Um\u011bt posunout firmu na dal\u0161\u00ed level. Nen\u00ed to zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na jednotlivce, ale na t\u00fdmy, odd\u011blen\u00ed a cel\u00e9 organizace. A nen\u00ed to ani explicitn\u011b specializovan\u00e9 na Agiln\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, nicm\u00e9n\u011b je to v\u00a0obecn\u00e9 rovin\u011b zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edmo na \u2018Level 3\u2018 m\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce, tedy jak posunout firmu, kter\u00e1 u\u017e Agiln\u00ed je, na dal\u0161\u00ed level. Ale za\u010dn\u011bme pro jistotu od za\u010d\u00e1tku. Zkus\u00edm v\u00a0rychlosti na jednoduch\u00e9m modelu vysv\u011btlit, jak vlastn\u011b dneska pracuji. A pokud to ji\u017e zn\u00e1te, m\u016f\u017eete p\u0159esko\u010dit rovnou na \u2018Level 3: Next level\u2018.<\/p>\n<h3>Level 1: \u0160kolen\u00ed t\u00fdmu<\/h3>\n<p>Obvykle to za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 <a title=\"Kurz - Agiln\u00ed metody a Scrum Proces - Intro\" href=\"http:\/\/sochova.cz\/kurz-agilni-metody-a-scrum-i.htm\" target=\"_blank\">workshopem<\/a>. Jako prvn\u00ed krok ud\u011bl\u00e1me dvoudenn\u00ed \u0161kolen\u00ed pro jeden pilotn\u00ed t\u00fdm nebo samoz\u0159ejm\u011b i rovnou v\u0161echny va\u0161e t\u00fdmy, kdy\u017e u\u017e m\u00e1te jasno v tom, \u017ee Agile je ta cesta, kterou se chcete vydat. P\u0159edch\u00e1zet m\u016f\u017ee p\u016fldenn\u00ed workshop s managementem, kde si ujasn\u00edme o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed od takov\u00e9 zm\u011bny. Projdeme p\u0159ehled Agiln\u00edch p\u0159\u00edstup\u016f, praktik a metod, kde se na z\u00e1v\u011br spole\u010dn\u011b domluv\u00edme, jak za\u010dneme. Je to o p\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed zku\u0161enost\u00ed s\u00a0Agiln\u00edmi p\u0159\u00edstupy, ale hlavn\u011b o nastartov\u00e1n\u00ed zm\u011bny mindstetu a celkov\u00e9 kultury. Na jak dlouho to je? Sta\u010d\u00ed dva dny prakticky veden\u00e9ho workshopu.<\/p>\n<h3>Level 2: Transformace<\/h3>\n<p>Kdy\u017e u\u017e n\u011bjak\u00fd z\u00e1klad m\u00e1te a chcete pokra\u010dovat d\u00e1l, je tu f\u00e1ze zvan\u00e1 <a title=\"Agiln\u00ed transformace\" href=\"http:\/\/sochova.cz\/novinky\/novinky\/agilni-transformace.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Agiln\u00ed transformace<\/a>. Co to znamen\u00e1? \u017de jste se rozhodli, \u017ee do toho opravdu jdete. \u017de va\u0161e o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed od takov\u00e9 zm\u011bny je dostate\u010dn\u011b velk\u00e9 a d\u00edky nim dok\u00e1\u017eete zm\u011bnu dot\u00e1hnout do konce, jin\u00fdmi slovy \u017ee v\u00e1m to stoj\u00ed za to. A nikdo nesliboval, \u017ee to p\u016fjde samo, ani \u017ee to bude snadn\u00e9. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 zm\u011bna n\u011bco stoj\u00ed, tak\u017ee i p\u0159i Agiln\u00ed transformaci budeme nar\u00e1\u017eet na spoustu nedorozum\u011bn\u00ed, nepochopen\u00ed, resistence, p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eek, ale samoz\u0159ejm\u011b i \u00fasp\u011bch\u016f ji\u017e na \u00fapln\u00e9m za\u010d\u00e1tku.<\/p>\n<p>Agiln\u00ed coaching se zam\u011b\u0159uje p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b na Scrum Mastery, Product Ownery a managery. Je to o <a title=\"Agiln\u00ed Facilitace\" href=\"http:\/\/sochova.cz\/kurz-agilni-facilitace.htm\" target=\"_blank\">facilitaci<\/a>, <a title=\"Agiln\u00ed coaching\" href=\"http:\/\/sochova.cz\/kurz-agilni-koucink.htm\" target=\"_blank\">coachingu<\/a>, vysv\u011btlov\u00e1n\u00ed Agiln\u00edch praktik, a hlavn\u011b praktick\u00fdch doporu\u010den\u00ed. Je to f\u00e1ze, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 zm\u011bnu dot\u00e1hnout do konce tak, aby v\u00e1m p\u0159e\u0161la do krve, aby byla dlouhodob\u011b udr\u017eiteln\u00e1 a prost\u011b fungovala. Zku\u0161enosti z Agiln\u00edch t\u00fdm\u016f v r\u016fzn\u00fdch prost\u0159ed\u00edch je tu zcela kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9. S\u00a0\u010distou teori\u00ed si tu nevysta\u010d\u00edme. Jak dlouho takov\u00e1 f\u00e1ze trv\u00e1? No obvykle 3 m\u011bs\u00edce a\u017e rok, v\u00a0z\u00e1vislosti na kontextu a velikosti firmy. Intenzita obvykle jeden den za Sprint.<\/p>\n<h3>Recharge<\/h3>\n<p>No a n\u00e1sleduje t\u0159et\u00ed level \u2026 Ne v\u0161ak v\u017edy rovnou po Agiln\u00ed transformaci, ale \u010dasto je mezi t\u011bmito dv\u011bma levely takzvan\u00e1 \u2018Recharge\u2018 perioda, kdy firma pokra\u010duje sama, spokojen\u00e1 s\u00a0t\u00edm jak se transformace povedla. Pozvolna se zlep\u0161uje, zkou\u0161\u00ed nov\u00e9 v\u011bci, posouv\u00e1 se d\u00e1l. Po n\u011bjak\u00e9 dob\u011b ale z\u00edsk\u00e1 pocit, \u017ee by byl t\u0159eba nov\u00fd pohled, \u017ee by bylo pot\u0159eba to posunout o level d\u00e1l. A je \u010das na Level 3 a Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching.<\/p>\n<h3>Level 3: Next level<\/h3>\n<p>Posledn\u00ed f\u00e1ze tzv. Next Level v\u00e1s posune v\u017edy o kus d\u00e1l. Obvykle se jedn\u00e1 o firmy, kter\u00e9 u\u017e Agiln\u00ed jsou, rozum\u00ed konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm metod\u00e1m nejen po povrchu, ale maj\u00ed i vlastn\u00ed zku\u0161enost. Ale v podstat\u011b m\u016f\u017eeme takhle pomoct jak\u00e9koli firm\u011b \u010di t\u00fdmu bez ohledu na to jestli jsou Agiln\u00ed \u010di ne. Pou\u017eit\u00e9 principy a postupy post\u011b funguj\u00ed obecn\u011b, co\u017e je fajn. Je to chv\u00edle, kdy v\u00e1m to jde, ale n\u011bkde v\u00a0kostech c\u00edt\u00edte, \u017ee by to mohlo j\u00edt l\u00e9pe. V\u00a0takov\u00fd okam\u017eik p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed na \u0159adu coaching na \u00farovni syst\u00e9mu. Tedy t\u00fdmu, odd\u011blen\u00ed, nebo organizaci jako celku. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b v Agiln\u00edm sv\u011bt\u011b jsou tyto metody dopln\u011bn\u00e9 znalostmi a zku\u0161enostmi z Agiln\u00edho sv\u011bta. Na rozd\u00edl od individu\u00e1ln\u00edho coachingu tu klientem nejsou jednotlivci, ale p\u00e1ry a skupiny, tedy syst\u00e9m. Nezam\u011b\u0159ujeme se na vy\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f jednotlivc\u016f, ale na celou entitu a vytvo\u0159en\u00ed, zlep\u0161en\u00ed \u010di upevn\u011bn\u00ed vztah\u016f mezi jednotliv\u00fdmi lidmi, proto\u017ee dob\u0159e funguj\u00edc\u00ed syst\u00e9m si takov\u00e9 probl\u00e9my u\u017e zvl\u00e1dne vy\u0159e\u0161it s\u00e1m. V\u00a0r\u00e1mci Organization and Relationship Systems Coachingu se d\u00edv\u00e1me na t\u00fdm, odd\u011blen\u00ed, nebo firmu z pta\u010d\u00ed perspektivy a v r\u00e1mci coachingu takov\u00fdm entit\u00e1m pom\u00e1h\u00e1me vid\u011bt v\u011bci jin\u00fdma o\u010dima. V\u00a0podstat\u011b coach nastav\u00ed cel\u00e9mu syst\u00e9mu zrcadlo, ve kter\u00e9m nejsou detaily ani individu\u00e1ln\u00ed pohledy jednotlivc\u016f na v\u011bc, ale je vid\u011bt jak cel\u00fd syst\u00e9m funguje. A pr\u00e1v\u011b ORSC je frameworkem, kter\u00fd na takov\u00e9 \u00farovni pom\u00e1h\u00e1 coach\u016fm pracovat. Nen\u00ed to snadn\u00e9, chce to tr\u00e9ning. Ale funguje to skv\u011ble. V\u011bci, se kter\u00fdmi klasick\u00fdmi metodami nejde hnout, se najednou odblokuj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Jak jsem ji\u017e psala, Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching &#8211; ORSC je framework kter\u00fd je zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fd na p\u00e1ry a skupiny. Spektrum pou\u017eit\u00ed je opravdu \u0161irok\u00e9. Pom\u00e1h\u00e1 \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b \u0159e\u0161it konflikty a\u0165 ji\u017e v\u00a0osobn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b, nebo pracovn\u00edm. Je v\u00fdborn\u00fd pro zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed motivace, pos\u00edlen\u00ed aktivity t\u00fdm\u016f, pom\u00e1h\u00e1 takov\u00e9 t\u00fdmy tvo\u0159it.<\/p>\n<p>A tak t\u0159eba\u017ee ORSC nen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fd na Agiln\u00ed sv\u011bt, je v\u00a0tomto prost\u0159ed\u00ed v\u00fdborn\u011b pou\u017eiteln\u00fd. Proto\u017ee o \u010dem jin\u00e9m je Agile ne\u017e o schopnosti spolupracovat a vytvo\u0159it dobr\u00fd t\u00fdm \u2013 a\u0165 u\u017e se zam\u011b\u0159\u00edte na development t\u00fdm, Scrum t\u00fdm, cel\u00fd produktov\u00fd t\u00fdm, nebo virtu\u00e1ln\u00ed t\u00fdmy kter\u00e9 jdou p\u0159es celou organizaci a staraj\u00ed se nap\u0159\u00edklad o lep\u0161\u00ed Continuous Integration nebo testing. V\u00a0tomto kontextu je <a title=\"ORSC\" href=\"http:\/\/www.crrglobal.com\/coach-training-courses.html\" target=\"_blank\">OSRC<\/a> ide\u00e1ln\u00edm souborem n\u00e1stroj\u016f jak takov\u00fd Agiln\u00ed t\u00fdm postavit a ud\u011blat rychle efektivn\u00ed a funk\u010dn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Tahle f\u00e1ze je obvykle periodick\u00e1. M\u016f\u017ee prob\u00edhat s\u00a0frekvenc\u00ed 3 dny dva a\u017e t\u0159ikr\u00e1t do roka, nebo intenzivn\u011bji, \u0159ekn\u011bme den v t\u00fddnu po dobu 3-6ti m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f s\u00a0n\u00e1sledn\u00fdm del\u0161\u00edm rechargem. \u2018Perfection\u2019 toti\u017e nen\u00ed c\u00edl, ale cesta. Tedy \u0159e\u010deno jin\u00fdmi slovy, ide\u00e1ln\u00ed t\u00fdm neexistuje, ale poka\u017ed\u00e9 je tu n\u011bjak\u00fd prostor jak se zlep\u0161it. Japonci tomu \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed Kaizen, Agile a Scrum to naz\u00fdv\u00e1 continuous improvement. Ale v\u00a0ka\u017ed\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je tady v\u00a0ka\u017ed\u00fd okam\u017eik prostor pro zm\u011bnu a zlep\u0161en\u00ed.
