupr\u00e1ci budete muset pomoct, po \u010dase bude sta\u010dit nechat lidi mluvit a sami si o radu \u0159eknou \u010di j\u00ed nab\u00eddnou. M\u011b se osv\u011bd\u010dilo m\u00edt Scrum dopoledne, tak aby se v\u0161ichni pokud mo\u017eno se\u0161li v\u010das a za\u010dali pracovat.<\/p>\n<p>Nezapome\u0148te vyu\u017e\u00edt \u010dasu Scrumu pro propagaci \u00fasp\u011bch\u016f a to jak jednotlivc\u016f, tak projektu jako celek. Scrum by nem\u011bl b\u00fdt jen prostor pro \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed probl\u00e9m\u016f. A na z\u00e1v\u011br, nezab\u00edhejte do technick\u00fdch detail\u016f. Pojmenujte probl\u00e9m, sestavte skupinu, co pom\u016f\u017ee s jeho \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm a vra\u0165te se k detail\u016fm po skon\u010den\u00ed Scrumu.
