Ze zku\u0161enost\u00ed v\u00edm, \u017ee pochopen\u00ed toho \u2018co to vlastn\u011b ten bod je\u2018 a jak m\u016f\u017eu ohodnotit \u00falohu n\u011b\u010d\u00edm, co vlastn\u011b nem\u00e1 pevnou jednotku, pat\u0159\u00ed k nejslo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edm \u00fakol\u016fm p\u0159i zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed Agile.<\/p>\n<p>Ale vezm\u011bme to popo\u0159\u00e1dku. Na za\u010d\u00e1tku projektu m\u00e1te seznam oblast\u00ed (<em>Story<\/em>) na kter\u00fdch budete pracovat v Backlogu. Vezm\u011bte t\u00fdm slo\u017een\u00fd z project manager\u016f, architekt\u016f a technical leader\u016f a ud\u011blejte odhady n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti tak, jak jste byli zvykl\u00ed. Pak p\u0159eve\u010fte odhady na body: <em>1bod=1man\/day<\/em>. A te\u010f to p\u0159ijde. V tom to moment\u011b zapome\u0148te rozm\u011br bodu a pracujte u\u017e jen a pouze s bodem. Jeho hodnota bude v za\u010d\u00e1tku projektu, zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 bude-li to prvn\u00ed Agile projekt, jist\u011b m\u011bnit svou hodnotu, obvykle devalvovat. My jsme m\u011bli po cca dvou prvn\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch hodnotu bodu 0.6man\/day. Jestli jste n\u011bkdy zkou\u0161eli nechat v\u00fdvoj\u00e1\u0159e odhadnout kdy pr\u00e1ce bude hotov\u00e1, jist\u011b se V\u00e1m \u010dasto stalo, \u017ee p\u0159i odhadu zapomn\u011bli na \u010d\u00e1st aktivit, nap\u0159. testov\u00e1n\u00ed, nebo V\u00e1s p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dovali, \u017ee pr\u00e1ce odhadnout nejde, proto\u017ee nikdo nev\u00ed, co se m\u016f\u017ee je\u0161t\u011b objevit za probl\u00e9m.<\/p>\n<p>Prvn\u00edm krokem pro u\u010den\u00ed ohodnocen\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch \u010dlen\u016f t\u00fdmu je ohodnotit Story zku\u0161en\u00fdm t\u00fdmem a pak nechat t\u00fdm jen jednotliv\u00e9 Story rozpadnout na men\u0161\u00ed \u00falohy ohodnocen\u00e9 body v r\u00e1mci p\u016fvodn\u00edho odhadu. Ohodnocen\u00ed body zbav\u00ed jednotliv\u00e9 v\u00fdvoj\u00e1\u0159e p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 vazby na \u010das, nicm\u00e9n\u011b \u010dasem vytvo\u0159\u00ed bodu jak\u00fdsi \u2018rozm\u011br slo\u017eitosti\u2018 kter\u00fd t\u00fdm vst\u0159eb\u00e1 a nau\u010d\u00ed se automaticky pou\u017e\u00edvat.<\/p>\n<p>Ka\u017edou dal\u0161\u00ed novou \u00falohu \u010di Story nechte ohodnotit u\u017e p\u0159\u00edmo t\u00fdm, kter\u00fd na n\u00ed bude pracovat.
