Scrum nen\u00ed jen pro projekty, ve kter\u00fdch je z\u00e1kazn\u00edk ochoten se st\u00e1t aktivn\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed va\u0161eho t\u00fdmu. Scrum proces v\u00e1s u\u010d\u00ed, jak si naj\u00edt \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed na probl\u00e9my kter\u00e9 m\u00e1te, sami v r\u00e1mci va\u0161eho t\u00fdmu. Dob\u0159e funguj\u00edc\u00ed samoorganizuj\u00edc\u00ed t\u00fdmy ne\u010dekaj\u00ed, a\u017e jim n\u011bkdo probl\u00e9m vy\u0159e\u0161\u00ed, ale samy se ujmou iniciativy. V ruce m\u00e1te Roli Product Ownera, Backlog, Burndown a schopnost bez obav a hlasit\u011b upozor\u0148ovat na to, jak\u00e1 je realita. A to jak obchodn\u00edkovi, tak manager\u016fm.<\/p>\n<p>Pro p\u0159\u00edklad \u0159ekn\u011bme, \u017ee v\u00e1\u0161 obchodn\u00edk domluvil se z\u00e1kazn\u00edkem dod\u00e1vku informa\u010dn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu, ani\u017e by cokoliv konzultoval s t\u00fdmem, od z\u00e1kazn\u00edka p\u0159i\u0161lo velice v\u00e1gn\u00ed zad\u00e1n\u00ed a t\u00fdm vlastn\u011b nev\u00ed, co m\u00e1 d\u011blat. Obchodn\u00edk nav\u00edc sl\u00edbil dod\u00e1n\u00ed syst\u00e9mu za 3 m\u011bs\u00edce a na stran\u011b z\u00e1kazn\u00edka se nikdo netv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed, \u017ee by cht\u011bl s t\u00fdmem jakkoli komunikovat. Nasnad\u011b je potom zata\u017een\u00ed obchodn\u00edka do t\u00fdmu a prezentov\u00e1n\u00ed funkcionality jemu, proto\u017ee v re\u00e1lu on je z\u00e1kazn\u00edkem t\u00fdmu, a proto\u017ee je z\u00e1rove\u0148 zam\u011bstnancem firmy, m\u011bl by v tomto kontextu hr\u00e1t roli Product Ownera a riziko \u00fasp\u011bchu vz\u00edt na sebe. Jak ho p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dit? Tak nap\u0159\u00edklad, \u017ee to je p\u011bkn\u00e9, \u017ee ty jako obchodn\u00edk chce\u0161 v\u0161echno tohle do kv\u011btna, ale my jako t\u00fdm jsme m\u011bli za posledn\u00ed Sprinty rychlost 20 a tedy stihneme do dan\u00e9ho term\u00ednu jen p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b polovinu zadan\u00e9 funkcionality. A bu\u010f budeme pracovat jako t\u00fdm, a dod\u00e1me z\u00e1kazn\u00edkovi maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed hodnotu, nebo ty funkce vezmeme nap\u0159. podle abecedy. A v kv\u011btnu se stejn\u011b uk\u00e1\u017ee, \u017ee jsme to nestihli, a on se ten projekt n\u011bjak u\u017e prodlou\u017e\u00ed, jako v\u017edycky. I kdy\u017e se mu ze za\u010d\u00e1tku nechce, t\u00fdm by m\u011bl pokra\u010dovat ve zvan\u00ed jeho i ostatn\u00edch manager\u016f firmy na Sprint Review a neust\u00e1le upozor\u0148ovat na vznikl\u00fd probl\u00e9m. Asi to nen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9, ale b\u00fdv\u00e1 to pro firmu lep\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e \u010dekat, a\u017e se na to na konci p\u0159ijde. Probl\u00e9m, o kter\u00e9m v\u00edte v\u010das, m\u016f\u017eete \u0159e\u0161it. A od toho\u00a0mana\u017ee\u0159i\u00a0ve firm\u00e1ch jsou.<\/p>\n<p>Pakli\u017ee z n\u011bjak\u00e9ho d\u016fvodu nen\u00ed vhodn\u00e9 z toho, kdo obchod domluvil ud\u011blat Product Ownera, t\u00fdm ze sv\u00e9ho st\u0159edu postav\u00ed v roli Product Ownera n\u011bkoho jin\u00e9ho. U\u017e jen t\u00edm, \u017ee takov\u00e1 role vznikne, se \u010dasto hodn\u011b zm\u011bn\u00ed. Najednou to nejsou jen v\u00fdvoj\u00e1\u0159i a teste\u0159i, kdo si st\u011b\u017euj\u00ed, ale n\u011bkdo v roli Product Ownera, kdo m\u00e1 na starosti prim\u00e1rn\u011b blaho z\u00e1kazn\u00edka a business value. C\u00edlem Product Ownera v takov\u00e9m projektu je co nejrychleji z\u00edskat background a pochopit kontext, kter\u00fd pot\u0159ebuje pro \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed funkcionality pro dan\u00e9ho z\u00e1kazn\u00edka. V ide\u00e1ln\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b takov\u00fd Product Owner nav\u00e1\u017ee se z\u00e1kazn\u00edkem vazbu a po \u010dase je schopen od n\u011bj na neform\u00e1ln\u00edch setk\u00e1n\u00edch pot\u0159ebnou zp\u011btnou vazbu z\u00edskat. Je to o dobr\u00e9 komunikaci, schopnosti dob\u0159e naslouchat a vyjedn\u00e1vat.<\/p>\n<p>V lep\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b m\u00e1te sice Product Ownera, ale ten je od t\u00fdmu daleko, n\u011bkdy odd\u011blen \u010dasovou z\u00f3nou, n\u011bkdy jen kontextem, a na nic jin\u00e9ho ne\u017e term\u00edn dod\u00e1n\u00ed mu \u010das nezb\u00fdv\u00e1. Takov\u00e9 t\u00fdmy potom stav\u00ed n\u011bkoho v roli Product Owner Proxy, co\u017e je \u010dlov\u011bk s technick\u00fdm backgroundem, kter\u00fd ale rozum\u00ed business pohledu a je schopen vzniklou d\u00edru mezi Product Ownerem a t\u00fdmem vyplnit. Na glob\u00e1ln\u00edch projektech s virtu\u00e1ln\u00edmi distribuovan\u00fdmi t\u00fdmy je to obvykl\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>A\u0165 ji\u017e m\u00e1te u v\u00e1s podobn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpady nebo ne, Agile a Scrum identifikuje probl\u00e9my v\u010das, a tak i kdyby to, \u017ee nest\u00edh\u00e1te nikdo z\u00e1kazn\u00edkovi \u0159\u00edci necht\u011bl, a jedn\u00e1n\u00ed o zm\u011bn\u011b kontraktu bylo p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 rizikov\u00e9, po\u0159\u00e1d je lep\u0161\u00ed o probl\u00e9mu v\u011bd\u011bt a m\u00edt mo\u017enost se rozhodnout, co s takov\u00fdm projektem budeme d\u011blat.
