Je to jedno z odd\u011blen\u00ed, kter\u00e1 p\u0159i Agiln\u00ed transformaci \u010dasto z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed pozadu. Pokud se ale organizace m\u011bn\u00ed a zav\u00e1d\u00ed se novou kulturu a mindset a sm\u011b\u0159ujeme k modern\u00ed Agiln\u00ed firm\u011b, bez zm\u011bny p\u0159\u00edstupu k zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm se takov\u00e1 zm\u011bna stejn\u011b neobejde. Kdy\u017e je toti\u017e HR dob\u0159e vedeno, podporuje v\u0161echna ostatn\u00ed odd\u011blen\u00ed ve firm\u011b a zm\u011bna mindsetu je tak v\u00fdrazn\u011b sna\u017e\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud budujeme Agiln\u00ed HR, je dobr\u00e9 nadefinovat strategii, tak aby byla v souladu s Agiln\u00edm p\u0159\u00edstupem. Co by tedy takov\u00e1 strategie mohla obsahovat?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zam\u011b\u0159it se na leadery ve v\u0161ech \u00farovn\u00edch firmy tak, aby fungovali jako kou\u010dov\u00e9 a pom\u00e1hali ostatn\u00edm se st\u00e1t leadery. V\u011bnovat se jejich rozvoji a podpo\u0159it je na jejich cest\u011b st\u00e1t se Agiln\u00edm leaderem.<\/li>\n<li>Podpo\u0159it t\u00fdmovou spolupr\u00e1ci a samoorganizaci v r\u00e1mci t\u00fdmu. Dob\u0159e funguj\u00edc\u00ed t\u00fdm si dok\u00e1\u017ee 80 % sv\u00fdch probl\u00e9m\u016f vy\u0159e\u0161it s\u00e1m. Umo\u017en\u011bte jim p\u0159evz\u00edt za v\u011bci zodpov\u011bdnost a dejte jim prostor p\u0159ij\u00edt s nov\u00fdmi my\u0161lenkami v r\u00e1mci sd\u00edlen\u00e9 vize a strategie firmy.<\/li>\n<li>Vytvo\u0159it kreativn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed kde podporujeme experimenty a inovace. Podpo\u0159it spolupr\u00e1ci se z\u00e1kazn\u00edky uvnit\u0159 i vn\u011b firmy.<\/li>\n<li>Umo\u017enit vznik pracovn\u00edch skupin takzvan\u00fdch komunit, kter\u00e9 se na dobrovoln\u00e9 b\u00e1zi v\u011bnuji n\u011bjak\u00e9 oblasti a hledaj\u00ed cesty, jak ji zlep\u0161it.<\/li>\n<li>Vytvo\u0159it syst\u00e9m intern\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, mentoringu a pair-workingu fokusovan\u00fd na v\u0161echny \u00farovn\u011b firmy.<\/li>\n<li>Odd\u011blit syst\u00e9m plat\u016f od pozice. Umo\u017enit lidem, aby se bez ohledu na pozici mohli st\u00e1t leaderem libovoln\u00e9 iniciativy.
