To nejde dop\u0159edu napl\u00e1novat. Na druhou stranu, jak to tedy pozn\u00e1me? Nen\u00ed nad to j\u00edt se pod\u00edvat. Prohodit p\u00e1r slov. Do n\u011b\u010deho jen tak \u0161\u0165ouchnout. V\u017edy\u0165 o n\u00e1s nic nev\u00ed. A bu\u010f v\u00e1m vynadaj\u00ed rovnou, co\u017e je zd\u00e1nliv\u011b lep\u0161\u00ed varianta, proto\u017ee m\u00e1te jistou malou mo\u017enost to vysv\u011btlit a za\u010d\u00edt diskusi, ale oni stejn\u011b v\u011bt\u0161inou neposlouchaj\u00ed, tak to vyjde nastejno, jako druh\u00e1 mo\u017enost, kdy si jdou n\u00e1sledn\u011b st\u011b\u017eovat. Oni p\u0159eci jsou dobr\u00fd t\u00fdm, v\u0161echno jim p\u0159eci funguje. Tak co? Je to reakce hodn\u011b frustrovan\u00e9ho labiln\u00edho teenagera.<\/p>\n<p>Je to analogie situace, kdy se jeden n\u00e1\u0161 zam\u011bstnanec roz\u010diloval, \u017ee nedostal pr\u00e9mie. On p\u0159eci vykonal v\u0161echno, co mu jeho vedouc\u00ed zadal. Tak na n\u011b m\u00e1 n\u00e1rok. Pln\u00ed v\u0161e, co p\u0159edpisy \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed. Ale to nen\u00ed to, co dneska firmy pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed od sv\u00fdch lid\u00ed. Staraj\u00ed se o n\u011b, d\u00e1vaj\u00ed jim prostor, rozv\u00edjej\u00ed je a o\u010dek\u00e1vaj\u00ed, \u017ee budou takzvan\u00fdmi \u2018kreativn\u00edmi workery\u2018, \u017ee u sv\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce budou p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let a p\u0159ich\u00e1zet s\u00a0n\u00e1pady, jak to, co d\u011blaj\u00ed d\u011blat l\u00e9pe. O tom je cel\u00fd Agile a Scrum.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2018Opravdov\u00fd t\u00fdm\u2018 <\/strong>na takov\u00e9 \u0161\u0165ouchnut\u00ed reaguje jako sebev\u011bdom\u00fd dosp\u011bl\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk, kter\u00fd se d\u0159\u00edve n\u011bjak rozhodl, za sv\u00fdm rozhodnut\u00edm si stoj\u00ed, ale nen\u00ed to \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd fanatik a r\u00e1d se dozv\u00ed, pro\u010d m\u00e1 n\u011bkdo jin\u00fd n\u00e1zor. Je ochoten se nad t\u00edm zamyslet a v\u00ed, \u017ee pohled zvenku \u010dasto vid\u00ed v\u011bci, kter\u00e9 se lidem zevnit\u0159 staly neviditeln\u00fdmi. Obvykl\u00e1 reakce je \u201eno to je zaj\u00edmav\u00e9, my si to nemysl\u00edme, pro\u010d si to mysl\u00ed\u0161?\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Je to vstup do diskuse, kdy ob\u011b strany jsou ochotny si naslouchat a n\u011bco se dozv\u011bd\u011bt. Opravdov\u00fd t\u00fdm toti\u017e v\u00ed, \u017ee \u2018perfection\u2018 nen\u00ed stav, ale cesta. A v\u00a0tomto kontextu vn\u00edmaj\u00ed i Agile a Scrum. Neust\u00e1le hledaj\u00ed, jak se zlep\u0161it.<\/p>\n<p>Agiln\u00edmi ani \u2018Scrumov\u00fdmi\u2018 se nem\u016f\u017eete st\u00e1t. Je to p\u0159\u00edstup k\u00a0\u017eivotu, pr\u00e1ci, \u010dinnostem. Je to kultura a filosofie. Stejn\u011b jako koup\u011b r\u016f\u017eence z\u00a0v\u00e1s neud\u011bl\u00e1 v\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00edho, stejn\u011b tak ani Standup a Retrospektiva z v\u00e1s neud\u011blaj\u00ed Agiln\u00ed firmu. Jsou to pr\u00edma v\u011bci. Ale nen\u00ed to c\u00edl, jen prost\u0159edek.<\/p>\n<p>Jak tedy poznat \u017ee se t\u00fdm zlep\u0161uje? U prvn\u00edch dvou je to jasn\u00e9, d\u00e1te si pozor, \u017ee sm\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed o stup\u00ednek d\u00e1l. \u017de z\u00a0d\u00edt\u011bte roste teenager, a z\u00a0teenagera dosp\u011bl\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk. Co ale d\u00e1l? \u0158ekla bych, \u017ee kdy\u017e tohle pochop\u00edte a m\u00e1te opravdov\u00fd t\u00fdm, stane se tato ot\u00e1zka zbyte\u010dn\u00e1, proto\u017ee je to najednou jasn\u00e9. Ale pro \u00faplnost u dosp\u011bl\u00e9ho opravdov\u00e9ho t\u00fdmu hled\u00e1me, jestli jsou lidi proaktivn\u00ed, p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed sami s\u00a0n\u00e1pady, jak se zlep\u0161it. Jestli maj\u00ed jeden c\u00edl, nebo bojuj\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00fd za sebe a jsou jen skupinou jednotlivc\u016f. Jestli v\u011bd\u00ed, pro\u010d se rozhodli tak, jak se rozhodli. Jestli jsou ochotni p\u0159evz\u00edt ownership sami za sebe. Jestli jsou ochotni p\u0159evz\u00edt plnou zodpov\u011bdnost (tak jak ji definuje <a title=\"Responsibility process\" href=\"https:\/\/www.christopheravery.com\/responsibility-process-poster\" target=\"_blank\">Christopher Avery Responsibility process<\/a>) za to, co d\u011blaj\u00ed a nevymlouvaj\u00ed se, tedy zodpov\u011bdnost v\u00a0kontextu co s\u00a0t\u00edm ud\u011bl\u00e1me my, aby se to p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b nestalo, co zm\u011bn\u00edme u sebe, jak budeme reagovat p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Na z\u00e1v\u011br varov\u00e1n\u00ed: jestli z\u00a0tohoto posledn\u00edho odstavce ud\u011bl\u00e1te tvrd\u00e9 metriky typu KPI:\u00a0 A) Ka\u017ed\u00fd t\u00fdm mus\u00ed vymyslet t\u0159i zlep\u0161en\u00ed t\u00fdmov\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce za kvart\u00e1l, dv\u011b zlep\u0161en\u00ed na \u00farovni produktu a jedno na \u00farovni firmy. B) Ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dlen se mus\u00ed pod\u00edlet na fungov\u00e1n\u00ed alespo\u0148 jedn\u00e9 \u2018improvement skupiny\u2019. Asi nemus\u00edm d\u00e1l pokra\u010dovat. Dopadne to stejn\u011b blb\u011b, jako kdy\u017e za metriku kvality t\u00fdmu pou\u017eijete zvy\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed se nebo striktn\u011b konstantn\u00ed velocity. Zabijete posledn\u00ed zbytky d\u016fv\u011bry a ve\u0161ker\u00e9 pokusy o to, vytvo\u0159it norm\u00e1ln\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed v\u010detn\u011b Agilu a Scrumu skon\u010d\u00ed ne\u00fasp\u011bchem.<\/p>\n<p>My\u0161lenka na z\u00e1v\u011br\u2026 Nenapsala j\u00e1 jsem vlastn\u011b n\u00e1vod, jak zab\u00edt Agile a Scrum? \ud83d\ude42 Mo\u017en\u00e1, ale to u\u017e um\u00edte i beze mne.
