P\u0159inejmen\u0161\u00edm mus\u00edte pro agiln\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup nadchnout v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed lid\u00ed, co\u017e d\u00e1 v\u00edce pr\u00e1ce. V podstat\u011b m\u00e1te dv\u011b mo\u017enosti. Bu\u010f svol\u00e1te velk\u00fd meeting a na n\u011bm ozn\u00e1m\u00edte, \u017ee od te\u010f je va\u0161e firma agiln\u00ed a v\u0161e tla\u010d\u00edte silou, nebo budete agiln\u00ed metody stav\u011bt od jednotliv\u00fdch t\u00fdm\u016f a nech\u00e1te lidi, aby si sami vybrali, jakou metodikou projekty cht\u011bj\u00ed \u0159\u00eddit.  Ze zku\u0161enosti se d\u00e1 \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee funguj\u00ed oba p\u0159\u00edstupy, co\u017e ale ne\u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee oba budou fungovat pro ka\u017edou firmu. Nakonec stejn\u011b \u010dasem zvol\u00edte jist\u00fd mix obou krajn\u00edch variant. P\u0159\u00edkaz a rychlou zm\u011bnu cel\u00e9 organizace na agiln\u00ed si asi m\u016f\u017eete dovolit, jen kdy\u017e jste si sami jisti v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm p\u0159\u00ednosem takov\u00e9 zm\u011bny a tak\u00e9 kdy\u017e v\u00edte jak. V\u011bt\u0161ina firmem si ale p\u0159echod na agiln\u00ed organizaci moc p\u0159edstavit neum\u00ed, tak\u017ee za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 sp\u00ed\u0161e opatrn\u011b. <\/p>\n<p>Asi ide\u00e1ln\u00ed je zlat\u00fd st\u0159ed. Vybrat produkt, kter\u00fd bychom zkusili \u0159\u00eddit agiln\u011b, naj\u00edt vhodn\u00e9ho Product Ownera a Scrum Mastera, vy\u010dlenit ze standardn\u00ed organizace v\u00fdvoj\u00e1\u0159e, analytiky a testery kter\u00e9 pln\u011b alokujeme do pilotn\u00edho Scrum t\u00fdmu. Vyplat\u00ed se vysv\u011btlit jim v 1-2 denn\u00edm workshopu jak funguj\u00ed agiln\u00ed metody, na \u010dem stoj\u00ed, \u017ee je to sp\u00ed\u0161e filosofie a zm\u011bna my\u0161len\u00ed ne\u017e striktn\u00ed proces. Aby to nebyla jen teorie, ale v\u011bd\u011bli i pro\u010d jednotliv\u00e9 praktiky d\u011bl\u00e1me. Kdy\u017e se t\u00fdm ji\u017e od po\u010d\u00e1tku zapoj\u00ed do vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed Scrum procesu, p\u0159ijde si s\u00e1m na to jak proces adaptovat na sv\u00e9 podm\u00ednky.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e je i tohle pro v\u00e1s nep\u0159edstaviteln\u00e9, dos\u00e1hli jste spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 \u00farovn\u011b klasick\u00e9ho korpor\u00e1tu. Je zaj\u00edmav\u00e9, \u017ee i drobn\u00e1 agiln\u00ed zm\u011bna zanesen\u00e1 do va\u0161eho zab\u011bhnut\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159in\u00e9st ohromn\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky. V\u011bt\u0161in\u011b t\u00fdm\u016f sch\u00e1z\u00ed napojen\u00ed na business, a proto\u017ee pro n\u011b nen\u00ed ze za\u010d\u00e1tku snadn\u00e9 v korporaci ud\u011blat stabiln\u00ed Scrum t\u00fdm se v\u0161\u00edm v\u0161udy, za\u010dne standupy. Na za\u010d\u00e1tek tam chod\u00ed jen \u010dlenov\u00e9 IT t\u00fdmu.  I to je p\u0159\u00ednosn\u00e9. Kdy\u017e se t\u00fdm zab\u011bhne, za\u010dne jim v\u00edc a v\u00edc vadit, \u017ee nemaj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup k nikomu za business a \u017ee z\u00e1stupci businessu se standup\u016f ne\u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed. Tak je pozvou a oni po v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm \u010di men\u0161\u00edm protestov\u00e1n\u00ed \u017ee na to nemaj\u00ed \u010das, za\u010dnou chodit.  Obvykle je ale standup rozvlekl\u00fd a technicky orientovan\u00fd, tak\u017ee to na\u0161e z\u00e1stupce businessu moc nebav\u00ed a brblaj\u00ed, \u017ee je to pro n\u011b ztr\u00e1ta \u010dasu. Z tohoto stavu obvykle vedou dv\u011b zm\u011bny. Vizualizovat l\u00e9pe stav pr\u00e1ce na p\u0159ehledn\u00e9 tabuli a p\u0159ipomenout \u017ee standup je hlavn\u011b o commitmentu, tedy o tom co se dokon\u010dilo. A abychom mohli m\u00edt commitment kter\u00e9mu business rozum\u00ed, je dob\u0159e d\u011blit pr\u00e1ci na n\u011bjak\u00e9 funk\u010dn\u00ed celky kter\u00e9 za n\u011bjak\u00e9 fixn\u00ed obdob\u00ed \u2013 tedy Sprint dokon\u010d\u00edme. Co se ud\u011bl\u00e1, by se m\u011bl domluvit t\u00fdm s businessem a ne si o tom rozhodovat s\u00e1m jako doposud. <\/p>\n<p>Je zaj\u00edmav\u00e9, \u017ee i takov\u00e1hle agiln\u00ed ochutn\u00e1vka sta\u010d\u00ed k tomu, aby t\u00fdm za\u010dal fungovat v\u00fdrazn\u011b l\u00e9pe a vzbudilo to v jeho \u010dlenech chu\u0165 zkusit dal\u0161\u00ed v\u011bci. Sami se ptaj\u00ed jak \u017ee se to ve Scrumu pl\u00e1nuje, jak se ohodnocuje, co je to UserStory, za\u010dnou d\u011blat retrospektivu, hledat rovnov\u00e1hu mezi tradi\u010dn\u00edmi projektov\u00fdmi funkcemi a nov\u011b definovan\u00fdm rolemi a zkou\u0161ej\u00ed si, jak by Scrum v jejich prost\u0159ed\u00ed mohl vypadat. Po n\u011bjak\u00e9m \u010dase je v organizaci dostate\u010dn\u011b positivn\u00ed atmosf\u00e9ra pro postaven\u00ed pln\u00e9ho pilotn\u00edho Scrum t\u00fdmu.
