Mus\u00edm p\u0159iznat, \u017ee Vietnam byl p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. V\u00fdrazn\u011b klidn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a taky tam bylo o dost hez\u010d\u00ed po\u010das\u00ed \ud83d\ude42 Ale p\u0159e\u017eila jsem i cestu vlakem, tak\u017ee tak zl\u00e9 to nebylo. A\u017e na ten nekone\u010dn\u00fd d\u00e9\u0161\u0165.<br \/>\nKonference se zd\u00e1 b\u00fdt o dost p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e Agile India p\u0159ed asi rokem a p\u016fl. Tak\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci maj\u00ed v\u00edce p\u0159edstavu o tom, co to je Agile a Scrum, polovina z nich jsou dokonce Scrum Maste\u0159i. I program je kvalitn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Asi je to jako v\u017edy o organiz\u00e1torech. Na rozd\u00edl od Bengalore maj\u00ed i dobr\u00e9 kafe, vodu v lahv\u00edch, jen internet n\u011bjak zapomn\u011bli. No co se d\u00e1 d\u011blat. Asi bez \u010dten\u00ed twitteru vydr\u017e\u00edm. Vlastn\u011b mi to p\u0159ipomn\u011blo v\u011bci, co u\u017e jsem sly\u0161ela d\u0159\u00edve, jen je\u0161t\u011b nebyl \u010das o nich ps\u00e1t. Kdy\u017e bych to shrnula, zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee jedn\u00edm z trend\u016f je d\u00edvat se na firmy jako komunity, omezit pravidla, zv\u00fd\u0161it transparentnost. A o zbytek u\u017e se postar\u00e1 &#8220;voln\u00fd trh&#8221;. V\u017edycky jsem \u0159\u00edkala, \u017ee firma je organismus. \u017de s\u00e1m \u017eije a m\u011bn\u00ed se bez ohledu na pravidla a p\u0159\u00e1n\u00ed lid\u00ed. Ka\u017ed\u00e9 pravidlo jde obej\u00edt. Tak\u017ee je lep\u0161\u00ed jich m\u00edt co nejm\u00e9n\u011b a nechat organismus &#8211; trh &#8211; tedy firmu a lidi v n\u00ed sami rozhodnout, co je pro n\u011b nejlep\u0161\u00ed.<br \/>\nJedn\u00edm z p\u0159\u00edklad\u016f m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt jin\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup k ohodnocov\u00e1n\u00ed a bonus\u016fm. Osv\u011bd\u010dil se p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b ve Skandin\u00e1vii, a to p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b i ve velk\u00fdch korporac\u00edch. Ud\u011blali ohodnocov\u00e1n\u00ed naprosto transparentn\u00ed. Ka\u017ed\u00fd ve firm\u011b dostane p\u0159esn\u011b stejn\u00fd bonus a plat\u00ed jedin\u00e9 pravidlo. Nesm\u00ed si ho nechat. Mus\u00ed ho rozdat komukoli ve firm\u011b. Polovinu klidn\u011b m\u016f\u017ee d\u00e1t kolegovi, co mu pomohl, zbytek rovnom\u011brn\u011b ostatn\u00edm. N\u011bkdo ohodnot\u00ed asistentku, n\u011bkdo sv\u00e9 kolegy v t\u00fdmu. M\u00e1te-li m\u00e1lo, sta\u010d\u00ed vysv\u011btlit sv\u00fdm koleg\u016fm, \u010d\u00edm jste pro n\u011b p\u0159\u00ednosem. Je to vlastn\u011b aplikovan\u00fd princip voln\u00e9ho trhu. Samo se to reguluje.<br \/>\nPodobn\u00e9 je to s budgety. Zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e1 teorie se jmenuje Beyond Budgeting. Vych\u00e1z\u00ed z toho, \u017ee sv\u011bt se stejn\u011b m\u011bn\u00ed tak rychle, \u017ee nem\u00e1 cenu pl\u00e1novat, kter\u00e9 odd\u011blen\u00ed m\u00e1 kolik na rok dop\u0159edu. Sta\u010d\u00ed jen ud\u011blat v\u0161e transparentn\u00ed. Let\u00edte businessem? Pro\u010d ne, ale cel\u00e1 firma to uvid\u00ed. Chcete lep\u0161\u00ed laptop, ne\u017e maj\u00ed va\u0161i kolegov\u00e9? Kupte si ho, ale budete si to muset obh\u00e1jit p\u0159ed ostatn\u00edmi. Obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b v n\u011bkter\u00fdch prost\u0159ed\u00edch a kultur\u00e1ch. Stejn\u011b jako p\u0159i delegov\u00e1n\u00ed drobn\u00fdch development praktik na t\u00fdm mus\u00edte postupovat kr\u016f\u010dek po kr\u016f\u010dku. T\u00fdm k tomu nejd\u0159\u00edve mus\u00ed dozr\u00e1t. Jestli se dnes nedohodnou ani kdo a jak bude software testovat, asi pro delegov\u00e1n\u00ed ohodnocen\u00ed na \u010dleny t\u00fdmu nebude je\u0161t\u011b ten prav\u00fd \u010das. A trvat to m\u016f\u017ee dlouho. I mnoho let. Takov\u00e9 v\u011bci se nem\u011bn\u00ed snadno a nejdou usp\u011bchat. Je ale dobr\u00e9 o nich v\u011bd\u011bt a sm\u011b\u0159ovat k v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed a v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed delegaci od mana\u017eer\u016f k t\u00fdm\u016fm.<br \/>\nSouvis\u00ed s t\u00edm je\u0161t\u011b jedna praktika. V tom jsme se ostatn\u011b oba v na\u0161ich p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161k\u00e1ch shodli. P\u0159id\u00e1val v\u0161ak je\u0161t\u011b jednu zaj\u00edmavou hodnotu agiln\u00edmu manifestu &#8211; \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 t\u00fdmy up\u0159ednost\u0148uj\u00ed &#8220;my&#8221; p\u0159ed &#8221; j\u00e1&#8221;. We value \u00b4we over me&#8217;. Kdy\u017e se t\u00edm budete \u0159\u00eddit, zmiz\u00ed pomysln\u00e9 zdi mezi jednotliv\u00fdmi specializacemi. A za\u010dnete fungovat jako t\u00fdm. T\u00fdm, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 jeden c\u00edl. Ne mnoho individu\u00e1ln\u00edch protich\u016fdn\u00fdch c\u00edl\u016f, kter\u00e9 se vz\u00e1jemn\u011b pop\u00edraj\u00ed. V\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee takov\u00fdmi \u0159idi\u010di nejste, ani byste se s nimi na silnic\u00edch necht\u011bli potk\u00e1vat. Pro\u010d ale ve firm\u00e1ch a\u017e p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 \u010dasto zapom\u00edn\u00e1me na selsk\u00fd rozum a pohled m\u00e1me up\u0159en\u00fd pouze na r\u016fzn\u00e9 tachometry&#8230;<br \/>\nObecn\u011b to byla velmi p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e1 konference. \u00da\u010dastn\u00edci se opravdu cht\u011bli n\u011bco dozv\u011bd\u011bt, ptali se. Vyu\u017e\u00edvali ka\u017edou chvilku k dotazu.
