Agile je jednoduch\u00e1 filosofie, kter\u00e1 do na\u0161eho \u017eivota vrac\u00ed selsk\u00fd rozum. Scrum jako takov\u00fd m\u00e1 jen p\u00e1r pravidel, rol\u00ed a artefakt\u016f. Ale to prav\u00e9, co d\u011bl\u00e1 Scrum Scrumem, je skryto v\u00a0pochopen\u00ed mindsetu, kter\u00fd je jednoduch\u00fd kdy\u017e o n\u011bm \u010dtete, ale zdaleka nen\u00ed snadn\u00fd aplikovat. Proto doporu\u010dujeme pro start bal\u00ed\u010dek <a title=\"Agile coaching\" href=\"http:\/\/sochova.cz\/agilni-transformace-a-enterprise-coaching.htm\">Agiln\u00edho Coachingu<\/a>, kdy v\u00e1s zku\u0161en\u00fd coach provede t\u00edm, co to je opravdov\u00fd Scrum a u\u0161et\u0159\u00ed v\u00e1m spoustu energie a \u010dasu, kdy se to budete sna\u017eit bez zku\u0161enosti pochopit a aplikovat sami.<\/p>\n<h3>Technick\u00fd Scrum<\/h3>\n<p>Proto firmy \u010dasto za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed takzvan\u00fdm \u2018Technick\u00fdm Scrumem\u2018. A hned v\u00a0za\u010d\u00e1tku upozorn\u00edm, \u017ee Technick\u00fd Scrum nen\u00ed Scrum. Jak ho pozn\u00e1te? Pom\u011brn\u011b snadno. Je to procesn\u00ed implementace v\u0161eho, o \u010dem se ve Scrum Guideu p\u00ed\u0161e, \u010dasto a\u017e dogmatick\u00e1. Ale kdy\u017e dva d\u011blaj\u00ed tot\u00e9\u017e, nen\u00ed to v\u017edy tot\u00e9\u017e. T\u011bmto implementac\u00edm toti\u017e chyb\u00ed mindset. A tak je to pouze zd\u00e1nliv\u011b spr\u00e1vn\u011b, tedy m\u016f\u017eeme si od\u0161krtnout, \u017ee m\u00e1me v\u00a0kalend\u00e1\u0159i napl\u00e1novan\u00e9 v\u0161echny meetingy, kter\u00e9 Scrum definuje, requirementy p\u0159ejmenujeme na Backlog a m\u00e1me t\u0159i role, ale \u010dasto je vykon\u00e1van\u00e9 stejn\u011b jako p\u0159edchoz\u00ed pozice. P\u0159edst\u00edr\u00e1me zm\u011bnu, ale v\u00a0hloubi du\u0161e se zuby nehty sna\u017e\u00edme d\u011blat v\u0161e jako doposud. \u0158e\u0161\u00ed se tu individu\u00e1ln\u00ed zodpov\u011bdnost, efektivita, reporting, p\u0159esn\u00e9 odhady. Kresl\u00ed se burndowny a mikromanaguje se. V\u011bt\u0161inou to nen\u00ed nijak p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd stav. Meetingy jsou zbyte\u010dn\u00fdmi dlouhotrvaj\u00edc\u00edmi statusy a Sprinty jen otravn\u00fdm p\u0159eru\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00edm pr\u00e1ce, kter\u00e1 se stejn\u011b mus\u00ed v\u0161echna ud\u011blat. Prost\u011b \u2018d\u011blaj\u00ed\u2018 Scrum, proto\u017ee to tak n\u011bkdo rozhodl. Nen\u00ed to Scrum, ale v\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00fdch organizac\u00edch je to nutn\u00fd prvn\u00ed krok ke zm\u011bn\u011b.<\/p>\n<h3>Scrum Mindset<\/h3>\n<p>Kdy\u017e to nevzd\u00e1te, po \u010dase p\u0159ijdete na to, \u017ee prav\u00fd Scrum je o spolupr\u00e1ci a self-organizaci a za\u010dnou v\u00e1m fungovat t\u00fdmy, kter\u00e9 se samy zlep\u0161uj\u00ed a hledaj\u00ed lep\u0161\u00ed cestu, jak dodat hodnotu. Bude to kreativn\u00ed a inovativn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kde nebudete jen \u2018d\u011blat\u2018 Scrum ale \u2018\u017e\u00edt\u2018 Scrum. Scrum se stane va\u0161\u00ed ned\u00edlnou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed, p\u0159ejde v\u00e1m do morku kost\u00ed a stane se sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed va\u0161\u00ed DNA. Prvn\u00ed krok je obvykle \u2018T\u00fdmov\u00fd Scrum\u2018, kde se v\u00e1m poda\u0159\u00ed postavit t\u00fdm spolupracuj\u00edc\u00edch lid\u00ed, co maj\u00ed jeden spole\u010dn\u00fd c\u00edl. Je to kousek organizace, kter\u00fd p\u0159itahuje pozornost. Je lep\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e jin\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti, m\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed energii. Vystupuje z\u00a0b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho pr\u016fm\u011bru. \u010casto p\u016fsob\u00ed takovou silou, \u017ee nabaluje ostatn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti. T\u00fdmy, kter\u00e9 zkou\u0161\u00ed b\u00fdt taky takov\u00e9, produkty kter\u00e9 ud\u011blaj\u00ed ze z\u00e1kazn\u00edka centr\u00e1ln\u00ed bod a m\u00edsto optimalizace rychlosti pr\u00e1ce jednotlivc\u016f na technick\u00fdch \u00faloh\u00e1ch za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1me optimalizovat dodanou business hodnotu. V\u00a0moment\u011b, kdy se na tento styl pr\u00e1ce nabal\u00ed kritick\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed t\u00fdm\u016f a produkt\u016f, vznik\u00e1 takzvan\u00fd \u2018Organizational Scrum\u2018 a m\u011bn\u00ed se to, jak cel\u00e1 firma funguje, po\u010d\u00ednaje portfolio managementem, prioritizac\u00ed, zapojen\u00edm z\u00e1kazn\u00edka, a kon\u010de prac\u00ed s\u00a0lidmi.<\/p>\n<p>Abyste usp\u011bli, pot\u0159ebujete jen dv\u011b v\u011bci. Dostate\u010dn\u00fd d\u016fvod se zm\u011bnit a kur\u00e1\u017e.
