Tak se te\u010f poj\u010fme pod\u00edvat, jak za\u010d\u00edt. Neb\u00e1t se. To, co z\u00a0Open Space vzejde, je\u0161t\u011b nen\u00ed nutn\u011b to, co se mus\u00ed p\u0159esn\u011b takhle implementovat. Je to jen za\u010d\u00e1tek, co jedna skupina navrhuje. K\u00a0implementaci je\u0161t\u011b vede dlouh\u00e1 cesta, kdy je t\u0159eba o n\u00e1padu p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dit ostatn\u00ed. Tedy, nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt a\u017e tak dlouh\u00e1, ale to, co jsem cht\u011bla zd\u016fraznit je to, \u017ee co skupina lid\u00ed navrhne, nen\u00ed automaticky rozhodnut\u00ed. N\u011bkdy trv\u00e1 n\u00e1sledn\u00e1 zm\u011bna jednotky minut, kdy se v\u0161ech na konci zept\u00e1te na to jak to vid\u00ed a kdy\u017e v\u0161ichni souhlas\u00ed, zm\u011bnu ud\u011bl\u00e1te. N\u011bkdy fin\u00e1ln\u00ed implementace trv\u00e1 m\u011bs\u00edce, proto\u017ee n\u00e1pad mus\u00ed proj\u00edt pr\u00e1vn\u00edci, finance, \u010di jin\u00e1 odd\u011blen\u00ed a domyslet konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed podobu. A n\u011bkdy se n\u00e1pad nikdy nestane, proto\u017ee se neuk\u00e1\u017ee z\u00a0pohledu organizace jako praktick\u00fd. Je to form\u00e1t postaven\u00fd na dobrovolnosti, tak\u017ee m\u00e1 nad\u0161en\u00e9 lidi ji\u017e od za\u010d\u00e1tku a nemus\u00ed se pot\u00fdkat s\u00a0demotivac\u00ed. Je to form\u00e1t, kter\u00fd stav\u00ed na diversit\u011b a umo\u017e\u0148uje lidem zam\u011b\u0159it se na tu \u010d\u00e1st probl\u00e9mu, kter\u00e1 jim p\u0159ipad\u00e1 nejzaj\u00edmav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a tu spole\u010dn\u011b zkusit o kousek posunout. Pravidla jsou pro lidi s\u00a0agiln\u00edm mindsetem jednoduch\u00e1 a ni\u010d\u00edm neobvykl\u00e1. V\u00a0agiln\u00ed organizaci se nad takov\u00fdm stylem pr\u00e1ce nikdo nepozastav\u00ed a workshop pob\u011b\u017e\u00ed v\u00a0podstat\u011b s\u00e1m. V\u00a0tradi\u010dn\u00ed organizaci, kde maj\u00ed lid\u00e9 po\u0159\u00e1d pocit, \u017ee na to, aby se n\u011bco stalo, mus\u00edte m\u00edt reporting a centr\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, vzbud\u00ed obvykle takov\u00fd form\u00e1t pozdvi\u017een\u00ed a n\u011bkdo z\u00a0managementu ho rad\u0161i \u2018v\u010das\u2019 zastav\u00ed. Je\u0161t\u011b by zam\u011bstnanci vymysleli n\u011bco, co my nechceme a co pak? Je lep\u0161\u00ed je k\u00a0ni\u010demu nepustit. Tak\u017ee p\u0159esto\u017ee je facilitace jednoduch\u00e1 a workshop samotn\u00fd nem\u016f\u017ee \u0161patn\u011b skon\u010dit, na n\u011bkter\u00e9 organizace a managery p\u016fsob\u00ed jako \u010derven\u00fd hadr na b\u00fdka. Je to ve fin\u00e1le advanced technika agiln\u00edho sv\u011bta. Mo\u017en\u00e1 podle reakce na takov\u00fd Open Space pozn\u00e1te, jestli jste agiln\u00ed nebo zase a\u017e tak moc ne. P\u0159edstavte si podobnou konverzaci ve va\u0161\u00ed organizaci:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eCht\u011bli bychom zorganizovat p\u016fldenn\u00ed workshop na t\u00e9ma, jak zlep\u0161it\u00a0[<\/em><em>xxx]. [xxx] je n\u00e1\u0161 nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9m, stoj\u00ed n\u00e1s m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b [yyy] \u010dasu\/pen\u011bz a zat\u00edm se n\u00e1m ho neda\u0159\u00ed zlep\u0161it. Cht\u011bli bychom pozvat v\u0161echny \u010dleny t\u00fdm\u016f, aby se spole\u010dn\u011b v\u00a0r\u00e1mci Open Space zamysleli, co bychom s\u00a0t\u00edm mohli ud\u011blat.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Jak\u00e1 asi bude reakce va\u0161eho okol\u00ed?<\/p>\n<p>[0]:\u00a0<em>\u201e\u017d\u00e1dn\u00e9 zm\u011bna v\u00a0t\u00e9to oblasti nep\u0159ipad\u00e1 v\u00a0\u00favahu. Sta\u010d\u00ed kdy\u017e budete d\u011blat to co m\u00e1te (je v\u00a0procesech).\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p>[1]:\u00a0<em>\u201eKolik to bude st\u00e1t? Po\u010det bod\u016f, kter\u00e9 jste v\u00a0pr\u016fm\u011bru z\u00edskali ukazuje nakolik agiln\u00ed jako organizace jste.<\/p>\n<p>Nula znamen\u00e1, \u017ee va\u0161e organizace na podobn\u00e9 agiln\u00ed praktiky nen\u00ed ready a je hluboko v\u00a0tradi\u010dn\u00edm mindsetu. Za\u010dala bych s\u00a0n\u011b\u010d\u00edm men\u0161\u00edm, na \u010dem organizaci uk\u00e1\u017eete \u017ee selforganizace a decentralizovan\u00fd styl pr\u00e1ce funguje.<\/p>\n<p>Trojka v\u00e1m d\u00e1v\u00e1 \u0161anci to zkusit, ale budete muset hodn\u011b vysv\u011btlovat a uji\u0161\u0165ovat. Kdy\u017e se v\u00e1m prvn\u00ed takov\u00fd workshop povede prodat v\u00a0r\u00e1mci organizace, m\u00e1te v\u011bt\u0161inou vyhr\u00e1no a \u010das od \u010dasu takov\u00fd n\u00e1stroj m\u016f\u017eete pou\u017e\u00edt.<\/p>\n<p>P\u011btka je znamen\u00edm, \u017ee jste na va\u0161\u00ed agiln\u00ed cest\u011b do\u0161li tak daleko, \u017ee u\u017e se nad Agilem nikdo nepozastavuje a p\u0159e\u0161el v\u00e1m do krve. Agile je to co nejen d\u011bl\u00e1te, ale \u017eijete.
