Tak prim\u00e1rn\u011b je to rozum\u011bt agiln\u00edmu mindsetu, b\u00fdt schopni tvo\u0159it prost\u0159ed\u00ed podporuj\u00edc\u00ed vznik agiln\u00ed kultury. Tedy prost\u0159ed\u00ed zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 na spolupr\u00e1ci, otev\u0159enost, transparentn\u00ed zp\u011btnou vazbu, d\u016fv\u011bru, t\u00fdmovost, zodpov\u011bdnost. \u010c\u00edm v\u00edce se organizace stav\u00ed na konceptu self-organized t\u00fdm\u016f, t\u00edm v\u00edce je pot\u0159eba jednotliv\u00e9 lidi v\u00a0r\u00e1mci organizace u\u010dit coachingu, facilitaci a servant leadershipu. A pr\u00e1v\u011b tady je role Agiln\u00edho HR nenahraditeln\u00e1. Management u\u017e zdaleka nen\u00ed ten, co rozhoduje a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b deleguje. Ostatn\u011b Agiln\u00ed organizace daleko m\u00e9n\u011b mluv\u00ed o managementu a st\u00e1le \u010dast\u011bji z\u00a0nich zazn\u00edv\u00e1 slovo leader \u010di Leadership. Z\u00a0podstaty zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9ho servant leadershipu, je c\u00edlem leader\u016f v\u00a0organizaci podpora r\u016fstu dal\u0161\u00edch leader\u016f, aby se v\u00fdhledov\u011b cel\u00e1 organizace opravdu stala s\u00edt\u00ed samoorganizovan\u00fdch t\u00fdm\u016f. Asi bych m\u011bla p\u0159ipomenout \u017ee manager je pozice, na rozd\u00edl od leadera, kter\u00fd je o p\u0159\u00edstupu. Leaderem se m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t ka\u017ed\u00fd. Agiln\u00ed HR by vlastn\u011b m\u011blo fungovat v\u00a0roli ScrumMastera nebo chcete-li Agiln\u00edho coache pro organizaci jako takovou. V\u00a0podstat\u011b by m\u011bli b\u00fdt schopni efektivn\u011b fungovat na\u00a0<a title=\"Knihu The Great ScrumMaster: #ScrumMasterWay vydalo nakladatelstv\u00ed Addison-Wesley\" href=\"http:\/\/soch.cz\/blog\/management\/agile\/scrum-management\/knihu-the-great-scrummaster-scrummasterway-vydalo-nakladatelstvi-addison-wesley\/\">t\u0159et\u00ed \u00farovni\u00a0#ScrumMasterWay konceptu<\/a>\u00a0a d\u00edvat se na organizaci jako na syst\u00e9m. Starat se o jej\u00ed rozvoj, kulturu a r\u016fst leader\u016f nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d organizac\u00ed. A proto\u017ee self-organizace st\u00e1le je\u0161t\u011b nen\u00ed pro n\u00e1s jen tak hra\u010dka, je to hodn\u011b o podpo\u0159e t\u00fdm\u016f. Ukazuje se, \u017ee to, co organizac\u00edm nejv\u00edce chyb\u00ed je leadership, coaching a facilitace.
