Jak se v&scaron;eho co je agiln&iacute; chyt&aacute; v&iacute;ce lid&iacute;, st&aacute;v&aacute; se z agiln&iacute;ch metod b\u011b\u017en&aacute; praxe, kterou se oh&aacute;n&iacute; kde kdo. A tak to p\u0159eci nem\u016f\u017ee b&yacute;t slo\u017eit&eacute;, \u017ee. Ostatn\u011b co je na agiln&iacute;m manifestu nov&eacute;ho. A tak hned jak se v&aacute;m n\u011bco z toho co Agile doporu\u010duje nezd&aacute;, zm\u011bn&iacute;te to nebo rovnou vyhod&iacute;te.<\/p>\n<p>Jen\u017ee ona slo\u017eitost agiln&iacute;ho sv\u011bta je ukryta n\u011bkde zcela jinde. Mus&iacute;te tomu porozum\u011bt, mus&iacute; v&aacute;m to p\u0159ej&iacute;t do krve jako metoda, styl \u0159&iacute;zen&iacute;, jako zp\u016fsob jak organizovat lidi. A pr&aacute;v\u011b tady je ukryt&yacute; probl&eacute;m. Aby se tak stalo, chce to cvik. Opakuj&iacute;c&iacute; se dril. Zp\u011bt k z&aacute;klad\u016fm. Nep\u0159em&yacute;&scaron;lejte o mo\u017en&yacute;ch odchylk&aacute;ch, dr\u017ete se doporu\u010den&yacute;ch princip\u016f a pravidel. Jak dlouho? Nebudou to ani t&yacute;dny, ani m\u011bs&iacute;ce. U takov&eacute;ho Agilu a Scrumu to mohou b&yacute;t klidn\u011b t\u0159i roky. V druh&eacute; f&aacute;zi &ndash; Ha &ndash; u\u017e m&aacute;te sice z&aacute;kladn&iacute; principy za\u017eit&eacute; a za\u010d&iacute;n&aacute;te se d&iacute;vat na r\u016fzn&aacute; dal&scaron;&iacute; doporu\u010den&iacute; a mo\u017enosti jak tyto dal&scaron;&iacute; cesty implementovat, ale po\u0159&aacute;d je&scaron;t\u011b nejste experty kte\u0159&iacute; si pravidla m\u011bn&iacute; a vym&yacute;&scaron;l&iacute; nov&aacute;.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Posledn&iacute; f&aacute;ze Ri je je pro ty, kte\u0159&iacute; u\u017e se nepot\u0159ebuj&iacute; u\u010dit od jin&yacute;ch jak maj&iacute; danou v\u011bc d\u011blat, a jsou schopni si vytv&aacute;\u0159et sv&eacute; vlastn&iacute; teorie, principy a praktiky. U\u010d&iacute; se z vlastn&iacute; praxe. Bohu\u017eel, v\u011bt&scaron;ina t&yacute;m\u016f a\u010d ve f&aacute;zi Shu, je sk&aacute;lopevn\u011b p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dena o tom, \u017ee je dostate\u010dn\u011b zku&scaron;en&aacute; na to, aby vym&yacute;&scaron;lela vlastn&iacute; Agile a Scrum. Vr&aacute;tit se k z&aacute;klad\u016fm, a j&iacute;t cestou drilu jednoduch&yacute;ch z&aacute;kladn&iacute;ch praktik a postupn&eacute;ho pochopen&iacute; a vst\u0159eb&aacute;n&iacute; agiln&iacute;ho p\u0159&iacute;stupu. Nen&iacute; to ani Ri, ani Ha ale Shu. To je ale spousta pr&aacute;ce a vy\u017eaduje hodn\u011b trp\u011blivosti. A to se v dne&scaron;n&iacute;m rychle b\u011b\u017e&iacute;c&iacute;m sv\u011bt\u011b &scaron;patn\u011b hled&aacute;.
