Ale \u010d\u00edm v\u00edc t\u00fdm\u016f vid\u00edm, t\u00edm d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed mi p\u0159ijde si to cel\u00e9 zopakovat.<\/span><\/h1>\n<p><strong>Ne\u0161var 1: ScrumMaster meeting \u0159\u00edd\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0praxi takov\u00e1 v\u011bc m\u00e1 r\u016fzn\u00e9 podoby. Za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 u \u010dist\u00e9ho zah\u00e1jen\u00ed meetingu jako t\u0159eba \u201ctak poj\u010fme za\u010d\u00edt\u201c \u2013 jako kdyby t\u00fdm nev\u011bd\u011bl, \u017ee je pot\u0159eba aby n\u011bkdo za\u010dal. Dal\u0161\u00ed ne\u0161var je vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch lid\u00ed a nutkav\u00e1 pot\u0159eba je prov\u00e1zet t\u011bmi t\u0159emi ot\u00e1zkami. A kon\u010d\u00ed to n\u011bkde u pocitu \u017ee ScrumMaster je tu od toho, aby ode\u0161el s\u00a0\u00fakoly a ud\u011blal z\u00e1pis.<\/p>\n<p>Co m\u00e1 spr\u00e1vn\u011b d\u011blat ScrumMaster je ale prav\u00fd opak. Vysv\u011btlit t\u00fdmu, \u017ee to je jejich meeting a nest\u00e1t jim d\u00e1l v\u00a0cest\u011b. B\u00fdt p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00fd a naslouchat, b\u00fdt p\u0159ipraven facilitovat kdyby to bylo t\u0159eba, ale jinak je nechat Standup \u0159\u00eddit. Je to tak trivi\u00e1ln\u00ed meeting, \u017ee to pob\u011b\u017e\u00ed samo u\u017e v\u00a0druh\u00e9m Sprintu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ne\u0161var 2: Je to status<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Standup jako status meeting vych\u00e1z\u00ed ze\u00a0za\u017eit\u00fdch zvyklost\u00ed. Statusy jsme d\u011blali v\u017edy, tak co by tenhle divnej meeting byl. T\u00fdm se nec\u00edt\u00ed b\u00fdt vlastn\u00edkem, a hled\u00e1 n\u011bkoho, komu by reportoval. V\u011bt\u0161inou se t\u00e9 role ochotn\u011b ujme ScrumMaster, v\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech i Product Owner. Vedlej\u0161\u00edm efektem je, \u017ee \u010dlenov\u00e9 t\u00fdmu maj\u00ed pocit, \u017ee mus\u00ed j\u00edt do detail\u016f a vysv\u011btlit, na co v\u0161e narazili.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e se budete \u0159\u00eddit doporu\u010den\u00edm v\u00a0p\u0159edchoz\u00edm bod\u011b a nebudete st\u00e1t p\u0159ed tabul\u00ed uprost\u0159ed a poutat na sebe v\u0161emo\u017en\u011b pozornost, pob\u011b\u017e\u00ed meeting s\u00e1m.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ne\u0161var 3: Co jsem to v\u0161echno d\u011blal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e za\u010dnete hledat, jak m\u00e1 Standup vypadat, doberete se obvykle t\u0159ech ot\u00e1zek: Co jsem d\u011blal, co budu d\u011blat, a probl\u00e9my. Klasick\u00fd pr\u016fb\u011bh je pak obvykle pln\u00fd vypr\u00e1v\u011bn\u00ed, co v\u0161echno jednotliv\u00ed \u010dlenov\u00e9 d\u011blali a jak strastipln\u00fd byl jejich den.<\/p>\n<p>Ale to nen\u00ed to, co n\u00e1s tady zaj\u00edm\u00e1. Spr\u00e1vn\u00fd form\u00e1t Standup meetingu je ,co jsem dokon\u010dil, co dokon\u010d\u00edm a identifikace probl\u00e9m\u016f. My toti\u017e v\u011b\u0159\u00edme, \u017ee \u010dlenov\u00e9 t\u00fdmu str\u00e1vili sv\u016fj den smyslupln\u011b. Nen\u00ed to kontrola, jen rychl\u00fd check jak st\u00edh\u00e1me. \u00a0Tak rychl\u00fd, \u017ee do maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 5-ti minut jsme hotovi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ne\u0161var 4: Nepochopen\u00ed c\u00edle<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zkuste se \u010dlen\u016f t\u00fdmu zeptat, co je c\u00edlem Standup meetingu. Obvykle se dozv\u00edte, \u017ee odpov\u011bd\u011bt na t\u0159i ot\u00e1zky, co jsme d\u011blali, budeme d\u011blat a identifikovat probl\u00e9my. Nebo status a reporting. V\u00a0lep\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b aby ostatn\u00ed v\u011bd\u011bli, co jsem d\u011blal a jak na tom jsem. To v\u0161echno je maxim\u00e1ln\u011b to co na Standupu d\u011bl\u00e1te, ale ani v\u00a0nejmen\u0161\u00edm to neodpov\u00edd\u00e1 na ot\u00e1zku pro\u010d. A pak se \u010dasto dostanete do probl\u00e9mu, kdy t\u00fdm \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 \u201cJak te\u010f sed\u00edme spolu, je zbyte\u010dn\u00e9 Standup d\u011blat. \u0158ekneme si to v\u0161e b\u011bhem dne, p\u0159eci s\u00a0probl\u00e9my nebudeme \u010dekat na Standup.\u201c A oni maj\u00ed pravdu, \u017ee?<\/p>\n<p>Jen\u017ee ono sd\u00edlen\u00ed informac\u00ed nen\u00ed c\u00edlem, jen prost\u0159edkem k\u00a0rychl\u00e9 odpov\u011bdi na ot\u00e1zku \u2019Stihneme dokon\u010dit, co jsme sl\u00edbili &#8211; tedy v\u0161echny polo\u017eky Sprint Backlogu v\u00a0dan\u00e9 kvalit\u011b?\u2018 A jestli ne, co mus\u00edme ud\u011blat, abychom toho stihli maximum. Je to takov\u00e9 to pravideln\u00ed zastaven\u00ed se, zamy\u0161len\u00ed se jestli chceme n\u011bco zm\u011bnit nebo pokra\u010dovat a jedeme d\u00e1l. Proto se tam \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 detaily ne\u0159e\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Na z\u00e1v\u011br: Standup je ide\u00e1ln\u00ed m\u00edsto kde m\u016f\u017eete za\u010d\u00edt svou cestu ke Scrum 2.0. Tedy nejen naoko p\u0159ejmenovat star\u00e9 meetingy a role na nov\u00e9 a navl\u00edknout tri\u010dka my jsme Scrum t\u00fdm, ale za\u010d\u00edt s\u00a0opravdovou zm\u011bnou mindsetu, p\u0159\u00edstupu a kultury.
