Moc, motivace a sm\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00a0podob\u011b cukru a bi\u010de, pevn\u00e1 struktura a strm\u00fd \u017eeb\u0159\u00ed\u010dek pozic bylo v\u00a0t\u00e9 dob\u011b dobrou odpov\u011bd\u00ed na aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed situaci.<\/p>\n<p>Sv\u011bt se zm\u011bnil, a organizace se sna\u017eily \u0159\u00eddit lidi stejn\u011b jako stroje. Definovaly fixn\u00ed procesy, role, pravidla. Nebylo to nijak \u0161patn\u011b, proto\u017ee slo\u017eitost v\u011bt\u0161iny probl\u00e9m\u016f na kter\u00e9 organizace nar\u00e1\u017eely, se daly vy\u0159e\u0161it stanoven\u00edm best practices. Obecn\u011b se m\u011blo za to, \u017ee zam\u011bstnanci jsou stejn\u011b jen l\u00edn\u00e1 banda fl\u00e1ka\u010d\u016f a tak je pot\u0159eba pevn\u00fd \u0159\u00e1d a kontrola. V\u0161echno se nejprve zanalyzovalo a pak teprve ud\u011blalo.
