Je to n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9. Je to velk\u00e1 zm\u011bna. A trv\u00e1 to, ne\u017e v\u00e1m dojde v \u010dem je to jin\u00e9. Na za\u010d\u00e1tku je \u010dasto ned\u016fv\u011bra. Tohle \u017ee by mohlo fungovat? A pak, po del\u0161\u00ed dob\u011b zjist\u00edte, \u017ee ejhle ono to funguje.<\/p>\n<p>Tady je takov\u00fd model transformace firmy. Nen\u00ed to o jednotlivc\u00edch, ale o celkov\u00e9m mindsetu spole\u010dnosti. Takovou pitomost. To se n\u00e1m v\u016fbec nel\u00edb\u00ed. A tak vym\u00fd\u0161l\u00edte mili\u00f3ny d\u016fvod\u016f, pro\u010d to doposud bylo dobr\u00e9 a pro\u010d to nov\u00e9, agiln\u00ed, u n\u00e1s stejn\u011b nem\u016f\u017ee fungovat. Kdy\u017e to nevzd\u00e1te, po \u010dase se dostanete do stavu \u201e!?!?!\u201c ono to tu po\u0159\u00e1d je? Oni to snad fakt cht\u011bj\u00ed nasadit. Blbouni. V\u017edy\u0165 to nikdy nem\u016f\u017ee fungovat. A Kdy\u017e to po\u0159\u00e1d nevzd\u00e1te, firma se pomalu ale jist\u011b \u0161plh\u00e1 po hran\u011b Agiln\u00ed transformace sm\u011brem k bodu zlomu. Je to n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 a vy\u010derp\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed. Nast\u00e1v\u00e1 st\u00e1dium \u201e???\u201c Je tohleto mo\u017en\u00e9? My snad fakt budeme Agiln\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>A jsme v bodu zlomu. Tady kone\u010dn\u011b p\u0159ijde \u00faleva. \u201eHe He\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1te si. Za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 to b\u00fdt p\u011bkn\u00e1 legrace. Tu j\u00edzdu po tobog\u00e1nu si u\u017eijme. A pak se odraz\u00edte a jedete. \u201eJup\u00ed\u00ed\u00ed\u00ed\u201c. To n\u00e1m to p\u011bkn\u011b jde. Agile nen\u00ed zas tak \u0161patn\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>A ve fin\u00e1le si \u0159\u00edk\u00e1te no jo, Agiln\u00ed u\u017e jsme tak \u201eCo d\u00e1l?\u201c. Nezm\u011bn\u00edme zase n\u011bco? Pod\u00edvejte se na p\u00e1r fotek, co jsem ned\u00e1vno po\u0159\u00eddila v Acision. Ale a\u017e do te\u010f to nikdo neuskute\u010dnil. Na to se firmy v\u011bt\u0161inou berou moc v\u00e1\u017en\u011b.
