S t\u00edm, jak se Agiln\u00ed metody dostali do mainstreamu, objevuj\u00ed se nov\u00e9 v\u00fdzvy. Pro dal\u0161\u00ed level adopce Agiln\u00edch metod, je t\u0159eba i zm\u011bna leadershipu a mindsetu na management \u00farovni. Ale to je aplikovateln\u00e9 na jakoukoli v\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zm\u011bnu. Pokud se toti\u017e zam\u011b\u0159\u00edme pouze na dobr\u00e9 zvl\u00e1dnut\u00ed procesu, a na konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed praktiky, moc daleko se ze zm\u011bnou kultury a mindsetu nedostaneme.
