Poj\u010fme se tedy pod\u00edvat, kde byste tento form\u00e1t mohli pou\u017e\u00edt. Open Space se \u010dasto pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 na konferenc\u00edch (nap\u0159. <a href=\"https:\/\/agileprague.com\">Agile Prague Conference<\/a> ho ji\u017e n\u011bkolik let intenzivn\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1), aby posunuli z\u00e1\u017eitek z\u00a0p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ek a workshop\u016f do konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed roviny a dali tak prostor ka\u017ed\u00e9mu prodiskutovat jeho konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed probl\u00e9m, nebo se nechat inspirovat t\u00edm, co zaj\u00edm\u00e1 ostatn\u00ed. Asi nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed skupina, kterou jsem vid\u011bla, bylo cca 1200 lid\u00ed, b\u011b\u017en\u011b se obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b ve firm\u00e1ch, kter\u00e9 takov\u00fd form\u00e1t vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed pravideln\u011b, \u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed n\u011bco kolem stovky lid\u00ed. Ale po\u010det lid\u00ed tady nen\u00ed limitem. O konferenc\u00edch, kde je takov\u00fd form\u00e1t b\u011b\u017en\u00fd, te\u010f ale mluvit nechci. Tak\u017ee kde jinde se tento form\u00e1t pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1? V\u00a0podstat\u011b kdekoli, kde jsme ready na opravdovou samoorganizaci a pot\u0159ebujeme d\u00e1t dohromady v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed skupinu lid\u00ed. Je to n\u00e1stroj, kter\u00fd stav\u00ed na takzvan\u00e9m emergent leadershipu, tedy tomu, \u017ee kdy\u017e v\u00e1s n\u011bco zaj\u00edm\u00e1, tak se za to postav\u00edte, p\u0159evezmete zodpov\u011bdnost a zkus\u00edte kolem sebe zformovat skupinu lid\u00ed, kter\u00e9 dan\u00e9 t\u00e9ma tak\u00e9 zaj\u00edm\u00e1. V\u00a0Agiln\u00ed organizaci se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 pom\u011brn\u011b \u010dasto. Na inovace, \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad jak zm\u011bnit syst\u00e9m ohodnocov\u00e1n\u00ed, jak by m\u011bly vypadat nov\u00e9 prostory, jak zlep\u0161it kvalitu, p\u0159\u00edstup k\u00a0z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016fm, nebo t\u0159eba jako forma Backlog Refinementu nebo celofiremn\u00ed Retrospektivy.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-954 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/soch.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/2019-03-22-07.59.45-300x225.png\" alt=\"OpenSpace\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/soch.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/2019-03-22-07.59.45-300x225.png 300w, https:\/\/soch.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/2019-03-22-07.59.45-1024x768.png 1024w, https:\/\/soch.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/2019-03-22-07.59.45-900x675.png 900w, https:\/\/soch.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/2019-03-22-07.59.45.png 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 85vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Poprv\u00e9 jsem se ho \u00fa\u010dastnila kdysi d\u00e1vno, n\u011bkdy v\u00a0roce 2003, kdy na\u0161i z\u00e1kazn\u00edci cht\u011bli zm\u011bnit styl pr\u00e1ce. Bylo to je\u0161t\u011b p\u00e1r let p\u0159ed Agilem, prost\u011b jen cht\u011bli investovat sto dn\u00ed do lep\u0161\u00edho stylu pr\u00e1ce. Jmenovalo se to 100 dn\u00ed improvement\u016f, kdy t\u00fdmy po dobu 100 dn\u00ed pracovaly na zlep\u0161en\u00ed proces\u016f, infrastruktury, automatizaci apod. A \u00fapln\u011b prvn\u00ed byl Open Space, kde jsme v\u0161ichni brainstormovali, co by n\u00e1m mohlo v\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edm v\u00fdvoji produkt\u016f pomoci, a jak bychom mohli nejl\u00e9pe investovat v\u00fd\u0161e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fdch sto dn\u00ed do improvement\u016f tak, aby se n\u00e1m to vr\u00e1tilo. P\u00e1r let na to jsem pomoc\u00ed form\u00e1tu Open Space facilitovala workshopy na celkovou zm\u011bnu HR, zlep\u0161en\u00ed development n\u00e1stroj\u016f, co ud\u011blat pro r\u016fst lid\u00ed a redesign prostor. Jedn\u00edm z\u00a0m\u00fdch obl\u00edben\u00fdch workshop\u016f facilitovan\u00fdch form\u00e1tem Open Space je overal retrospektiva, kde t\u00fdmy, kter\u00e9 spolupracuj\u00ed na jednom produktu, takto v\u00a0men\u0161\u00edch skupink\u00e1ch vymysl\u00ed, jak by mohly zlep\u0161it spolupr\u00e1ci mezi t\u00fdmy.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>V\u00a0p\u0159edchoz\u00edch p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvc\u00edch jsem se v\u011bnovala t\u00e9mat\u016fm co je to Open Space, jak\u00e9 m\u00e1 role a jak by se m\u011bl takov\u00fd Open Space workshop za\u010d\u00edt a skon\u010dit.
