Ale kdy\u017e spolupracujete jako t\u00fdm, z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed daleko v\u00edc na tom, jak\u00e9 m\u00e1te schopnosti a znalosti, ne\u017e jak se jmenuje va\u0161e pozice. Ty p\u0159eci m\u00e1me na pozice nav\u00e1zan\u00e9. Ano, takov\u00fd syst\u00e9m maj\u00ed firmy \u010dasto. Byla ochotna jim zaplatit v\u00edc, proto\u017ee j\u00ed p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161eli hodnotu, ale nemohla. Tak to vy\u0159e\u0161ili kreativn\u011b a pravidlo obe\u0161li. Bez ohledu na to, jak\u00e9 m\u00e1te pozice, odd\u011blte od nich platy. Jsou to dv\u011b v\u011bci, kter\u00e9 spolu nemaj\u00ed moc nic spole\u010dn\u00e9ho. Na za\u010d\u00e1tku v\u011bty jsem zm\u00ednila transparentn\u00ed a pravidelnou zp\u011btnou vazbu. Tedy ne za zav\u0159en\u00fdmi dve\u0159mi jednou ro\u010dn\u011b. Pravideln\u00e1 zp\u011btn\u00e1 vazba je u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e1, proto\u017ee nut\u00ed lidi se zamyslet co ud\u011bl\u00e1me p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b jinak, co zm\u011bn\u00edme.
