P\u0159esto v\u0161ak n\u011bkter\u00e9 firmy nepochopily jeho v\u00fdznam a berou takov\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka jako administrativn\u00ed s\u00edlu. Ostatn\u011b, kdo jin\u00fd by m\u011bl m\u00edt \u010das b\u00fdt t\u00fdmu k dispozici a ps\u00e1t jasn\u00e9 a konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed User Story. Product Manager na to nem\u00e1 \u010das, v lep\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je furt u z\u00e1kazn\u00edka, v hor\u0161\u00edm \u0159e\u0161\u00ed takov\u00fdch produkt\u016f n\u011bkolik nebo jen tr\u00e1v\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161inu \u010dasu na obecn\u00fdch firemn\u00edch m\u00edtinc\u00edch a stihnout to ani p\u0159i nejlep\u0161\u00ed v\u016fli nem\u016f\u017ee. V obou p\u0159\u00edpadech se pak velmi \u010dasto setk\u00e1v\u00e1me s modelem, kdy o v\u0161em rozhoduje Product Manager, kter\u00fd ale nem\u00e1 \u010das, a takzvan\u00fd Product Owner se na v\u0161echno chod\u00ed pt\u00e1t, proto\u017ee o \u010demkoli rozhodne, stejn\u011b Product Manager shod\u00ed p\u0159i customer demu ze stolu. Vych\u00e1z\u00ed to z neochoty a \u010dasto i neschopnosti delegovat, nesmysln\u00e9 organizaci, a tak\u00e9 toho, \u017ee takov\u00fd Product Owner nen\u00ed nositelem vize a s\u00e1m j\u00ed \u010dasto nerozum\u00ed. Jak se to pozn\u00e1? Zeptejte se ho, pro\u010d by t\u00fdm m\u011bl na produktu pracovat. V\u011bt\u0161ina takov\u00fdch Product Owner\u016f odpov\u00ed n\u011bco ve smyslu, \u017ee to asi firma pot\u0159ebuje&#8230; \u017ee&#8230; Kdy\u017e t\u00edm testem p\u0159eci jen projde, obvykle se zasekneme hned na dal\u0161\u00ed ot\u00e1zce, pro\u010d d\u011bl\u00e1me tuhle User Story. A kde je jej\u00ed business value. Co p\u0159inese z\u00e1kazn\u00edkovi? A obvykl\u00e1 odpov\u011b\u010f je \u2018no Product Manager nebo z\u00e1kazn\u00edk to tak chce\u2018. Kde se pak m\u00e1 br\u00e1t motivace a zapojen\u00ed t\u00fdmu a pro\u010d by zrovna na tomhle produktu m\u011bli pracovat?<\/p>\n<p>Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b i takov\u00e9 rozd\u011blen\u00ed role Product Ownera mezi v\u00edce osob m\u016f\u017ee fungovat. Jeden p\u0159\u00edklad z ned\u00e1vn\u00e9 praxe. M\u00e1me Product Managera co nem\u00e1 moc \u010das. Je to vizion\u00e1\u0159, v\u011bt\u0161inu \u010dasu cestuje po sv\u011bt\u011b a je v letadle. Obl\u00edt\u00e1v\u00e1 z\u00e1kazn\u00edky z r\u016fzn\u00fdch kout\u016f sv\u011bta, vym\u00fd\u0161l\u00ed inovace, d\u00edv\u00e1 se, co m\u00e1 konkurence. Aby t\u00fdm nebyl od produktu odtr\u017een\u00fd, nen\u00ed tento \u010dlov\u011bk vn\u00edm\u00e1n v roli pln\u00e9ho Product Ownera, ale sp\u00ed\u0161e intern\u00edho z\u00e1kazn\u00edka, co chod\u00ed s high-level n\u00e1pady. Product Owner je s n\u00edm v \u010dast\u00e9m kontaktu, sd\u00edl\u00ed spolu n\u00e1pady a vize, p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161l\u00ed, co by se m\u011blo jak ud\u011blat, co zm\u011bnit. Product Manager je zodpov\u011bdn\u00fd za budget a celkov\u00fd \u00fasp\u011bch produktu na trhu. V podstat\u011b by \u0161lo i \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee definuje Backlog na \u00farovni Epic\u016f maxim\u00e1ln\u011b velk\u00fdch Super User Stories, zat\u00edmco re\u00e1ln\u00fd Product Owner se za pomoci t\u00fdmu star\u00e1 o to, aby vznikla spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 granularita User Stories a t\u00fdm byl na produkt, vizi a business value napojen\u00fd. Je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed Backlog Grooming\u016f, je zodpov\u011bdn\u00fdm za Product Backlog, jeho hodnotu a porozum\u011bn\u00ed t\u00fdmu. V\u00fdhodou je, \u017ee takov\u00fd Product Owner m\u00e1 v roli Product Managera z\u00e1stupce, a kdy\u017e se stane, \u017ee z n\u011bjak\u00e9ho d\u016fvodu nen\u00ed k dispozici, tak Product Manager p\u0159evezme jeho roli a tvo\u0159\u00ed s t\u00fdmem User Stories. Je to tedy jen o lidech. Tihle to zvl\u00e1dli rychle a nejsou zdaleka jedin\u00ed. Ale nen\u00ed to bohu\u017eel zdaleka tak obvykl\u00e9, jak by bylo pot\u0159eba.<\/p>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed obvykl\u00fd probl\u00e9m v t\u00e9to oblasti je neschopnost firem se nad portfoliem produkt\u016f zamyslet a n\u011bjak je omezit nebo prioritizovat a serializovat. Takov\u00e9 firmy si mysl\u00ed, \u017ee t\u00edm, \u017ee se na produktu u\u017e pracuje, je zaji\u0161t\u011bna jejich \u00fasp\u011b\u0161nost. Mus\u00edme d\u011blat v\u0161echno najednou. A tak se n\u011bkter\u00e9 firmy podobaj\u00ed st\u0159elc\u016fm s automatick\u00fdmi zbran\u011bmi, co sice maj\u00ed zav\u00e1zan\u00e9 o\u010di, ale o to v\u00edce st\u0159\u00edlej\u00ed kolem sebe. \u010c\u00edm v\u00edce v\u00fdst\u0159el\u016f, t\u00edm v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost \u017ee se do n\u011b\u010deho nakonec tref\u00edte&#8230; S takovou strategi\u00ed v\u00e1m v efektivit\u011b a \u00fasp\u011b\u0161nosti nepom\u016f\u017ee nic. Ani Agile, ani kr\u00e1sn\u00fd form\u00e1t User Stories. Role Product Ownera je tu proto, aby se n\u011bkdo staral o to, co n\u00e1m to p\u0159inese a s pomoc\u00ed agiln\u00edch metod dostal na business n\u00e1pady rychlou zp\u011btnou vazbu. Kdy\u017e se to neosv\u011bd\u010dilo, zaho\u010fte to a zkuste n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho. Ale na to mus\u00edte m\u00edt ji\u017e v za\u010d\u00e1tku jasnou p\u0159edstavu, co chcete dos\u00e1hnout a jak pozn\u00e1te, \u017ee se to povedlo. Jinak st\u0159\u00edl\u00edte kolem a douf\u00e1te, \u017ee se to tentokr\u00e1t povede. Agile a Scrum nen\u00ed jen o t\u00fdmu a spolupr\u00e1ci, ale je o napojen\u00ed na business a zp\u011btn\u00e9 vazb\u011b. Je o schopnosti prioritizovat. A to nejen na \u00farovni User Stories a ka\u017ed\u00e9ho produktu, ale i produkt\u016f v r\u00e1mci firmy.
