Business p\u0159eci \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd software nepot\u0159ebuje. A s v\u00fdjimkou p\u00e1r v\u00fdst\u0159edn\u00edch developer\u016f, kter\u00e9 firmy zav\u00edraly n\u011bkam do sklepa, IT nebylo v\u00a0kurzu. Pak ale p\u0159i\u0161el internet a cel\u00e1 digitalizace a dnes si bez IT sv\u011bt neum\u00edme p\u0159edstavit. IT projekty se st\u00e1vaj\u00ed komplexn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a s\u00a0trochou nads\u00e1zky se ned\u00e1 naj\u00edt firma, kter\u00e1 by IT nepot\u0159ebovala jako ned\u00edlnou sou\u010d\u00e1st sv\u00e9ho businessu. IT se dneska st\u00e1v\u00e1 hlavn\u00edm motorem businessu a \u00fasp\u011bchu firem. A proto\u017ee v IT sv\u011bt\u011b p\u0159evl\u00e1daj\u00ed Agiln\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstupy, za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed se tyto metody \u0161\u00ed\u0159it i do jin\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed firmy jako je marketing, sales, business, ale tak\u00e9 management a HR. V\u0161ichni pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed efektivn\u011b pracovat v\u00a0dne\u0161n\u00edm komplexn\u00edm, neust\u00e1le se m\u011bn\u00edc\u00edm sv\u011bt\u011b, b\u00fdt flexibiln\u00ed a dynami\u010dt\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Jak u\u017e jsem psala, pokud chcete opravdu zm\u011bnit <a title=\"Kultura Agiln\u00ed firmy\" href=\"http:\/\/soch.cz\/blog\/management\/agile\/kultura-agilni-firmy-2\/\">firemn\u00ed kulturu<\/a>\u00a0a firmu posunout sm\u011brem k <a title=\"Agiln\u00ed Organizace\" href=\"http:\/\/soch.cz\/blog\/management\/agile\/agilni-organizace\/\">Agiln\u00ed firm\u011b \u2013 vybudovat Organizaci 3.0<\/a>, nem\u016f\u017eete se zastavit na hranici IT odd\u011blen\u00ed. Je pot\u0159eba, aby i ostatn\u00ed odd\u011blen\u00ed fungovala na stejn\u00e9 vln\u011b. A to v\u010detn\u011b v\u010detn\u011b HR (tedy Human Resources). Zd\u00e1nliv\u011b to nen\u00ed velk\u00e1 zm\u011bna, i v\u00a0Agiln\u00ed organizaci mus\u00ed HR pom\u00e1hat s hled\u00e1n\u00edm a naj\u00edm\u00e1n\u00edm zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm, rozvojem lid\u00ed, atd. \u2013 ale najednou se nezam\u011b\u0159ujeme na jednotlivce a jejich specializaci. HR mus\u00ed um\u011bt naj\u00edmat zam\u011bstnance do t\u00fdm\u016f, schopnost t\u00fdmov\u00e9 spolupr\u00e1ce, ochota u\u010dit se nov\u00e9 v\u011bci, a mindset je daleko d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed znalost. Prost\u011b mus\u00ed zapadnout do firemn\u00ed kultury. Do pohovor\u016f \u010dasto zapojujeme t\u00fdm, a klasick\u00e1 individu\u00e1ln\u00ed KPIs nahrazujeme t\u00fdmov\u00fdmi c\u00edli.<\/p>\n<p>M\u011bn\u00ed se vlastn\u011b cel\u00fd syst\u00e9m, kdy Agiln\u00ed HR je tu pro sv\u00e9 z\u00e1kazn\u00edky. Tedy zam\u011bstnance (v\u0161ech \u00farovn\u00ed) a ty vtahuje do sv\u00e9ho fungov\u00e1n\u00ed. A m\u016f\u017ee HR pou\u017e\u00edt t\u0159eba Scrum? No jasn\u011b, p\u0159estanou b\u00fdt operativn\u00edmi personalisty, a za\u010dne firmu pom\u00e1hat strategicky formovat. Jako v\u017edy to za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 viz\u00ed. \u010ceho chceme dos\u00e1hnout, co n\u00e1m to jako firm\u011b p\u0159inese, kdo jsou kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00ed z\u00e1kazn\u00edci, jak\u00e9 m\u00e1me persony. Jako sou\u010d\u00e1st visioning workshop\u016f si stejn\u011b jako u produktu spolu s\u00a0kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdmi stakeholdery postav\u00edme Backlog &#8211; t\u0159eba formou Impact Mappingu nebo Story Mappingu, a ud\u011bl\u00e1me ho transparentn\u00ed pro celou organizaci. Tohle je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 a m\u00e1lo lid\u00ed to d\u011bl\u00e1. Typick\u00e1 konverzace se vyv\u00edj\u00ed n\u00e1sledovn\u011b. To je p\u011bkn\u00fd Backlog, je z\u00a0n\u011bj vid\u011bt co d\u011bl\u00e1te, a co se chyst\u00e1te d\u011blat. M\u016f\u017eeme ho d\u00e1t n\u011bkam, aby k\u00a0n\u011bmu m\u011bli p\u0159\u00edstup v\u0161ichni a mohli se na n\u011bj kdykoli pod\u00edvat? A vy m\u00e1te i online Scrum Board, to je super. M\u016f\u017eete n\u00e1m ho tak\u00e9 uk\u00e1zat? Reakce, jak sami tu\u0161\u00edte, je v\u011bt\u0161inou odm\u00edtav\u00e1. V\u00a0lep\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed, \u017ee tam je\u00a0moc detail\u016f, a \u017ee by to lidi stejn\u011b nezaj\u00edmalo, ale \u017ee se nad t\u00edm zamysl\u00ed. V\u00a0hor\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b se dozv\u00edte ostr\u00e9 NE, proto\u017ee je to p\u0159eci tajn\u00e9. Ale suma sum\u00e1rum je za t\u00edm asi obava, \u017ee kdyby lidi v\u011bd\u011bli, co d\u011bl\u00e1me, moc by n\u00e1m do toho kafrali. Ale nen\u00ed to pr\u00e1v\u011b to, co chceme? Dostat feedback co nejd\u0159\u00edve.
