Jak se v\u0161ichni zm\u011bnili od doby, kdy jsem tam byla poprv\u00e9. Co v\u0161echno museli v\u00a0sob\u011b akceptovat a pochopit, aby takovou zm\u011bnu ud\u011blali. Je to prost\u011b \u00fapln\u011b jin\u00e1 firma. Pln\u00e1 energie a optimismu z\u00a0toho, \u017ee to zvl\u00e1dli a dok\u00e1\u017eou d\u00e1l v\u00e9st sami. Nejsou se v\u0161\u00edm hotovi, ale jsou ready j\u00edt d\u00e1l sami a zm\u011bnu p\u0159\u00edstupu dot\u00e1hnout. Asi to je d\u016fvod pro\u010d m\u011b Agiln\u00ed coaching a enterprise coaching tak bav\u00ed. Na druhou stranu v\u017edycky, kdy\u017e v n\u011bjak\u00e9 firm\u011b takhle kon\u010d\u00edm, je mi smutno. Smutno z\u00a0toho, \u017ee nem\u016f\u017eu b\u00fdt sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed takov\u00e9 zm\u011bny kultury. Spousta lid\u00ed se za tu dobu stane m\u00fdmi p\u0159\u00e1teli, se spoustou jsem i d\u00e1l v\u00a0kontaktu. Pot\u011b\u0161\u00ed m\u011b, kdy\u017e sly\u0161\u00edm kam se sami dostali. M\u011bn\u00ed se, a j\u00e1 jdu zase d\u00e1l hledat dal\u0161\u00ed firmu, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eu ze zm\u011bnou kultury a p\u0159\u00edstupu pomoct.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Od ka\u017ed\u00e9 firmy se n\u011bco nau\u010d\u00edm, n\u011bco co zn\u00e1m mus\u00edm pou\u017e\u00edt jinak, l\u00e9pe zformulovat, aplikovat, nakreslit. Dneska m\u00e1m jeden star\u00fd obr\u00e1zek s\u00a0lep\u0161\u00edm vysv\u011btlen\u00edm. Psala jsem ten koncept u\u017e do sv\u00e9 nov\u00e9 knihy. Kniha se jmenuje <a title=\"The Great ScrumMaster Book\" href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Great-ScrumMaster-ScrumMasterWay-Zuzana-Sochova-ebook\/dp\/B01ENSM6Y2\" target=\"_blank\">The Great Scrum Master<\/a> a je pr\u016fvodcem pro v\u0161echny co cht\u011bj\u00ed zm\u011bnit kulturu na modern\u00ed Agiln\u00ed organizaci, tedy nejen ScrumMastery, Agiln\u00ed coache ale i managery a leadery firem. A proto\u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fdm pou\u017eit\u00edm v\u0161ech t\u011bch popsan\u00fdch koncept\u016f se n\u011bco u\u010d\u00edm, tady je nov\u00e1 vylep\u0161en\u00e1 verze popisuj\u00edc\u00ed dynamiku zm\u011bny kultury.<\/p>\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00e1 zm\u011bna vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed takzvanou hranu, kde na jedn\u00e9 stran\u011b je prostor, kde se chov\u00e1me tak, jak jsme zvykl\u00ed, jak je n\u00e1m bl\u00edzk\u00e9, jak je u n\u00e1s obvykl\u00e9. Na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b naopak nov\u00e1 kultura, nov\u00e9 zvyklosti, nov\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed. Na \u00fapln\u00e9m za\u010d\u00e1tku, kdy\u017e t\u00fdmu \u0159eknete, \u017ee maj\u00ed p\u0159ej\u00edt na Scrum, jsou v\u00a0t\u00e9 zm\u011bn\u011b \u010dasto \u00fapln\u011b dole. A cesta na druhou stranu se zd\u00e1 b\u00fdt nemo\u017en\u00e1. Tohle nikdy fungovat nebude. Tis\u00edckr\u00e1t kolem dokola. Pro\u010d to chceme, co \u017ee to vlastn\u011b chceme, pro\u010d je to pro n\u00e1s d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9. A po tis\u00edci a prvn\u00edm pokusu najednou zjist\u00edte, \u017ee se t\u00fdm u\u017e Scrum chce, tu\u0161\u00ed, jak by to m\u011blo vypadat, ale ztr\u00e1c\u00ed se v\u00a0tom, jak toho nov\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edstupu a kultury dos\u00e1hneme. Posledn\u00ed stav kde firmu v\u011bt\u0161inou nech\u00e1v\u00e1m pokra\u010dovat samotn\u00e9 a na\u0161e spolupr\u00e1ce se zvoln\u00ed, je \u0161pi\u010dka hrany. Nen\u00ed to zdaleka je\u0161t\u011b komfortn\u00ed stav, ale pochopen\u00ed zm\u011bny je u\u017e tak daleko, \u017ee jsou schopni se p\u0159es \u0161pi\u010dku p\u0159ehoupnout sami. O to v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed radost a pocit uspokojen\u00ed z\u00a0toho potom maj\u00ed. Nap\u0159. zm\u011bna na Scrum takov\u00fdch hran v\u00a0sob\u011b obsahuje mnoho. Pro ka\u017ed\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka jsou z\u00e1sadn\u00ed jin\u00e9 hrany. Zm\u011bna, kterou n\u011bkdo p\u0159ekon\u00e1 hned je pro jin\u00e9ho z\u00e1sadn\u00ed a \u2018nep\u0159ekonateln\u00e1\u2018.
