P\u00e1r kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch zm\u011bn, kter\u00e9 je pot\u0159eba si v\u00a0agiln\u00ed firm\u011b uv\u011bdomit je, \u017ee t\u00edm, jak se v\u0161e m\u011bn\u00ed a rychle vyv\u00edj\u00ed, flexibilita se st\u00e1v\u00e1 kritick\u00fdm faktorem \u00fasp\u011bchu. V\u00a0tomto sv\u011btle konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed znalosti zam\u011bstnanc\u016f u\u017e zdaleka nejsou tak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, proto\u017ee znalosti, kter\u00e9 t\u00fdmy pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed dnes jsou jin\u00e9 ne\u017e ty, co budou pot\u0159ebovat v\u00a0budoucnu. Schopnost u\u010dit se nov\u00e9 v\u011bci a b\u00fdt ochotn\u00fd se rychle adaptovat na zm\u011bny, a zapadnout do kultury firmy se tak st\u00e1v\u00e1 daleko d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e to co dan\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk zn\u00e1.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cZnalosti lidi nau\u010d\u00edme snadno. Spolu s\u00a0t\u00edm se m\u011bn\u00ed i styl, kter\u00fdm lidi hled\u00e1me. Je viditeln\u00fd odklon od inzer\u00e1t\u016f na konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed pozice s\u00a0konkr\u00e9tn\u00edmi znalostmi. Ostatn\u011b pozice se v\u00a0takov\u00e9 agiln\u00ed firm\u011b taky m\u011bn\u00ed. M\u00e1me \u010dlena Scrum Development t\u00fdmu, kter\u00fd d\u011bl\u00e1 to, co jeho cross-functional self-organized t\u00fdm pot\u0159ebuje. A to zkuste napsat do inzer\u00e1tu. Takov\u00fd inzer\u00e1t pak popisuje daleko v\u00edc firmu a jej\u00ed hodnoty a kulturu, ne\u017e pozici. <em>\u201cHled\u00e1me \u010dlena Scrum t\u00fdmu. Zn. Nebudete se nudit.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Popsat se takov\u00e1 pozice moc ned\u00e1, a tak firmy velice \u010dasto \u010dlen\u016fm t\u00fdmu nab\u00edzej\u00ed se na den st\u00e1t \u010dlenem t\u00fdmu, aby vid\u011bli, jak takov\u00fd t\u00fdm funguje zevnit\u0159. A co od pr\u00e1ce v\u00a0organizaci opravdu m\u016f\u017eou \u010dekat. Je to zku\u0161enost k\u00a0nezaplacen\u00ed. Na obou stran\u00e1ch.
