Je to kr\u00e1sn\u00e1 my\u0161lenka, ale v\u00a0praxi je to nesmysl, kter\u00fd trv\u00e1 zbyte\u010dn\u011b dlouho a nic nep\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed. Snad jen to, \u017ee m\u016f\u017eete nakreslit dal\u0161\u00ed zbyte\u010dnost \u2013 Sprint Burndown.<\/p>\n<p>My\u0161lenka vych\u00e1z\u00ed z\u00a0nepochopen\u00ed Scrumu. Je to poz\u016fstatek tradi\u010dn\u00edho my\u0161len\u00ed <a href=\"http:\/\/soch.cz\/blog\/management\/agile\/agilni-organizace\/\" title=\"Agiln\u00ed Organizace\">Organizace 1.0<\/a> kde jsme v\u011b\u0159ili, \u017ee lidi alias zdroje jsou stejn\u011b jen l\u00edn\u00e1 banda individu\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed kdy\u017e je nebudeme hl\u00eddat, tak nic neud\u011blaj\u00ed. Scrum d\u00e1v\u00e1 pr\u00e1ci mnohdy ztracen\u00fd smysl a tak generuje daleko motivovan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed lidi, kte\u0159\u00ed se sami zlep\u0161uj\u00ed a vym\u00fd\u0161lej\u00ed jak d\u011blat v\u011bci l\u00e9pe. A kte\u0159\u00ed toho ud\u011blaj\u00ed v\u00edc i bez mikromanagementu a detailn\u00edho vykazov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e tedy p\u0159estaneme odhadovat kv\u016fli kontrole lid\u00ed v t\u00fdmu, zb\u00fdv\u00e1 se pod\u00edvat, jestli mohou b\u00fdt takhle detailn\u00ed odhady p\u0159\u00ednosn\u00e9 t\u00fdmu samotn\u00e9mu. Pod\u00edvejme se nejprve na re\u00e1lnou p\u0159esnost takov\u00fdch odhad\u016f. V\u00a0podstat\u011b, ka\u017ed\u00fd odhad je jen jak\u00e1si p\u0159edpov\u011b\u010f. Slovn\u00ed spojen\u00ed \u2018p\u0159esn\u00fd odhad\u2018 je oxymoron. Nem\u016f\u017ee nastat. Proto tak\u00e9 ve Scrumu neodhadujeme, kdy bude jedna konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed v\u011bc hotov\u00e1, ale kolik Product Backlog Items se n\u00e1m vejde do Sprintu. Ne\u010dekan\u00e9 vlivy, kter\u00e9 se t\u00fdmu za Sprint stanou, se t\u00edm zpr\u016fm\u011bruj\u00ed. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 individu\u00e1ln\u00ed story m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt v\u00fdrazn\u011b jin\u00e1, ne\u017e jsme \u010dekali, ale v\u00a0glob\u00e1lu to vyjde. Jedna bude n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, jin\u00e1 snaz\u0161\u00ed, n\u011bkde se zasekneme, jinde to p\u016fjde l\u00e9pe, ne\u017e jsme \u010dekali a obavy se nenapln\u00ed. Jedin\u00e9, co je pro pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed Sprintu pot\u0159eba, je dobr\u00e9 porozum\u011bn\u00ed Backlogu a jednotliv\u00fdm Stories. Nikdy bychom nem\u011bli do Sprintu pl\u00e1novat v\u011bci, kter\u00fdm nerozum\u00edme &#8211; ale v\u00a0takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b ani pokus o odhady t\u00e1sk\u016f nepom\u016f\u017ee.<\/p>\n<p>Praktika, kter\u00e1 t\u00fdm\u016fm pom\u016f\u017ee porozum\u011bt polo\u017ek\u00e1m Backlogu a na z\u00e1klad\u011b toho je napl\u00e1novat do Sprintu je rozpadnout Stories na t\u00e1sky\/aktivity, o kter\u00fdch v\u011b\u0159\u00ed, \u017ee je dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed dokon\u010dit za maxim\u00e1ln\u011b den (tedy od Standupu do Standupu). N\u011bkter\u00e9 takov\u00e9 t\u00e1sky budou trvat t\u0159eba i t\u0159i, \u010dty\u0159i dny, jin\u00e9 t\u00fdm dokon\u010d\u00ed za p\u00e1r hodin. Nen\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 zkoumat tyto v\u00fdjimky, ty se stanou, a\u0165 budete d\u011blat, co budete d\u011blat. A jestli to nejsou v\u00fdjimky a v\u0161echny t\u00e1sky se uk\u00e1zaly b\u00fdt p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mal\u00e9 nebo p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 velk\u00e9, p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed Sprint to napravte tak, aby byly v\u00a0pr\u016fm\u011bru dokon\u010diteln\u00e9 za den. Je to zd\u00e1nliv\u011b to sam\u00e9, tak\u00e9 odhadujeme, ale je ohromn\u00fd rozd\u00edl, jestli na takovou t\u00e1sku nap\u00ed\u0161ete 8h a nebo se jen ka\u017ed\u00fd Standup z\u00a0odstupu pod\u00edv\u00e1te na va\u0161\u00ed Scrum tabuli a zhodnot\u00edte celkov\u00e1 posun t\u00fdmu. Nen\u00ed t\u0159eba nic po\u010d\u00edtat. Scrum je empirick\u00fd proces, koriguje se s\u00e1m. N\u011bkde za\u010dn\u011bte a uvid\u00edte. Obecn\u011b je nejlep\u0161\u00edm odhadem v\u010derej\u0161\u00ed po\u010das\u00ed. Sta\u010d\u00ed napl\u00e1novat tolik polo\u017eek Backlogu, kolik jste dokon\u010dili minule. Co se t\u00e1sk\u016f t\u00fd\u010de, kdy\u017e v\u00e1m rozpadl\u00e9 aktivity vyjdou na tak cca na polovinu dn\u00ed, bude to tak akor\u00e1t. Obvykle se toti\u017e n\u011bkter\u00e9 t\u00e1sky v\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu rozpadnou na men\u0161\u00ed kousky a jin\u00e9 vzniknou. To je zcela norm\u00e1ln\u00ed, nebo\u0165 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed vnik\u00e1 teprve v\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu Sprintu. Zkuste to a uvid\u00edte, jak to p\u016fjde.
