Ti, co jsou v\u00a0konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed roli dlouho, \u010dasto p\u0159i zm\u011bn\u011b role propadnou na stupnici n\u00ed\u017ee, nebo\u0165 si uv\u011bdom\u00ed svoje vlastn\u00ed fungov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00a0\u0161ir\u0161\u00edm kontextu. Dal\u0161\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eitou v\u011bc\u00ed, kterou je t\u0159eba m\u00edt na pam\u011bti je, \u017ee z\u00e1kladem dobr\u00e9ho pou\u017eit\u00ed je coaching.
