D\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u00e1m relativn\u011b omezen\u00fd prostor pro experimenty, tak\u017ee minimalizujete riziko toho, \u017ee se v\u00e1\u0161 prvn\u00ed pokus nepovede. Ale d\u0159\u00edve \u010di pozd\u011bji, pokud chcete dos\u00e1hnout re\u00e1ln\u00fdch business c\u00edl\u016f, mus\u00edte posunout agilitu na <a title=\"Jeden produkt, jeden Product Owner\" href=\"http:\/\/soch.cz\/blog\/management\/agile\/scrum-management\/jeden-produkt-jeden-product-owner\/\">\u00farove\u0148 produkt\u016f<\/a> a <a title=\"Agiln\u00ed Organizace\" href=\"http:\/\/soch.cz\/blog\/management\/agile\/agilni-organizace\/\">organizace<\/a>, kde se projekty stanou zbyte\u010dn\u00fdmi. P\u0159ekvapen\u00ed? Vra\u0165me se tedy o krok zp\u011bt. V tradi\u010dn\u00edm sv\u011bt\u011b je projekt kontejnerem pro \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed cel\u00e9 dod\u00e1vky a projektov\u00fd mana\u017eer ten kdo projekt \u0159\u00edd\u00ed. Ve Scrumu ale m\u00e1me Product Backlog, kter\u00fd obsahuje, co je t\u0159eba ud\u011blat, a Product Ownera, kter\u00fd se postar\u00e1 o to, aby v\u0161e bylo dod\u00e1no dle priorit. A m\u00edsto projektu m\u00e1me jednodu\u0161e polo\u017eku backlogu. M\u016f\u017eete j\u00ed nazvat Epic, ale \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd projekt na to nen\u00ed pot\u0159eba, pr\u00e1ce z\u00a0Backlogu se postupn\u011b dokon\u010duje, Sprint po Sprintu.<\/p>\n<p>Tak\u017ee jako mal\u00fd rychl\u00fd experiment je asi ok Agile aplikovat na konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed projekt, ale b\u00fdt agiln\u00ed znamen\u00e1 mnohem v\u00edc. \u010c\u00edm v\u00edce organizac\u00ed rozum\u00ed agilit\u011b, t\u00edm m\u00e9n\u011b projekt\u016f a projektov\u00fdch mana\u017eer\u016f ve firm\u00e1ch uvid\u00edte. Mo\u017en\u00e1 se v\u00e1m to nel\u00edb\u00ed, m\u016f\u017eete se se mnou h\u00e1dat \u010di rovnou bojovat s\u00a0cel\u00fdm Agilem argumentac\u00ed, \u017ee to je od za\u010d\u00e1tku cel\u00e9 \u0161patn\u00fd n\u00e1pad, kter\u00fd nikdy nem\u016f\u017ee fungovat, anebo m\u016f\u017eete nasko\u010dit do ji\u017e jedouc\u00edho (agiln\u00edho) vlaku, z\u016fstat konkurenceschopn\u00ed a udr\u017eet si relevantn\u00ed pr\u00e1ci, proto\u017ee popt\u00e1vka po projektov\u00fdch mana\u017eerech kles\u00e1.
