Jak se virus pozn\u00e1? P\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dil jinak docela rozumn\u011b uva\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed organizace, \u017ee kdy\u017e department p\u0159ejmenuj\u00ed na tribe, bude v\u0161echno lep\u0161\u00ed. Inspiraci jde asi hledat ve Spotify (kter\u00e1 se sama sv\u00fdm \u201cmodelem\u201c, co nikdy model nebyl, ne\u0159\u00edd\u00ed), nebo v\u00a0holandsk\u00e9 ING, kter\u00e1 terminologii v\u00a0r\u00e1mci sv\u00e9 transformace pou\u017eila a znovu zpropagovala. Ob\u011b zmi\u0148ovan\u00e9 case-study maj\u00ed jedno spole\u010dn\u00e9. Ob\u011b organizace pro\u0161ly z\u00e1sadn\u00ed transformac\u00ed hodnot, p\u0159\u00edstupu, kultury. Ti, co je slep\u011b aplikuj\u00ed v\u0161ak nejdou cestou zm\u011bny mindsetu, ale p\u0159elabelov\u00e1n\u00edm existuj\u00edc\u00edho. Nov\u00e9 \u0161aty ale \u010dlov\u011bka samy o sob\u011b nezm\u011bn\u00ed. A tak tyto organizace docela bolestiv\u011b failuj\u00ed. Jedna nejmenovan\u00e1 korporace, co p\u0159e\u0161la na \u2018Spotify model\u2019 po roce musela v podstat\u011b zahodit v\u0161echno co ud\u011blala a vr\u00e1tit se v produktech o rok zp\u011bt.<\/p>\n<p>V\u0161ak ono t\u011bm organizac\u00edm o \u017e\u00e1dnou zm\u011bnu ani nejde. Stejn\u011b jako u SAFe se jen sna\u017e\u00edme chyt\u0159e umo\u017enit firm\u00e1m, aby si od\u0161krtli agile jako \u2018done\u2018, a nemuseli se m\u011bnit. SAFe na to jde chyt\u0159e a generuje tis\u00edce naprosto nesmysln\u00fdch rol\u00ed a n\u00e1zv\u016f jako train, release train engineer a pak jak\u00e1si \u2018kole\u010dka\u2018, asi od toho vlaku :). Naopak\u00a0\u2018Triby\u2018 jsou tu pro ty co jsou cool a n\u011bjak\u00e9 vlaky jim p\u0159ijdou v 21. stolet\u00ed trochu nemodern\u00ed. Ale vyjde to nastejno. \u0160koda. Jedna velk\u00e1 americk\u00e1 organizace ned\u00e1vno za\u010dala svou v\u00a0po\u0159ad\u00ed t\u0159in\u00e1ctou Agiln\u00ed transformaci. Nojo, fakt. Pr\u00fd se jim to tentokr\u00e1t u\u017e mo\u017en\u00e1 povede. U\u017e pochopili, \u017ee Agile nen\u00ed jen o terminologii, ale je to zm\u011bna my\u0161len\u00ed, p\u0159\u00edstupu, mindsetu. Tak jestli se v\u00e1s tento virus \u2018fake Agile &amp; Scrum\u2019 t\u00fdk\u00e1, nesmutn\u011bte. Je\u0161t\u011b tak 5 pokus\u016f a ono to vyjde. Nen\u00ed to t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9, chce to jen p\u0159estat p\u0159edst\u00edrat, \u017ee se m\u011bnit nemus\u00edte a pohl\u00e9dnout pravd\u011b do o\u010d\u00ed :).<\/p>\n<p>Dobr\u00e1 zpr\u00e1va je, \u017ee v zahrani\u010d\u00ed u\u017e &#8220;Spotify model&#8221; nefr\u010d\u00ed. Kdy\u017e jsem to zm\u00ednila na Agile2018 v SanDiegu, v\u0161ichni se divili pro\u010d by to kdo kop\u00edroval. Tak\u017ee ta dobr\u00e1 zpr\u00e1va je, \u017ee tato m\u00f3da p\u0159ejde, stejn\u011b jako m\u00f3da d\u017e\u00edn\u016f do zvonu. Ob\u010das se vr\u00e1t\u00ed, ale u\u017e nikdy to nebude h\u00fdbat sv\u011btem. Tak\u017ee sta\u010d\u00ed po\u010dkat a mo\u017en\u00e1 za p\u00e1r let budeme opravdu \u0159e\u0161it ot\u00e1zky, kter\u00e9 jsou strategick\u00e9 a maj\u00ed smysl.\u00a0Hodn\u011b m\u011b p\u0159ekvapilo kam se konference posunula of roku 2012, kdy jsem tam mluvila naposledy. K lep\u0161\u00edmu. Tak\u017ee kdy\u017e p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed rok budete cht\u00edt vid\u011bt co se opravdu d\u011bje v Agiln\u00edm sv\u011bt\u011b, Agile Alliance Agile 2019 je to spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 m\u00edsto.
