V\u00fdborn\u00fdch t\u00fdm\u016f, kde lid\u00e9 maj\u00ed energii a sv\u00edt\u00ed jim o\u010d\u00ed\u010dka. Jsou nad\u0161en\u00ed. N\u011bco cht\u011bj\u00ed, zaj\u00edmaj\u00ed se. Pochop\u00ed, o \u010dem je Agile a Scrum, a za\u010dnou ho implementovat a adaptovat na sv\u00e9 podm\u00ednky. A v\u011bt\u0161inou jim takov\u00fd proces velmi rychle za\u010dne fungovat a p\u0159i nasazen\u00ed agiln\u00edch metod nesklouznou k tup\u00e9mu vykon\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed praktik a ceremoni\u00ed. Rozum\u00ed pro\u010d, pochop\u00ed agiln\u00ed filosofii a kulturu a jsou ochotni pro takovou zm\u011bnu i n\u011bco ud\u011blat, vydat pro jej\u00ed zm\u011bnu energii. Pom\u00e1hat nasazovat Agile a Scrum v takov\u00fdch firm\u00e1ch je moc fajn.<\/p>\n<p>Na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b spektra jsou firmy, kde lid\u00e9 ani nereaguj\u00ed na sv\u011btlo. N\u011bkde se boj\u00ed, panuje tam atmosf\u00e9ra strachu, striktn\u00edch proces\u016f, tvrd\u00fdch metrik a postih\u016f. Finan\u010dn\u00edch pseudomotivac\u00ed nav\u00e1zan\u00fdch na v\u00fdsledky, kter\u00e9 bez ohledu na jejich v\u00fd\u0161i selh\u00e1vaj\u00ed. Ve\u0161ker\u00e1 iniciativa se trest\u00e1. D\u011blejte p\u0159esn\u011b to, co jste dostali v zad\u00e1n\u00ed a nad ni\u010d\u00edm nep\u0159em\u00fd\u0161lejte. Hlavn\u011b bu\u010fte efektivn\u00ed. Kdy\u017e sprav\u00edme d\u016fv\u011bru a otev\u0159enou komunikaci mezi lidmi, m\u016f\u017eeme za\u010d\u00edt pomalu s agiln\u00edmi p\u0159\u00edstupy a procesy.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159em\u00fd\u0161lela jsem o tom, \u010d\u00edm to je. Sta\u010d\u00ed jen postupovat podle p\u0159\u00edru\u010dky, jako ti v\u0161ichni p\u0159ede mnou. Dod\u00e1 v\u00e1m s\u00edlu lidem v\u011b\u0159it, pom\u00e1hat, a \u017ee oni to u\u017e s pomoc\u00ed agiln\u00edch proces\u016f zvl\u00e1dnou.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e ve \u0161patn\u00e9m t\u00fdmu hled\u00e1te Scrum Mastera, \u010dasto se j\u00edm stane \u010dlov\u011bk s tzv. nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edmi z\u00e1sluhami.
