Spousta lidi se ptala, evidentn\u011b je to t\u00e9ma, kter\u00e9 lidi dneska zaj\u00edm\u00e1. A to m\u011b nakonec p\u0159im\u011blo p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvky zkompilovat do v\u011bt\u0161\u00edho celku, trochu je uspo\u0159\u00e1dat a dopsat p\u00e1r dal\u0161\u00edch kousk\u016f, aby v\u0161e d\u00e1valo pohromad\u011b smysl. A tak vznikla mal\u00e1 publikace \u201eAgiln\u00ed HR aneb Jak zm\u011bnit Human Resources v agiln\u00ed organizaci\u201c, kter\u00e1 je zdarma ke sta\u017een\u00ed na str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/leanpub.com\/agilnihr\">Leanpub<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Agile je dnes velmi sklo\u0148ovan\u00fd pojem, a to nejen v r\u00e1mci IT. Aby se organizace opravdu stala agiln\u00ed, je pot\u0159eba, aby i HR fungovalo na stejn\u00e9 vln\u011b.\u00a0Nav\u00edc agiln\u00ed HR je u n\u00e1s st\u00e1le je\u0161t\u011b docela opom\u00edjen\u00e9 t\u00e9ma, a to byla i \u010d\u00e1st motivace, pro\u010d jsem takovou <a href=\"http:\/\/www.protext.cz\/zprava.php?id=30926\">knihu cht\u011bla sepsat<\/a>. Nav\u00edc t\u00e9matu Agiln\u00edho HR se u n\u00e1s nikdo konzistentn\u011b nev\u011bnuje, a tak vid\u00edte ve firm\u00e1ch spoustu paskvil\u016f, kter\u00e9 nejen\u017ee Agiln\u00ed transformaci nepom\u00e1haj\u00ed, ale naopak j\u00ed \u010dasto \u0161kod\u00ed. Ne\u010dek\u00e1m, \u017ee v\u0161e, co v\u00a0knize p\u00ed\u0161u, budete hned aplikovat. Spousta v\u011bc\u00ed je inspirac\u00ed pro p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed roky. Ale m\u011blo by v\u00e1m to uk\u00e1zat, jak\u00fdm sm\u011brem se ub\u00edrat v\u00a0oblasti nab\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed lid\u00ed, ohodnocov\u00e1n\u00ed, rozvoji zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, syst\u00e9mu a struktu\u0159e pozic a kari\u00e9rn\u00edho \u0159\u00e1du. Snad to bude p\u0159\u00ednosn\u00e9. Je ke sta\u017een\u00ed zdarma, ale Leanpub umo\u017e\u0148uje autor\u016fm ud\u011blat takov\u00fd mal\u00fd soci\u00e1ln\u00ed experiment, a umo\u017enit kupuj\u00edc\u00edm si cenu zvolit. Tak\u017ee tady je deal, kdy\u017e p\u00e1r lid\u00ed zaplat\u00ed, budu to br\u00e1t jako potvrzen\u00ed, \u017ee lidi t\u00e9ma zaj\u00edm\u00e1 a \u017ee si ho cen\u00ed a dop\u00ed\u0161u dal\u0161\u00ed kapitolu \ud83d\ude42 Ty n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed se t\u00fdkaj\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edch sekc\u00ed v kapitole Tipy, Praktiky, Doporu\u010den\u00ed. A\u0165 tak \u010di tak, dejte v\u011bd\u011bt, co by v\u00e1s je\u0161t\u011b zaj\u00edmalo a o co m\u00e1m p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b knihu v\u00a0p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed verzi roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159it. Je to takov\u00e1 agiln\u00ed kniha psan\u00e1 agiln\u011b. Kdy\u017e je dobr\u00fd feedback, kniha se bude roz\u0161i\u0159ovat.
