Jak se maj\u00ed zm\u011bnit, co maj\u00ed a nemaj\u00ed d\u011blat. O trochu pozd\u011bji jsem pochopila, \u017ee to cel\u00e9 byla \u00fapln\u011b \u0161patn\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka \ud83d\ude42 No, lidi se u\u010d\u00ed a j\u00e1 taky. N\u011bkde tady vznikl koncept Agiln\u00edho Leadership programu, kter\u00fd dnes \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b pom\u00e1h\u00e1 firm\u00e1m st\u00e1t se modern\u00edmi, nebo chcete-li opravdu Agiln\u00edmi.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00a0t\u00edm jak se m\u011bn\u00ed organizace na flexibiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, reaguj\u00edc\u00ed na zm\u011bny komplexn\u00edho sv\u011bta, Agiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed ruku v\u00a0ruce i zm\u011bna toho, jak takov\u00e9 firmy \u0159\u00eddit. Jako sou\u010d\u00e1st sv\u00fdch kurz\u016f pro leadery v\u00a0Agiln\u00edch organizac\u00edch jsem nakreslila tento model, pomoc\u00ed kter\u00e9ho prov\u00e1d\u00edme executive leadery, managery, \u0159editele, vlastn\u00edky firem zm\u011bnou na Agiln\u00ed organizaci. Nen\u00ed to o \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm procesu. Na to m\u00e1te ve firm\u00e1ch spoustu lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed je um\u00ed a implementuj\u00ed Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Extrem Programming, Lean, za v\u00e1s. Organizace jako syt\u00e9m je z\u00a0podstaty v\u011bci komplexn\u00ed. Neexistuje tu jasn\u00e1 vazba mezi p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou a d\u016fsledkem. Je to s\u00ed\u0165 vz\u00e1jemn\u011b se ovliv\u0148uj\u00edc\u00edch uzl\u016f. Nen\u00ed p\u0159edv\u00eddateln\u00e1, proto klasick\u00e9 metody \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 poch\u00e1z\u00ed z\u00a0tradi\u010dn\u00edho sv\u011bta, selh\u00e1vaj\u00ed. O\u010dek\u00e1vaj\u00ed toti\u017e konzistentn\u00ed predikovateln\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed. Organizace jako syst\u00e9m je nekone\u010dn\u00fdm zdrojem sign\u00e1l\u016f, kter\u00e9 v\u00e1m kdy\u017e budete pozorn\u011b sledovat, poslouchat a vn\u00edmat usnadn\u00ed jeho pochopen\u00ed. Druh\u00fdm bodem je Embrace \u2013 tedy schopnost vst\u0159ebat realitu bez nutnosti ji hodnotit. St\u00e1t se jej\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed se v\u0161\u00edm co to obn\u00e1\u0161\u00ed. Nakonec, je tu posledn\u00ed bod, Change &#8211; schopnost ovlivnit jak se syst\u00e9m chov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Tohle je ve zkratce Agiln\u00ed leadership program. \u017d\u00e1dn\u00e1 zm\u011bna nen\u00ed zadarmo, a zm\u011bna n\u00e1s samotn\u00fdch je ta nejt\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed.
