Je to n\u011bco nehmotn\u00e9ho. Kdy\u017e funguje, ani o n\u00ed nev\u00edte. Kdy\u017e nefunguje, spolehliv\u011b v\u00e1m podraz\u00ed nohy. Ned\u00e1 se snadno zm\u011b\u0159it, ale dobr\u00e1 kultura je kritick\u00e1 pro \u00fasp\u011b\u0161nost firmy. M\u016f\u017eeme se p\u0159\u00edt, co bylo prvn\u00ed \u2013 jestli slepice nebo vejce &#8211;\u00a0 tedy jestli kultura jen n\u00e1sleduje organizaci, nebo definuje organizaci, ale ve fin\u00e1le to nen\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9. Kultura odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed to, v\u00a0co v\u011b\u0159\u00edme, je to filosofie, to jac\u00ed jsme. Kdy\u017e se dostatek lid\u00ed stane Agiln\u00edmi, kultura se zm\u011bn\u00ed a cel\u00e1 organizace se stane Agiln\u00ed. Zn\u00ed to jednodu\u0161e, ale v\u00a0praxi to tak snadn\u00e9 nen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 jsem hledala dobrou definici kultury roky, a p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b jsem ji na\u0161la na Certified Agile Leadership kurzu (CAL) Michalela Sahoty v San Jose v Californii. Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee se mu poda\u0159ilo zviditelnit kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 prvky kultury firmy. Pou\u017eila jsem jeho model jako <a href=\"http:\/\/agilitrix.com\/culture\/\">inspiraci<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Kultura je sestaven\u00e1 ze dvou \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed. Mindset v\u00e1m umo\u017en\u00ed kulturu zm\u011bnit. Dobr\u00fd mindset generuje natolik silnou energii, kter\u00e1 i hory p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161\u00ed, kdy\u017e je t\u0159eba. Struktura \u010dasto naopak zm\u011bn\u011b br\u00e1n\u00ed. Tak\u017ee \u010d\u00edm za\u010d\u00edt? Strukturou nebo mindsetem? J\u00e1 osobn\u011b preferuji mindset. Je to t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed, ale v\u00a0dlouhodob\u00e9m horizontu to skv\u011ble funguje a p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdsledky. Definujte jasn\u00fd c\u00edl, kam a pro\u010d se chcete dostat. N\u011bco, za \u010d\u00edm p\u016fjdete, n\u011bco, co v\u00e1s ka\u017ed\u00fd den spolehliv\u011b dostane z\u00a0postele. N\u011bco, \u010demu v\u00a0hloubi du\u0161e v\u011b\u0159\u00edte a jste ochotni za to bojovat.
